STAY AWAY
I have stayed in a lot of budget hotels in the last 2 years in this area, and this may be the worst one. The fridge wasn't working, but it turns out that the power strip it (and the microwave) was plugged into was not plugged into the wall. I had to move the dresser to plug it in. The bathroom was a horror show. There was mold on the ceiling, holes in the door and walls, and a HUGE crack in the bottom of the tub that was covered up by a nasty bathmat. And when we checked in, the person at the desk made fun of my last name. "Thats a real name? I thought it was a joke!" Completely unprofessional and just plain rude. There are other budget hotels that are less sketchy than this place and actually treat you politely!
no clogged bathtub and no hot water
We’ll kept older place with comfy bed in room coffee, microwave, and fridge! All that I needed but had to use bath towel as a bath mat. I highly recommend this place for people on a budget. $100 deposit cash or card
Service is horrible/nonexistent
2 stars is being kind. Check in was a nightmare. We were stuck outside for over 30 minutes. Check in started at 3:00 pm and we arrive around 3:15. The doors were locked and no one would answer. We called the hotel phone and hotels.com however neither of us was able to get in contact with the property. Once the young lady finally unlocked the door there was no apology or explanation. She just asked for our name. She proceeded to give us one key for two people, asked for $100 in incidentals and charged me one night for our stay. After going to the room and getting ready, it was approximately 430 at this time when we left to head into Disneyland and another family was stuck outside unable to check in. We spoke with them and they were also trying to check into their room, but no one would answer. We ended up waiting as well because we needed two keys as there are two of us. The room itself had a very odd odor, only some outlets worked, the beds felt like box springs and the bedding sheets towels were all stained. The towels were also tiny, and although there was two of us in the room, there was only a single set of towels. Upon checking my bank account, they refunded the single night they charged me and charge me for two nights, even though I paid for one night using my Hotels.com points. Giving two stars was being gracious. I would never stay at this hotel again nor would I ever recommended to any friends or family. Hotels.com should reconsider working with the property.
Close stay to Disney
Place is super close to Disney, booked last min. Room was clean beds were comfy. The shower head had lots of rust. The gentleman at the front wasn’t very polite, he may not know the difference between asking and demanding things.
Great inexpensive location close to disney
Clean. Provided clean linen. Bed was comfortable.
Water leak
Staff was helpful and the room was spacious and clean. A great bargain
Good place
This property was very run down. Bedding had cigarette burns, large holes in the wallpaper, what appeared to be an old blood stain that hadn’t completely washed away on one of the towels, peeling paint on the walls of the bathroom, stains on the ironing board and bathroom floor. We were told a 3pm check in, when we arrived we were told that the rooms were being cleaned, so we waiting a bit, came back, and were told that the front desk attendant just needed to check that the room had been cleaned. All in all a 4:45pm check in. And of course when we did get to the room, it wasn’t actually clean.
.
The property is dated and has probably seen better days but the location is A . Free parking, walkable and they have a shuttle to Disneyland. Also, plenty of restaurants within 2 mile radius. It was quiet and clean. It’s not luxurious but it’s decent place to get some rest.
It's a clean hotel, within walking Distance of Disneyland. Our room was clean, but needed several repairs. There were holes in the where something was once hung. Our towel bar broke off when we pulled out towels off for use and there was a tissue sticking out of the home where the peephole was supposed to be. While it's not the nicest place I've started. It was clean, no sign of bed bugs, it just needs a good maintenance. Was a decent price in comparison to the surrounding area
Close to the Parks But Won’t Come Back
A good distance to the parks. Close to one of the many ART bus stops and a Denny’s. While it was quiet and I felt safe, the hotel is quite rundown. My rooms door was peeling and cracking on the outside. The room was dated. The bathroom had some rusting and corrosion on the drain and no plug. The vanity and sink area was big. I appreciated there was a desk and chair to sit in. My bed sheets I noticed had some black marks on them, which looked like mold. The price is why I chose this place. There wasn’t anything extraordinary or amazing about this location. The pictures aren’t honest, at least not of the room I stayed in.
nice place
everything was ok
Friendly staff very helpful, clean and great location to walk and catch the disney shuttle
Meh
Nothing good to say but it’s not Terrible
The staff was very rude. It was very noisy. There was a gap under the door to the room where the sun (and whatever else) came into the room. The toilet was broken. The phone was broken and not connected to the wall but sitting on the side table with the broken lamp. There were very few outlets for charging things. The tv remote didn't work. The place to "store baggage" before check in was completely not secure. Overall terrible and expensive given all the above.
Close to Disney Shuttles
Older hotel, reasonably maintained, with decent price for the location. Biggest draw is 1/2 block to Toy Story Parking lot. Pick up breakfast at Carl's and be at the lot before 7:00am. Catch the first shuttle to the park and enter the park about 7:30am. They drop the ropes right at 8:00. They will even let you park free at the hotel until 5-6pm.
Parking was limited. The mattress was terrible, you could feel the springs. It smelled very musky.
Good location!
Good
It actually wasn’t bad at all..I didn’t like tht I had problems with the tv, other than the room was affordable and available. I would definitely go again
Its great
Good option near disneyland
It’s a good enough hotel on a budget close to Disneyland. It has the basics. I would stay again. The fact that parking is free is a plus
Everything was great, I was able to check in a bit early as well.
It was a very dirty hotel. All the towels were stained hair in the towels. We found cockroaches and spiders in the room. The sheets were not white. Everything was old and stained.
We have stayed here a few times, it's close to Disneyland.
The room we stayed in, looked like they were remodeling
Room was dirty and fridge didn’t work
California vacation
Excellent location , comfortable place to be and defenetly will be a third time at this place .
I love it
Not
Great place and very close to the Toy Story lot
Great love the free parking
I liked that it was walking distance to the Anaheim convention Center and there were various places to dine from which to choose within walking distance. Parking was free, the room was spacious and clean. There was a pool and Jacuzzi available for leisure relaxation if wanted.
Good
Don’t stay here
I’ve stayed here before and it was better. But the room I was placed in had such a bad odor that wouldn’t go away. Could of been mold or just straight dirtiness. The sheets were not up to par and were very thin. The pillows appeared to be throw pillows that they just put covers on. The carpet was stained everywhere and paint was chipped in several areas. Parking lot is limited and also a pain. Be careful you may get door dings.
I highly recommend the Queens Inn Anaheim if you want a cheap hotel to stay at during a trip to Disneyland or a convention in Anaheim.
The beds were comfy and the staff was awesome! But there were so many negatives, toilet seat was falling off, the shower rarely worked properly, the sink wouldn't drain well, the carpets are super dirty(literally black feet after a few minutes walking on it) and it was noisy!
It was very clean in the room. Parking is very tight. I had to adjust the toilet tank to refill the toilet. I had to unplug the mini frig due to noise. The fire alarm went off in the morning without cause. I was able to reset it.
Bathroom was obviously water damaged.
The front desk was great to work with. One of the rooms did have roaches so that was not great. Another room’s toilet had an issue with the handle and the girls had to remove the top and manually release it so it would flush. Overall though it was a great price for the location and about what you would expect for an inn.
Staff is awesome! Comfortable! Quiet! Safe! I Love staying here.
Great location, clean room, close to many things in the area either walkable or to drive. Would stay here again.
Basic but AC Problems
The AC unit in the room squeeked & leaked water all over the carpet while it was running.
When we walked into the room, our desk lamp was missing a light bulb. The phone didn't work to call the front desk so I walked to the front desk, asked for and got a single light bulb. When I brought it back to the room though, the new bulb didn't work. I ended up taking a bulb from another fixture to get the lamp to work. The blankets are not warm enough or thick enough. They are thinner than a towel. Bring your own blankets to stay warm at night. The bed/mattress was firm and comfortable though. Shower went from hot water to freezing cold after about 3 minutes of running it. There were also quite a few hairs inside and around the bathtub. The door that connects to the room next door had one lock, but the additional sliding lock didn't slide into place so it felt uncomfortable that we couldn't lock that door completely. Seemed a loud motorcycle went by every 30 minutes or so at night, and throughout the night, which woke me up each time. And there was a light outside the room that shined into and through the window curtains at night so sleeping with a darkened room was an issue. Didn't bother staying past 5am, once we woke up around 4am, we got out of there and headed home. Pictures looked nice on the website, but in person, its a bit different.
This hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures on the Expedia website! This place is so run-down! The carpet was absolutely disgusting! The tub didn’t work and the overall bathroom was dirty and unkempt! I will NEVER stay here again!!
Affordable and good location
Good location. A lot of walking distance shopping and food.
staff was helpful. location was not terrible. bout 20 minute walk to disneyland from here. room was decent. blood (?) stain on the shower tub, and the door frame threshold (metal strip that runs across the bottom of the door) was bend up to the left of the door... potentially hazardous. carpets were stained. all in all was decent for the price and we were not there for the hotel, just a place to stay while at disneyland.
Housekeeping could be a little quieter so early in the morning. After a long day at Disneyland, I was hoping to sleep in and get enough rest but their laughter and yelling right outside my window jump scared me! 😂 They greatest part was that, front desk gave me my parking pass before even checking in so that I could leave my car and walk to Disneyland! Saved $35! Big rooms!! Big bathroom countertops!!
Carpet in room was extremely filthy with hige black dirt stains around 4ft x 6ft, phone cable was just coming out of a hole in the wall, extremely unsanitary. 2nd room offered was in better condition, yet still had its issues along with a scent of cigarettes. Staff was trying to accommodate, was doing its best with what they had to work with, yet wasnt enough.
.
Great location to Disneyland and lots of good restaurants in the area.
Nice Place
I enjoyed my atay - this motel is in a great location!
Overall good hotel. Recommend it if you going to visit Disneyland and be less than 2 nights. Otherwise look somewhere else. Since it is bit outdated and needs renovations. What I like about it is that it had free parking and not tight spaces. Okay internet and good cable channels. It also haves many places to eat nearby. The bed is in the softer side. The check in and check out was quick.
Bad experience
Broken tub, hair in shower, funky smell in room, never booking here again
Never got my 100 dollar deposit back
Rooms were clean but very much run down. Overall a good place for what I payed and would recommend for people going to Disney on a budget.
I have never stayed at a worst hotel. When arriving, we asked for a bottom floor since I had a kiddo with crutches. We got put in the very back corner by storage. The bed sheets and towels were dirty. They were covered in hairs and even a dead roach. We requested another room and they said they were sold out but could bring us new sheets. The hotel desk said they did not have anyone to come change the sheets for us and we’d have to do it ourselves. We ended up contacting Expedia’s customer service (which was great) and they helped us find another hotel. So disappointed with the Queens Inn.
The price couldn't be beat. Affordable for the weekend. Easy to check in and close to Disneyland, which I was visiting over the weekend. The only negative comment was someone was screaming at night, but I don't think that's the property's fault. I'd for sure stay here again.
I felt like I was transported back to the 70s. The furniture was hideous, the bathroom dirty, rusty and the shower had no water pressure. There was coffee but no cream or sugar. Long hair in the shower. Towels the size of postage stamps. They should charge no more than 50 bucks. Not coming back here.
This property was a decent place to stay for the price. Fairly clean, a somewhat older hotel but walking distance to the toy story parking lot and Denny's. Lots cheaper than other hotels in the area.
Was a good room for the price being so close Disneyland and on short notice, just wish hot water lasted a little longer, definitely would stay again
This property stole money from me do not book here no cancellation but still charged me full price even though I did not stay here also refused to answer Expedia for my refund. Do not book here
Great
Property needs updated badly, but the staff was super kind and friendly. I left expensive shoes in my room when i checked out, within 30 minutes the hotel office called to alert me to the found shoes. VERY THANKFUL ! I would stay there again....
Decent value, but a bit tired.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit worn. It is an older hotel and could use some upgrades. But, it was reasonably priced and convenient.
hotel was roomy and comfortable. The hot water was amazingly hot could have sttod there for hours in the shower. Beds were comfy and it was reasonably quiet. Would definately stay again.
Short and safe walking distance to convention center at reasonable price than the other good hotels. Expect little run down here and there in a room.
Easy check in, staff was friendly and helpful. Clean linens. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Toy Story lot!
Very noisy property. Toilets and water pipes were very loud at random times of the night. Sounded like construction was going on. Beds were terrible. I could feel the springs if I moved around. The sheets were so worn and thin and poor quality just old and the threads were peeling. They should have tossed the mattress & bedding years ago. Needs much upgrades. Outlets were not USB compatible and the 2 prong keep falling out of the socket. I called to get a wake up call because I feared I would not have enough charge on my phone and my alarm would not go off the response from the front office was if we remember to. Was not a good feeling therefore I did not sleep the night before I had to get up early in the morning. Remember to bring your own toiletries they’ll give you soap and a tiny single used shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion. The towels and wash rags are very tattered and literally look like they have been used to wipe the dipstick on a car. This was a very inexpensive hotel, but the price point was nothing for the quality was less than a hostel compatibility. when I checked in at 1 PM, they said I had to wait till three even though my room was completely ready. When another family checked in after me with a baby, they got their room immediately. Then another family came in and got their room immediately. I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my room and finally II asked the woman at the front desk at that point she asked if she could get me an Uber to go somewhere!
Pros-It's close to Disneyland. Cons-In desperate need of updating and maintenance many years ago. Room had a broken shower rod and torn curtain. Coffee maker didn't work and paint peeling/in poor shape. Owners should take more pride in their facility. Modest updates and maintenance would help.
L.A. Guns NAMM after party for my birthday!!
We stayed the night for my birthday to go to a concert. We stay here quite often when we come to Anaheim. It's close to everything! Food, gas, stores, and Disneyland. The rooms are big, with fridge and microwave, which came in handy this trip!! The beds are comfortable and the hotel is nice and quiet. There is a good amount of parking and the lot is well lit. The area feels safe, we walk the area a lot when we stay here and have never had any problems. Check in and out was very quick and the employees are always nice. We needed a downstairs room for my nephew that is in a wheelchair, and they were able to accommodate us, which was awesome. We will absolutely stay here again!!
I found a lot of roaches near the sink areas as well as toilet, beside those little roaches, everything else was alright.
That night it rained and the room key was not working. In the morning since my room was next to the staff room at 7 am they would not stop being loud and lol. The front office staff was very nice.
Good Service
Good Service!
Towels are old, dingy & rough. The sink has gnats. The tub has draining issues so you're standing in 4-6 inches of water. The tub is also peeling so no baths. The doors aren't sealed all the way so you can see light through the cracks and if windy (like in January) you can feel it. The beds are hard as the ground.
I go there a lot, but the last few times a few men that work there are very creepy
Very good, convenient stay near Disneyland.
Great location and excellent parking
It was fine
Super cerca de disneyland y tiene ambiente familiar.
The rooms looked quite nice inside and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, we found live bed bugs in both beds. Thankfully, we inspected the bedding before getting bitten and we checked out that evening without staying the night. We received a full refund and did not request to switch rooms since we were concerned about an infestation throughout the property. It's too bad because the room had a microwave, fridge and a wash basin separate from the toilet/shower. It was very family friendly if not for the bed bugs.
Guy at front was very nice ! Made the check in process very easy. Perfect distance from disneylad right next to toy story shuttle
Affordable and welcoming
Great staff very friendly and accommodating
It was amazing....thank you so much
Don’t have high expectations and you’ll be satisfied with your stay. 10 minute walk to Toy Story Parking Area and 15 minute walk to Gardenwalk.
It was comfortable, quiet at night & safe The only thing is the person that is on second floor has heavy feet has no consideration.
ONLINE BOOKING
Did not stay here. Hotel was overbooked. Front desk was not very helpful. She stated to contact Hotels.com directly to receive refund. *NEVER STAYED - ONLINE BOOKING GAVE WRONG INFORMATION* REFUND IS REQUESTED. Hotel.com service was not available when it was needed. Customer service number was not easy to obtain!
There were no soap bar and shampoo
Based on reviews i can say they have definitely made improvements. Stayed one night and it was perfect for what we needed didnt spend much time in the facility.
A good budget option. Not fancy, but everything was clean. Kinda wished I’d just stayed here all weekend instead of just using it as a stopgap.
We went to Disney and this place was perfect to stay
Excellent Value
Great value for the cost. Stayed two nights for family trip to Disney.
Nice location
Clean, decent, fair pricing
Got to the room and there were bugs on the counter floors were dirty rom condition was absolutely horrible trying to find another hotel now
Very thin walls, run down rooms, and street noise area is slightly sketchy
Excellent no-frills hotel within walking distance of Anaheim’s most popular attractions. I was not visiting any of the nearby tourist hot spots, so I chose this hotel for its perfect location, situated just far enough away from them. Friendly staff is a plus, and free parking for hotel guests is an even bigger plus (parking is notoriously limited in Anaheim to dissuade park guests from walking to Disneyland without paying for the park’s official parking.) Hotel was clean with no visible damage outside or in. It could be said that the only downside was excessive noise bleed from the room’s thin doors with fairly weak locks. At times it sounded like conversations from the world outside were right in the room with me. Nevertheless, I’d recommended considering this hotel for your trip if you’re open to an unassuming no-nonsense room with no excessive detractors.

It's close to restaurants that are open late night
