The secure parking fee should be included in the price of the room. Quest is located next to one pub and another is on an adjacent corner. I wouldn't like to leave my vehicle in the parking lot of the pub or on the street. Other than that, the accommodations were first-rate -- clean, tidy and the room spacious and suitable for my needs. The wifi wasn't great, but that is what you come to expect in these situations.

The property is excellent. The only criticism I have is that the shower is a large 2 person cubicle with a nice rain shower head that can only shower 1 person. Seems rather pointless.

Excellent property. Very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and we were able to have a good nights sleep after a long day of driving. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in a 2 bedroom apartment

We booked a studio room but were given the keys to an accessible room. When I rang reception and requested a regular room, they only had a 2 bedroom apartment available so we took it and it was an amazing room. Spacious, well-equipped, clean and very comfortable. Well worth the extra $$ if 2 families were sharing. Reception staff were very friendly. Check-out was simple and quick.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Goulburn. Brand new with cool decor, everything works and the staff are awesome.

The room was very spacious and had everything you need.

Clean and comfortable stay after a long day in the car. Staff were exceptional and as a family with small children, we were very comfortable in the spacious and adjoining rooms we’d booked.

Gardens needed weeding.

Advertised as king bed, was only a queen and very uncomfortable, had the worst sleep. Other than that room was nice.

Other than the stale biscuits with morning coffee the place was very good indeed, Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Really comfortable place to stay. Pleasant staff. No amenities in house but lots of hotels restaurants etc within easy walking distance.

Very clean and very nice staff! But I found the bed a bit hard for my liking… but that’s a personal preference.

Great hotel and excellent customer service

Great hotel to stay at. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking is easy to access. Customer service is excellent - very helpful and conisderate staff - from the call to confirm my arrival through to check in and check out. Would recommend.

It is the second time in two weeks that I have not had someone clean the apartment during my stay. Last time I complained twice about the range hood not working and had to leave the food open for ventilation during a freezing winter night. I also asked for the room to be cleaned during the last stay and twice for the range hood to be fixed but this was not done and no one ever got back to me as to why . So 3 times room was not cleaned

Really good except we asked twice for the range hood to be fixed and the room service, which never happened so we had to cook with the door open in freezing cold weather. Not happy.

Really enjoyed staying here, the apt was spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to eating areas and supermarkets in the next block were a bonus. There is undercover parking which is easy to access for $10 a night.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, bed wasn’t made up for us the next day, no body wash refills, bathroom bins not emptied and fridge freezer hadn’t been emptied or cleaned with food still in freezer from previous tenant. No real apologise from reception as we booked on Expedia so she told us.

I have stayed at Quest for the third time now while driving between Victoria and Queensland. The place is consistently clean, the check-in process is effortless, and I can rest assured knowing that my car is secure in the underground garage. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Quest and I plan on staying there again in the near future.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property though quite new seemed to have very poor sound insulation. I could hear my immediate neighbours TV etc. and every noise out in the hallway (including some very loud near neighbours several doors down). It made for a restless night. The room fitout was also poor. No lounge chair...just a bed and desk chair and strange long bench chair underneath the TV. Plenty of room for a chair...but instead you are left sitting on your bed. For the price point I thought the product was lacking.

This is a great place to stay. New and clean, with wonderful staff. Beth and her team make you feel like you’re at home.

Always enjoy my stay. Only thing is that I could hear the people next door talking all night through the due to the connecting door which was not in use. Very loud and not comfortable. Stayed here many times this happening was not very good though. I hope I don’t get a room with a door next time.

The usual quality you would expect from the Quest chain. They could supply not towels though. Two towels for two people isn’t enough.

Quest Goulburn is fantastic however it was somewhat disturbing that after I booked & paid, through Wotif, I was contacted by Quest to say I had to offer an additional $100 bond & that parking would be $10. This was not mentioned on the Wotif website…& most definitely should be.

Balcony on the ground apartments were quite nice.

Reception Staff were super friendly and helpful. We got in reasonably late (travelling from QLD to VIC) and were able to do a 'pre-checkin' which saved a lot of time. Recommendations were given for dinner, however, we arrived at the recommended bistro and were informed by bar staff that the kitchenn was open for another 1/2hr (we got there just after *8pm) Unfortunately, in the 15 mins it took to get drinks and decide what we wanted the kitchen was already closed. Very disappointing as were definetly looking forward to the recommended steak!! We settled for dominos as it was about the only place open. Hotel was clean, spacious and comfy. One of the better Quests we have stayed at.

Everything was great at this property.

I had a very good accommodation (almost, considering the air conditioner) I didn't like the air conditioning which, I believe, it was "doctored" to generate either too cold or too warm so that best option for client is to turn off. So I did, because weather was just good, by coincidence. The machine appeared to execute my commands but some time after it was changing its response. Suspicious cheap practice used by cheap motels to save energy. There is no other explanation for a very good brand like Daikin. Next time I will check weather forecast.

It's so accessible and quiet. Would recommend anyone to stay there. Very clean and easy to find.
