Nice Swimming pool

Beware of smoker rooms in your email after booking

On their ad, there is no statement on a "SMOKER" room. Once I booked, the email added one item: smoking. Thus, I was in stuck in a smoked room with no other room available. They should update there ad and not sneak in a smoker room to stay. Otherwise, everything else was excellent especially the staff.

Always a pleasure tk stay at Queens. Staff were friendly and approachable, always ready to help. Room was clean and very comfortable. Definately will return to Queens again.

We thought the property was for adults only however noted kids and kids diving in the no diving pool but not told to stop. Otherwise hotel is pretty good, staff on front desk are very nice

Best front desk staff

The best front desk service i have ever experienced. Very kind and attentive.

The resteraunt inside the hotel has a great burger! I did not try the steak but I hear great things. The staff was great! I did not like the attempted upcharge to have a second key card (250 Pesos/day) or the kettle and coffee upcharge (100 Pesos/day). I chose to do with out.

There are other nicer properties that are cheaper in the area. Hotel doesn't have flat iron available

Stayed here many times and rooms are good however, on this occasion I noticed a leak near my bathtub, told receptionist and room was visited. Next day water was again on floor, every tine you went to toilet feet were wet. Again told receptionist and maintenance man put an extra towel on the floor! Was told it was a leak from bathroom above and would be fixed next day. It wasn’t. Two days later outside of room wall and carpet outside my room (303) was completely wet. Obviously the leak was getting worse. I was never offered another room and any reply was ‘sorry sir, we are fixing’. Been a loyal client for many years but no more.

Staff tried to charge for in upgrade when room was double booked. Shower water only warm not hot

Excellent hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Good facilities, lovely swimming pool. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Lots of lovely food options at reasonable prices. I can’t praise enough the staff at this property. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent as alwayels

I loved this hotel, i should have booked this hotel in the first place. I transferred here from the other hotel I stayed due to a below standard accommodation. I didn’t get a refund from the other hotel but it’s all worth it. The service here are superb. From the guard to the pool guy who keep the pool clean. The restaurant is amazing, fast and very attentive to all my needs. Amazing stay most definitely will be coming back here.

Clean and convenient

The staff was attentive and excellent service. The room was very clean and well-kept. Referral for driver was below market rate. I will definitely use them on the next visit.

Overall a great experience. On site restaurant was exceptional. Pool was well maintained and staff was welcoming. Minor point, but important to us, was the condition of the bath towels- they seemed old and in need of replacement.

Ok. Close to Clark Business Center. Too close to nightlife. Surrounding area a seedy place.

Exceptional Staff

Hotel Staff were all exceptional. Rooms were very spacious and with huge beds.

Stayed here many times and always great staff! But it’s very disappointing the roof top bar is now closed! Open it up as it was a good place to drink before heading out on the town. Gym equipment could also use some maintenance but besides that I am always happy staying there and would recommend

Overall Experience: Excellent. The Staff Personnel from the Front of the House to the Back of the House very hospitable and accommodating to your every needs. RBI Restaurant/Lobby, Staff and Food Choices, Excellent. Cleanliness and Location, Excellent. Could not be any better. Have stayed there many times, a place I’ll continue to be an honored Guest.

Everyone is very pleasant and helpful hotel and rooms are very clean pool and pool area well maintained easy check in .No coffee in rooms is a disappointment

Irritating

The check in process was long and tedious. They repeatedly ask for my covid vaccination card, that i gave them during check in. Its like they forgot that they put it in their book, and they would not allow you to enter without a mask. It was very irritating to stay there.

My stay was very good. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was one of the elevators kept breaking down. But overall it was a good stay.

I loved the Variety of room lighting that was available to me. I couldn’t get the TV to work but I’m only here one night I think instruction should be printed out as to which source is used and any other pertinent information so anyone with any experience could figure out how to fix it on their own rather than call the desk just my opinion

This hotel was a perfect for my stay in Angeles City. It is very clean, quiet and perfectly located. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Being walking distance from restaurants, transportation, stores, nightlife, etc. you really can not go wrong here. The nightclub on the 7th floor is a nice little hang-out, with great music and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend the Queens Hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, very clean, excellent security. Front desk handles all of your needs competently. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant for all your meals. Best steakhouse. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone traveling in the Philippines. ABSOLUTELY one of the best run hotels we stayed in while we were in the Philippines.

Conveniently located away from the noise and constant activities. Good in-house restaurant with good assortment of menu items from which to select. Staff personnel (house- keeping, front desk, maintenance, security) very eager to respond to any requests. Exceptionally clean and friendly.

You won't find a better hotel in that area, for the price. The rooms have had thought put in them, well put together both aesthetically and structurally. Nothing is an afterthought. The staff are great, very efficient. Just keeping the volume down on theirs two way radios is all they need to do as they are doung the rounds.

Was nice Hotel and Clean and was only 1 issue that it is not really Visitor friendly. Came there to visit friends but they were not allowed up to my Room. Will Try a Visitor friendly Hotel next Time.

The fact that the hotel is in what is still considered a developmental country, the conditions, amenities, and especially the staff response to Guests' needs far exceeded those expected and lacking in other fully developed countries. Whether Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, or Food & Beverage Staff Personnel, their hospitable, courteous and swift response are beyond any guest's expectations. I will definitely stay again at the Queens Hotel.

Very trustworthy staff

In the scheme of things it’s a great location. Priced about right. Comfortable beds good aircon that’s not to noisy. They don’t have clean my room tags so you’ve gotta remember to ask reception to organise your room to be cleaned. That’s a good thing tho o suppose because they didn’t ever come bashing on my door and wake me up to clean my room.

Nice location. Close to the action, but not so close where you hear all the commotion of the party zone. Staff are fantastic. Some of the best I’ve seen in this area. Quick to fix any problems with room. Bed was a bit too hard for my taste, but staff were able to put mattress topper on to make it less so. Great restaurant and nice view from the top of the building. Hotel has it all, and when it comes to form and function, it is on par with any top hotel in the area.

Nice hotel 1 block off Fields Ave and 3 blocks from Walking Street. Newer hotel, very clean, small clean pool bracketed by RBI steak restaurant (one of the best burgers in town) and small bar at one end. Comfortable seating/loungers around pool, not busy and very casual. Small smoking area/tables in corners by bar. Staff are friendly, rates are higher but reflecting quality. 2 small but nice elevators. Stayed in balcony supreme room on 5th floor for 5 days. Nice compact room, approx. 18'x18' with very firm king size bed, good a/c, writing table with chair, medium sized fridge stocked with "pay for" booze and pop drinks and snacks at reasonable cost. Ass't sundries from cigarettes, condoms, lubricants, sanitary pads, etc. on tray on top of fridge. Has a fair sized balcony with table and 3 chairs and ashtray looking down on pool. There is a larger room available that has a couch for a bit more pesos. Rate it at 4.5 stars

I had the AC unit on full blast but still never got cold. You use that hotel there for one thing. Self explanatory. It could use an updating on their A/C unit

The hotel floor hallways, pool area and living room (7th floor) and gym are all nicely done. Interior design is contemporary and nicely done. Consistent theme throughout property.

Friendly receptionists, waiters, pool attendent, room cleaners, management. No better location, great clean pool, rooms spacious and well appointed, great large beds both comfortable clean. Efficiently run. Food on the dining area was tasty, fresh and quality. The staff are not intrusive at all. It's an Oasis in the middle of mayhem! Great job keep up the standards.

Poor value

There's an undisclosed surcharge for everything, towels, pillows, etc. The extras, the amenities, the pool, the roof bar, are never used by anyone, so they cut costs down and it's all unwelcoming.

Peaceful Time in a busy World

Great hotel, the staff did an outstanding job to keep the smoking room fresh as I’m a non-smoker. The bed was not comfortable and the staff again help to make my stay better with a padded top. Food was great and service from everyone was top notch.

Renovation to the hallway of my room floor began early morning on 22 March. This went on all day and night causing loud noises and sleep distuption. Complaints to front desk was pointless. Most importantly is that they never informed me when checking in of this renovation. For room service they did not mention that there is a 10% charge of the bill amount to eat in the room.

Great property - awful construction noise

Property is great - but should have been given advance warning BEFORE booking that loud construction was underway during the day. Very noisy - would have stayed elsewhere if I had known in advance. But as stated, the property itself was extremely clean and well-maintained. Pool is nice. Staff is very good as well.

Nice hotel, but some bad policies.

Nice, clean, and spacious hotel in the heart of the action for single men. In room mini bar was perfect and very cheap, comparable to a 7-11 prices. Didn't have a chance to try the restaurant but hear it is very good. The gym is great, AC is cold, shower is big, bed is comfortable. Front desk staff is good, only had one issue. I arrived early around 8am and they didn't want to give me my room. They had plenty of rooms clean and available, but they wanted to charge me an extra day? Then, they kept saying I needed to wait for a manager and had me sit in the lobby for around an hour. After a lot of arguing, they caved in and gave me the room. This was a bad start to an overall great hotel. This policy is terrible and management needs to address it.

Good but strict booking policies

Good modern hotel. My only gripe is they were not flexible on rebooking when I had a small delay and I ended up paying for 2 extra nights.
