凌晨2點多才抵達已經很累了，還遇到老闆給了我們最便宜的單人床，根本沒按照我們訂的房型給我們，櫃台的小姐她告訴我們房間都賣完了，越南朋友多次交涉得到只剩一間3人房，沒有雙人房的答案，最後我打客服專線，夜間客服只剩英文，問了一堆問題後叫我等一下，然後就斷訊了，這時客服拿出一把鑰匙交給我越南的朋友說，你們早上8點退房。真的有傻眼！
