Great location and in spite of its proximity to the motorway, room was very quiet. Having the supermarket 3 minutes walk away is also very convenient. The dishwasher wasn’t working and they knew this when they put me in the room so that was a touch annoying but once I reported the issue, house keeping kindly washed up all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Well appointed, spacious, very friendly and helpful staff. Good position for exploring the city.

Kind staff, good location, bed soft

Communication beforehand was excellent and they were able to arrange for a very early check in. Property is new with good set up but pretty basic.Kitchen was funcitonal with fridge, hot water heater. Location is good within walking distance of little cafes, downtown area. Only negative was bed was very soft.

The room was a lot smaller than expected given that it had a living room but it served the purpose. Easy check in.

Amazing stuff and experience

Stuff was very friendly and helpful! Thanks to them we had very nice experience. Considering this hotel is not 5* but their treatment was. It was over all very comfortable, we got free upgrade and late check out which helped us a lot considering our flight was at 9 pm. Location was perfect- close to everything! Covered parking next door for NZ20 (around $11 USD)

We stayed for 2 nights, was a really nice hotel. Although they did forget to put the child's bed in the room but was a quick fix. There was a large group of young adults occupying a few rooms on our floor and they all stayed up quite late having a party, but other than that that was the 'major' issue we had. Overall really good stay.

Easy walk to downtown.

Property was nice & clean & quiet.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by two friendly staff who helped us get booked in, and were super helpful in confirming the car parking, access to the room and after hours access. The room was lovely and clean, awesome views across Victoria Park straight towards the Sky Tower. Absolutely wonderful stay all around, and will certainly be looking to book again next time we stay in Auckland.

Easy access to Northern motorway, supermarket walking distance and as the apartments kitchens are well appointed this is handy if you like to do your own cooking.

Convenient central location with the bonus of parking right next door, and a cafe onsite!

The reception staff ( esp the Fijian lady) were lovely. Welcoming, polite and lovely to deal with. The room was good. Seemed very clean, comfortable and generally quiet. We have already booked another stay.

Although not luxurious, the property is clean and has all you need to visit Auckland. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and we had bedroom, bathroom with washer dryer, and kitchenette. One block from grocery and bus lines in front of hotel.

We've stayed here many times and it's always safe clean and because it's smaller not noisy.

Management was so friendly and helpful which made our stay pleasurable. Even the cleaners were kind and assisted us in our requests.

It was the perfect place to stay before my early morning flight. Close walk to Ponsonby which has a lot of great cafes, restaurants, trendy shops. Close walk to CBD. Very pleasant staff

Always stay here, always greeted with a smile. The location has excellent access to the motorways and parking next door is so handy.

Great choice for family trip

Great location. Nice kitchen. Helpful staff. You can walk to the New World supermarket to pick up a few things to cook in the room or walk to the Harbor to enjoy the restaurants. We also walked to Apex Car Rental to pick up our car after some good rest, which really helped. Paid extra for parking at the hotel garage but it is not too expensive and better than struggling to find a free parking spot. Rooms were spotless clean with detailed instruction for all appliances.

Great stay

Excellent staff at front office.

Clean room with plenty of space and a nice kitchen area. Comfortable bed. Great location to walk into downtown or the wharf area. Grocery store nearby. Big park across the street. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. We had a good time staying here. No designated hotel parking and a bit tight to drop off luggage, but a parking deck was right next door for about $11 US a night.

This was my second stay at the property and it was as good as the first. The guy at the desk got me into my room before 2:00 pm as soon as it had been cleaned, and gave me an extra checkout hour. Washer/dryer is great. Easy walking distance to piers.

Enjoyed my stay here, friendly staff, convenient location, nice facilities. Kids loved skate park across the road, near a supermarket and close to Ponsonby Rd eateries and northern motorway.

It’s well located, within walking distance of the waterfront. The kitchen and washer/dryer are major pluses.

This apartment hotel was perfect for our needs. Having a space to prep food and a grocery nearby was great. The location was walkable to many things. We felt well taken care of by the kind and professional staff.

The property was great, upon check in I was offered parking at $20 or I could parkon the street. I elected to park on the street and returned to the hotel at 9.15pm. When I went to leave, my car has been towed as the street was private !!!! This was not explained to me by staff, the signs for the towaway was not displayed so one could see at night, nor reflective, this cost $350 to have my vehicle returned, daylight robbery. The area behind the hotel is private property although it is a road, be careful. Extremely disappointing. Staff should warn all guests of this.

There was a slight miscommunication about the room (I'd had to swap hotels at the last minute), and the room that was ready involved stairs, which I find difficult. The lovely receptionist sorted it and swapped the room - thanks! We had a lovely stay!

Very clean & tidy rooms in a great location within the CBD. Easy check in, only negative was that we only found out upon check in that onsite parking is very limited & needed to be prebooked.

Good hotel and nearby center

Quest on Beaumont is an ideal location, fresh fit out & excellent size room for our needs. Relaxing stay. Reception staff very helpful. Wifi connection a challenge- too complicated. Staff helped out.

Reached late but the on call team support was nice and simple. Extremely happy with the cleanliness and the facilities in the apartment. Strongly recommend for families or professionals.

Short & Sweet

We were only able to stay one night of our planned two due to a flight cancellation. However what we saw of the place was excellent and we wished we could have had the two nights as planned. Would happily stay here again, seems very convenient to the town centre, shops & places to eat. The after hours check in worked fine.

Staff were very helpful & friendly and the property was up to the same quality level of the other quest properties we have stayed at over the years.

Location was fine with park across the road and supermarket close by. Otherwise the area lacked in character and restaurants

They keep our luggage util the next check-in after two weeks.

Great location, clean, comfortable and close to city centre

The room was smaller and less impressive than it looked in the pictures. It was clean but the door didn’t lock and we had to leave out valuables unsecured. Staff didn’t seem too fussed.

We are a family of 5 (myself, my wife and 3 kids, 12, 9 and 10 months). This property was a perfect fit for us. My wife instantly felt comfortable when she walked into our room and my kids were pleased to have their own space. The receptionist at the front desk was AWESOME. She made us feel comfortable and well informed for our stay. The cafe is close, the parking garage is close and food is easily accessible by walking 15 minutes or driving.

The hotel is well positioned and provides well with a kitchenette and fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is a short walk away in a separate building which may have caused some inconvenience with luggage but we were able to unload next to our accommodation which was good. We would stay again. Really clean easy to access. Cold taps in room did not run cold more of a Luke warm however they did have a cold water filter at reception where we could fill our water bottles. Overall a clean property.

As always, Quest is the perfect choice for efficiency, convenience, practical extras (like washing machine & dryer), and price.

We’ve stayed a couple times here now and it is a good reliable option for central Auckland. Great location, friendly staff, easy parking and close to walk to central restaurants and water front. We stay with our 1 year old and each time they’ve had a cot for us which is nice. Some rooms suit a porta cot better than others, space wise. We had a small issue with bed size (expecting a king and got a queen) they were happy to provide a solution as best they could and we were happy with this. Will stay again next time. Thanks
