Kettle in the room was faulty but otherwise everything was excellent. Spacious and comfortable apartment well-located.
Nice apartment sized room. Bed was comfy. Building noise was a little loud. Bathroom extremely leaky…water trails out to the hall, there are floorboards outside the bathroom that are curling up on the corners and I stepped on one. Very sharp.
Rethink Before You go
We don’t recommend this hotel bad hotel policy n staff members
I have always liked Quest apartment hotels. This one was spacious for a one bedroom apartment. Recommended. I like to include an improvement point in my reviews - closing reception at 8 pm is rather early. Melbourne is open 24 hours.
Walking distance to QPAC, galleries and restaurants in Southbank. Being in the city there was a lot of traffic, constant hum of the cars etc, so bring earplugs for a more restful sleep if you're not used to that. I walked everywhere. They have an arrangement with a single cab company so when they call one, keep that in mind as it can take longer. It was a sizeable apartment which was nice, separate bedroom and even a small balcony. Bed was not super comfortable if I'm honest, calling it firm does not quite describe the feeling of the hardness of the mattress. There was not much give in it, you more lie "on" it rather than sink comfortably supported "into" it.
Excellent value for money & much better set up with cooking utensils & other kitchen appliances than others I have stayed at. minor issue - no tissue boxes. Certainly would stay there again
One of the best
Had an amazing stay at Quest River Park Central. Close to everything. Rooms were lovely The staff were excellent to deal with . The beds were so comfy. Would definitely choose to stay here again
Great communication by the property but cleanliness was really poor. Our five year old found used nitrous oxide bulbs tucked between the couch cushions, there were used cigarette lighters left under the coffee table and dirty socks in the bedroom, plus the bedspread had questionable stains. Loved the location but not sure I can rate our experience as family friendly - we monitored our daughter very closely after those discoveries. Spoke with front desk as we left from a gentle, constructive perspective and they took the issues seriously, but I question whether I’d return to a Quest property. Full credit to the girl on the desk for her apologies and really genuinely caring - she was great.
Roomy and Comfortable and great location
Very helpful staff. In the heart of CBD activities and shopping.
A really great location.reception staff excellent
The property on the booking said 41/2star it is far from that. Position in the city is fine . The Unit itself was dirty and very tired
Terrible WiFi in rooms. Dishwasher was not unpacked from previous guests and they obviously oversold parking and being Christmas there was no one available at the hotel, so we had to call a call centre who could not really help. When we checked out the lady could not have been more disinterested. Prior to arriving we dealt with Josh who was fantastic to deal with.
Good communication with staff. Room was actually decent size and was clean.
Convenient location, and great sized apartment (we were in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom). Friendly staff and some great little touches, like the in room dining.
Good position friendly staff
The place was great , only problem they held my $200 for a week , which was cool as we left the apartment spotless , over all nice and close to all amenities
Fine
Do not stay here!
Nightmare stay. Harrased by a lady pretending to be a policewoman. Car parking disaster! Management won't take responsibility. Lifts get stuck, alarms going off.
Just a quick overnight trip- the studio although rather small , was quite suitable for our requirements. Centrally located. Stay at the Quest most times we are in Brisbane
mixed feelings but ok
I had mixed feelings about my stay. I arrived at around 6.30PM well before the 10PM checkin deadline.. to find the building shut and unstaffed. The speaker phone out the front was not functioning properly to call the emergency staff to let me in. Upon getting access after making a call with my phone with very little charge left, It was strange to see an apartment located within a carpark (no big deal though). the sheets and towels were all clean but the bathroom really needs an extraction fan for when the shower is in use. i primarily booked the apartment as it said there was a 72 hour period where apartments were left empty between guests due to the pandemic (unless i misread). I was surprised to see this was not the case as my neighboring apartment was immediately occupied when the previous people had left on the same day.. this was disappointing but i suspect the website had not been updated. overall the stay was fine. the ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional
The lifts broke down so had to use the stairs with my elderly parents up to Floor 27. My daughter was late for her own 21st birthday party due to the fact that we waited for a lift for 20 minutes, and only found out it wasn’t working when we contacted reception. Then we had to walk down 27 flights of stairs, again with my parents. Nothing offered to compensate our bad experience.
Nice place
Nice place
Quest is Best
Neat studio apartment well situated in the CBD. I would recommend this to any visitor.
The property is in a great location, right in the centre of Brisbane city
Quest for Prefection
Our stay was really good; it was clean and quiet and all facilities were available. The staff who were on duty were friendly and helpful. Our only problems included small things like : we ran out of tea and coffee on our second day. We had trouble with the dryer. It did work but it kept stopping and took a long time. However, in the end, our clothes were dried which was a useful facility to have. As the problems were minor ones, they did not really impact our stay very much. Well done, Quest!
Good serviced apartment is a great location
Two bedroom apartment was good. Kitchen had all the amenities. The fifth person was in a roll-a-way bed (which was an extra $40 per night in addition to the room rate). Check in and check out was quick and efficient. Location is great - walking distance to the mall, southbank, etc.
Good location, friendly staff, reasonable amenities
Good place to stay. Clean and close to CBD. Good accommodation for a family.
Inner city
Excellent and will be better when the building works in Mary St are completed. Building works began at 6.30am, very noisy!
Pretty old and run down but has everything you need. Terrible views looking into other units.
It was a great stay.betty at reception was so amazing and helpful with information about what to do and organising transport I rate this place to stay again 10/10 thank you
Great location and value. Would highly recommend this place. I’ll be staying there again.
Very central, easy access in and out. Check in was no problem
we really loved the CBDlocation and size of the room. Clean and comfortable and the parking was just outside the room.
Property was awesome. Great location and staff. Only issue was that both showers leaked water out into bathroom. Building design error..
Handy city location. Pleasant staff. Spacious rooms
We were on the 19floor with great wiews, the unit was very clean and tidy and very spacious the staff at the front door were very helpful and friendly
The property was in an excellent location. However there was no hair dryer or iron or ironing board.
Ok but could be better.
The place itself is nice and spacious. Although the single bedroom rooms are accessible through the carpark which is a bit scary if you're alone. When I arrived my bedroom aircon was broken so they had a repair man come in the next morning - but upon coming back in the afternoon I was left with a lot of dust, debris and boot marks in the room which was really disappointing. They had it cleaned the next day with little compensation (a bar of chocolate and two bottles of water). Overall, my experience wasn't great. But the people at reception were nice.
Very comfortable. Very clean. Our 2 teenagers loved the movie room. Close to everything. Enjoyable stay.
Well located and maintained, helpful staff, particularly Hayley who tried everything she could to rectify an issue. Only concern was no facility for Foxtel and Netflix as advertised.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitelycome back again
Best value CBD apartment
Wonderful staff at check in. Apartment more than what we were expecting. Great location. Can't wait to stay again.
Quest River Park Central
Large modern unit in a good location
Highly Recommended Brisbane Central Location!
Quest River Park Central proved to be an excellent location for my 4-day stay in Brisbane City. I was attending a 3-day conference in the city. The hotel was perfect. Friendly staff, ease of secure parking in the building, close to a variety of great restaurants and the conference. My stay couldn’t have been better, with the apartment’s facilities giving me the choice of eating in or out. A highly recommended choice!
Not in room long enough to make many comments - bed was comfortable, other than bathroom didnt really use any other amenities.
Ok hotel close to things
Staff friendly. room clean. No austar. Air conditioning did not work properly. Bedroom was noisy from other tenants 2 floor below drinking on balcony. Otherwise fine
Brisbane CBD Appartment
Staff were helpful and friendly assisting with an early checkin
AC 15 years old
Everything was fine except. You had to walk through the carpark to access room. AC set on Full and 16 degrees was pumping out slow air at around 25 degrees which was the outside temp. Could not open windows as construction site and dust/noise/workers in the building across the road. Apartment was spacious, with all amenities you could image. TV- dated bath - half size Washing machine and dishwasher in good nick
Wouldn’t stay again
Was there for 3 nights. Don’t know if the noise of construction or lights at night was worse. They could put proper blinds up. And to get to your room you have to walk thru the car park on your floor. The washer an dryer in the room was good tho to catch up on washing and was 200m walk from Burger Project which have the best burgers!!!
Family holiday
Amazing trip with family traveling around Australia hotel was in a great location close to everything
Great 2 bedroom apartment.
This is a well presented apartment that comes with everything you need for a sort or longer stay. We stayed 3 nights. The rooms were large with comfortable beds. The location is fantastic with close proximity (short walking distance) to city centre and the Queen Street Mall. For the active sports person there is a small gym with a good variety of machines and a 20 metre lap pool. We would definitely stay here again.
All my family had positive comments overall about this accommodation. Well located, staff were very helpful and obliging.
Average hotel in the city
This hotel is situated well. It is the second time we have stayed here. This time was far better as we were not in a shabby room in the carpark. The two bedroom apartment faced a construction site so there was some noise but we were informed of this before we booked. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The apartment itself was fairly average and a bit tired. Air con didn't work and because we required two twin singles for our kids, they had spit the master bedroom bed so they got the ensuite and we were in the second bedroom which was a bit squeezy. Having said that at least they offered the option of twin beds in the second bedroom as most in the city did not hence the reason we booked there. Overall it was a pleasant enough stay but for the price you could get better elsewhere.
Close to the city, but noisy
We didn't realise when we booked that there would be so much construction going on. Waking up on a Saturday at 5:30AM to builders is not something I want to experience on a holiday. Also my Mum and I both have flus from the air conditioning. We wanted to open the doors but with all the noise from the construction chose to use the air con. Unfortunately recycled air left us with fevers and achy bodies. Close walking distance to the city but I think you can find better value on another street.
GOOD LOCATION, ROOM WAS ROOMY AND CLEAN. HAD ISSUES WITH DRYER( REPLACED ASAP). EVERYTHIGN GREAT ON THIS HOTEL. EXCEPT INTERNET BARELY WORKS. ISSUE WAS ADDRESS BUY NO JOY. HAD TO GET SIM CARD TO USE INTERNET.
Great apartment central to everything.
Bright and roomy two bedroom apartment and staff very helpful and courteous. Would stay here again. Only issue was, I thought rooms would be serviced everyday but not the case apparently, no problem though towels and tea coffee available from reception. Good value for money.
GREAT value for money.
Clean, comfortable. Great value for money. Reception was very friendly and helpful.
Best Clean Hotel
Excellent Stay
Close to everything
Positive experience...comfortable and central. Lots of dining options nearby. Has everything you need.
Nice Hotel close to amenities
Stayed two nights, room very good. I found trying ton visit family members on other floors trying surely once booked in you should be able to move freely within the hotel to visit, it's not a gaol and I am not a criminal and neither are my family members a resent being treated like one and shown no trust in my integrity..
Average apartment - next to construction site
Construction site directly opposite our room, with noise from 6am Saturday morning.
Nice Rooms, close to city centre and restaurants
Friendly professional staff. Less than a block from some great restaurants. Easily able to walk anywhere.
Perfect location.
Only had1 night. Great location, room was great. Comfortable, neat & tidy.
3 bedroom apartment stay
Thank you for our stay on the weekend. We had a group of 6 stay at a three bedroom apartment and it was very spacious with the lounge/dining/kitchen areas. Great view of the river. Lovely staff. Good location.
The Sound of Music
Just a short Stay to go to a Show at the Lyric Theater
Staff not very friendly and accomodating , average facilities
Good Location
Well situated to walk within Brisbane City. Nice 2 Bedroom apartment with comfortable amenities Helpful friendly staff
Good for a short stay
Whilst I enjoyed my stay, I felt the floors could have done with a much better clean. The carpets had a lot of hair matted in it. And the bed was very hard. The size and location was great.
fantastic location and lovely, well appointed apts
A very positive experience all up - with the exception of the lifts! The building is almost 30 storeys high and one of the two lifts servicing the building was out of action for the two days i was there. Made for frustrating , long waits at the lifts. I would have taken the first stairs but for security reasons these are not accessible from the ground floor. But otherwise a really enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again on my next trip to Brisbane.
Good location
Parking was a bit of nightmare. Room dated but clean. Location great. Would stay again.
Loved the location being nice and central!
We were well looked after and received a free room upgrade that allowed us to check in earlier! Highly recommended! :-D
Over Night for Rugby League preliminary final. Conveniently located. All good for some customers as well.
Brisbane CBD
Very central. Good staff. Clean room.
Not so good
Even though the apartment was modern and well decorated, the room carpet was very stained and gave a dirty impression. The bedroom air conditioning was not working. Moreover, the apartment is advertised as serviced daily and this did not happen on a Saturday morning. The entrance had a bad smell. I would not recommend this apartment to a friend.
Very convenient
Perfect location, very roomy, but the bed mattress was to hard for me
Near perfect stay close to the heart of the city
Wanted to rent an apartment for an overnight stay for a decent price, which was walking distance from the CBD, and obviously rooms that are clean and comfortable. This was all that and more. The staff were super nice and helpful, and decent cost for parking. My only suggestion is maybe free WiFi
Over rated
When I tried to book in they had no booking for me from Wotif Then they gave me a two bedroom studio But tried to lock the main bedroom that had the conecting bathroom That means I would have to shower in the laundry Just rubbish
Disappointing
These apartments should not have a 4.5 star rating . The furniture is getting old and jaded . The bathroom was clean but there were black mould stains in parts of shower. The heating did not work in the room and I was given an antiquated wheel-in heater that was fairly ineffective.
Facilities: Tired, Nothing special; Value: Costly; Service: Rude; Cleanliness: Poor; I wouldn't stay there again.
Close to shops and botanical gardens
Facilities: Modern; Value: Affordable; Service: Courteous; Cleanliness: Pleasant; Water temperature in showers fluctuated - not very safe with small children standing under the shower and it suddenly goes very hot!

Noisy studio room located off car park level
Located off the car pack which was unusual in itself and ok. The room was fine but the downside was the construction across the road and the 2 am deliveries over heavy metal something that woke up do I guess no double glazing. Then being by the car park you get woken by the sound of cars starting at 6am. Not ideal. The staff were lovely and recommended a great place to eat. It was handy to the meetings I had in town but just too noisy for me when I stay in a lot of hotels for work. I love the facilities of an apartment but try for a higher floor than 2
Facilities: Home away from home;
Facilities: Basic; Value: Fair price; Service: Basic; Cleanliness: Fair; I didn't get my licence back when I Checked in and had to go back after leaving
Facilities: Nice ; Value: Affordable; Service: Professional; Cleanliness: Pleasant;

Great room in a great location! Highly recommend :-)
