I guess that's what I got for my money...

Unstable wifi, I don't know if anyone can put up with this. Water pressure not good (and no hot water on my first night); the bathroom is flooded every time I take a shower. Some weird smell from the toilet. Before the day I left, I asked someone in the reception if they could book a taxi for me or where can I get one. The answer I got was: sorry, no taxi! Language might be a reason, but I felt that staff was just not into helping me out.

Poor facilities

Hotel lacks the basic facilities pf providing toothbrush, tooth paste, slippers. The safe was not working. Internet connection is troublesome, one has to update its connection daily! Surrounding areas are very quiet.

Review of Hotel

The location was just ok, but not as what was reported in earlier reviews. The rooms are just ok, but lack the basic facilities like provision of slippers, tooth brush, tooth paste, etc. The hotel safes were all not working and staff were not fortcoming to assist. As a result, we did not use the safes! The breakfast was ok, nothing to crow about! Will NOT stay at this hotel again! William

I cannot avoid the influence that the hotel is constructed in a great hurry because the quality of the rooms were terrible. My bathrooms glass door wasn´t well attached to bathroom wall. The door was loose from its hinges and even the personell admitted that there was a construction failure. Despite of this the "manager" of the hotel made me pay the construction failure over 200 euros. In other words saying they conned me. DO NOT GO INTO THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO AVOID ANY DISCOMFORT OR EXTRA COSTS ON YOUR HOLIDAY OR BUSINESS TRIP!

Nice new hotel on Jomtien Beach

New hotel, modern, comfortable and right across from the beach. Pattaya nightlife is NOT walking distance from this hotel. If you want a nice, relatively quiet place to stay near the beach, this is a good choice. Rooms are clean, modern, staff is very friendly and helpful, air conditioning w/remote control, 100+ TV channels, hot/cold water, nice shower, comfortable bed, excellent mini refrigerator, (no microwave), 7-11 and Family Mart really close by, open 24 hrs/day, and right across the beach from a quiet stretch of Jomtien Beach. Perfect for couples!

Fint hotell nära stranden

Bra fräsch hotell, men inga möjligheter att torka bad kläder. Det finns varken torkställning på balkongen eller fåtöljer med bord. Personalen är ung , det gör förmodligen att dem ser inte smuts vid ingången tex., det städas på morgonen endast . Gäster ska informeras att Skype samtal ska inte utföras efter kl 23., det samtalas fram till 04.30 vägar såpas tunna att man är med båda samtalande. Förutom det, ringer telefon i korridoren inför mitt rum oavbrutligt för personalers skull från tidig morgon, så att dem har bekväm att ta emot meddelande från receptionen...Då vi gäster betalar för bekvämligheter med tanke att få dem. Gärna vill se frukost på hotellet eller åtminstone enkel kylskåp med några enkla rätter eller bullar/smörgåsar. Det skulle säkert uppskattas en hängare med några flera krokar utanför den lilla klädskåpet, så kläder kan vädras. enorm fuktighet gör att kläder torkas lång efter badet.

Toas veekeetja, tassid, lameekraan ja palju kanaleid. Mõnus bassein. Poed kohe läheduses, mis töötavad 24 h. Igasugune tänavatoit on ümberringi lihtsalt kättesaadav. Tuk tuk Pattaya kesklinna maksab 0,25€. Jõusaal kohe retseptsiooni kõrval. Kuigi toon kohe välja ka puudused, siis julgen seda siiski soovitada. Ka pikemaks puhkuseks. -. Staff ei oska võõrkeeli. Tuba võib olla saabudes poolikult koristatud. Rõdul puuduvad istumiseks toolid. Toolid puuduvad ka katuse terrassilt. Külmik lülitub välja kui toast lahkute. Raskesti leitav.
