great location, very clean, friendly staff. Could hear children in room close which cried during first nights stay, apart from that room very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay.

Central location, room great, staff friendly. Bed a firmer than I like. Power points only on one side of the bed. Secure parking was great.

Reception staff amazing !!! Nothing was a problem, always a smile and a chat …. As well as professional . A true asset. Accommodation well maintained and exceptionally clean. Would encourage anyone to stay there.

Awesome stay. I’ll be back again

It was ok but our card wouldn’t let us get in to car park on a couple times. On our last morning we took half of our stuff down to car and card would not let us get back up to our room to get rest of our belongings so we had to wait till reception opened had no phone to call the number so annoying dissapointed

Excellent Griffith Hotel

A very good hotel with lovely staff. Our studio room facing the park was clean,quiet and very comfortable. We like Quest hotels and Quest Griffith in one of their best. Its just across a nice park to all the cafes and restaurants, very convenient. There is secure parking for $12 or plenty of free across the road parking.

Great location with easy ealking to the main street. Spacious, separate bedroom, with full kitchen, washer and separate dryer. Secure outdoor parking (paid).Very clean and fresh as a fairly new hotel apartment block. The double insulated glass balcony doors kept virtually all noise from nearby railway (on our side of the block) out. Great a/c in lounge and bedroom as well as a tv in each. Overall; excellent accommodation in the heart of Griffith township.

Modern and clean with excellent in room amenities

The location to cafes and restaurants was excellent. Only detracting feature was it's closeness to the railway line but nothing too serious to worry about.

This property was noisy - you could hear people walking around and talking and it was adjacent to a railway shunting yard

Disappointed in the care housekeeping on our two night stay. THe housekeeper had obviously walked into the apartment, made our bed , and walked out. No bins emptied, no towell's replaced, no floors swept or vacuumed. very careless attitide.

Great location and was able to walk to stores nearby. The two-bedroom apartment was clean, spacious with modern decor and facilities. The rooms all had air conditioners and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent Location and amenities

Friendly attentive staff , clean room , excellent location. Well equipped room if you need any to cook in house. Plentiful secure parking at a fee or close by . Excellent bathroom amenities not little tubes quality shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash . All in excellent hotel in the heart of town .

Located close to the main street, yet quiet. All staff- cleaning and at the reception are very helpful. We stayed in the studio room, and it had everything we needed, including a microwave and a small cooktop. Was very pleased to find some extra pillows in the room. Safe parking is available. Place does not have a restaurant, but within walking distance to cafes and restaurants.

Great apartment with all you need for an extended stay.

Reception was excellent, property is overall impressive and very well located, however the room had a slight but pervasive odour of stale cigarette smoke.

Perfect place to stay reasonably priced, very clean and tidy, comfortable bedding

Greeted by friendly staff, especially Aloesi, our room was calming and so comfortable. The Aircon was great after a very hot day driving. Would highly recommend.

Rooms are modern and spacious and have always enjoyed my stays here however there is was a musty stale smell in my room and disappointed to be charged for parking which never used to be.

Disappointing but just acceptable

The hotel whilst reasonably new felt dirty a lot of maintenance and build issues with cracks in walls stains on wall. My room was very smelly. Didn’t feel it was it make a out to be

The Studio apartment is extremely small. There was a huge amount of noise from their faulty water system. There were brown stains on the bathroom door. The bathroom could do with a good dose of bleach. The parking charge came as a complete surprise. I paid but they never emailed me an invoice as I requested.

Hi We found the housekeeping to be very poor whilst there. No note that there is no service on a Sunday. No note to say towels only replaced if put on the floor. The inside of the lift had not been cleaned. When our room was supposed to have been cleaned the bed was not made and the floors had not been vacuumed. We were lucky to get parking in the secure area but gather this is not always possible. Location is good - close to shops and restaurants. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Overall for us it was the cleanliness of the property that let it down and if we are there in the future we would stay elsewhere.

Great stay, clean rooms, friendly staff

Clean rooms, bathroom was spotless & bed was warm & comfortable. Soundproofing not great as there was a lot of night time noise from guests, including some running up & down the corridor at 2am. No option for food at the hotel, however cafe across the road was recommended. Still, it suited our quick stay & the price was as expected for the amenities.

Great accomodation, centrally located

Booked for a business trip. The property had a great balcony, accommodation was immaculate. Room service was outstanding. Quiet surroundings were welcomed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quest Griffith. The staff were friendly and accommodating, arranging our room to suit our needs. The clear did a fantastic job and our kids loved coming back to their squishmallows set up in funny ways! With the main street just across the way, we were able to walk and relax and enjoy all the town had to offer. We will definitely be back!

Excellent well maintained facilities

In a great location to walk to shopping center.

Centrally located modern hotel across from a park and close to main shopping district. Decent size one bedroom apartment with full cooking facilities including an oven. Some things which would be good to see them improve: a) refused to honour the Expedia VIP parking benefit (which was the only reason we booked via Expedia) even when presented with confirmation email. b) gave us one spare roll of toilet paper for a 3 day stay even though rooms were not serviced during our stay due to holidays so we had to go and buy our own c) despite messages asking you to reuse tools because of their focus on the environment they give you single use sachets of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent and single use bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner which completely contradicts their claims.

Property was easy to find, proximity to the shopping hub was excellent. Secure parking was very tight - our medium size vehicle was squeezed btwn large 4WD’s but it was undercover. Room was quiet as requested, we may have had the floor to ourselves. The bed was too soft for us unfortunately but maybe we could have requested a change of room …. ? Overall, a good experience and we will stay again - thank you Quest

For the cost of the hotel I expected more. It wasn't terrible, however the room was dirty (dusty and rubbish found in a few areas). Also the bed wasn't overly comfortable and there was no communication re the hotel facilities.

Central location

Hotel is in the centre of the long main street behind a park. Railway runs behind the hotel. There were some train movements in the morning, ask for a room facing the park if this is likely to disturb you. Our booking included parking but this was not recognised by hotel without some negotiating. Seems ridiculous to me to charge $12 a day parking at a country motel. Room is very modern and comfortable other than thin mattress and no extra blanket on a winter night Location and modern facilities make this a good choice. Very walkable to restaurants and cafes.

Property was great However communication before I arrived was confusing as I was told that parking was not included at least twice via messages via Expedia.

I didn't like the noise coming from the rail yard opposite the parking at 5am and the cleaners who were talking at the top of their voices on the ground floor corridor. I would not want a ground floor unit again - way to noisy with guests and others.

Best stay. Exceptionally clean and quiet.

On the booking it stated we had free parking. However once we got there we were told we could park on the street for free. We were not allowed in the Quest secure parking area unless a parking fee was paid. Very poor and will not be staying at Quest again.

Great location and comfortable room

This is a great hotel for business and holiday travel. Great to have laundry facilities in your room and a full kitchen. Close to the main street for great cafes and restaurants. Hotel is quiet.

We had a lovely stay in Griffith. Although, due to COVID, many events and places were not fully operational, we booked in meals and wine tasting, and had a fabulous time. Quest was very comfortable and located centrally enabling us to walk to restaurants and shops.

The property is located behind the main street and is within walking distance to most eating venues. It seems to be one of the newest properties in the town. My big disappointment about this stay was regarding the housekeeping. I paid high rates to stay over a long weekend but the service was bad. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom on arrival, no housekeeping was done after our first night so no clean towels were provided. Our dirty linen remained on the floor outside our door for over 24hrs.

Good location in the centre of town. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Beds weren’t quite what was asked for but it was fixed very quickly.

It was a great stay, however, there was rubbish found in the lounge from previous people, plug didn't drain sufficient in the ensuite bathroom, the towels were not replaced by cleaning service as we stayed over a Sunday, I had to go and get them myself from reception (although the lovely lady was very pleasant and helpful). On the whole it was pleasant and the convenience of the main street across from the property is great.

Quest Griffith was perfectly adequate for my purpose. I needed a conveniently located well appointed hotel with wifi for a fly in fly out visit during which I could still complete some work. The only disappointment was the limited choice of coffee. A small pod machine was what I had hoped to find. But. Alas. Just the iconic taste of those packets of dust. Not quite close enough to town to bring one back... But It more than served it’s purpose. It was a comfortable stay and I think I’d be hard pressed to find anything better as an alternative so when I’m back I’ll be back
