First point is this hotel is not for families stay. They have two lifts serving the building which is a waste of waiting time as all outside guests are going continuously to the pub. Smoking and alcohol smell is entire corridor and in rooms. Towels are with stain marks and hair. We are unable to stay for an hour in the room and immediately checked out and left the hotel. Requesting if anyone wants to stay with family then please keep away for this hotel.

Had to leave the room in the middle of the night from how horrible the experience was. Party next door for the entire duration of the night. Unresponsive staff. Unclean.

Dirty bed sheets. Mold on walls and ceiling. Windows are not sealed. Rude staff. Night clubs on 3ed floors with loud music that prevents you from sleeping. Do not go there. I would sleep under a bridge rather than staying here again.

Our stay

It's hard to say that it's 4 star hotel. Not so clean in the room, good view but dirty windows. TV didn't work, Wi-Fi very slow. The toilet broke up and we wait for the repair 1 hour. Breakfast little bit poor. Plus for receptionist who helped us with check in flight.

This property is really good ...The essentials are easily available around the stay ... The stay staff is also friendly and the cleanliness is cool...

I had a few concerns right when i got to the hotel, but the staff stepped up and took care of me right away. Thanks for making my stay a good experience

Door staff were very helpful. Leakage from aircon onto two bathroom floors. Breakfast below par. Good location. Noisy disco till 3 or 4 am.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. It has three clubs that blast music every night till 3 am, impossible to sleep. There was vomit in the washroom that wasn't cleaned properly. The lobby smells as soon as you walk in. The hot water runs out quickly. I asked for a iron and they gave me a cheap one that dirtied by white shirt. The internet rarely ever works. This was a really horrible experience, so disappointed for my first visit to Abu Dhabi. I read some good reviews, but obviously they were fake or made by people who don't travel very much. Stay away from this place or you will regret it.

Check in was an issue for 3/4 hour as they could not see my booking... Room was fine Bars and corridor had too much smoking...

Very noisy rooms - was moved three times through the night Air conditioning units on the roof. Nightclub continued well beyond 3am Front desk not in the least bit interested Pathetically small pool

I want to be fair. We had such an amazing time in Abu Dhabi. The hotel was exactly what we paid for. We felt safe. The guys at the front were cordial. The only thing they rationed the toilet paper and bath towels. Hotel perfectly located

Hotel is good but service staff need more friendly with guest

Four visits by staff before they understood AC broken and switched rooms. First room reeked of cigarette smoke (non-smoking room), no iron, when requested one they brought one with broken, taped shut steam part. Pool under maintenance.

Worst ever and too many cockroaches!!

The worst ever! Never stay here as too many cockroaches and staffs are not helpful at all!!!

Great hotel

I've had a great experience staying at the queen palace hotel. The room was very clean, staff very polite and helpful and there were many bus links to various parts of the city.

Room smelled smoky. Beds were uncomfortable and were given two twin beds instead of a king bed as booked. There was no heating in the room

Bad Experience

Very bad experience, bad smell in the room, dark and old style. The mattress and the bed were very cheap and uncomfortable.

Business visit

Short stop but perfectly comfortable room (didn't use any facilities other than that). Would stay again. Bring your own Diet Coke.

Not so clean hotel

The hotel is centrally located. Near the mall, small business establishments as well as bus terminal. The hotel has a gym, a pool and a free parking which is a plus factor. However, the bars can be loud at night and our room was not cleaned daily. I booked the hotel for 5 days and it was only cleaned once and that was the time when i called on the attention of the cleaning staff to clean the room. The room was indeed cleaned but the utilities where not changed such as the suppose to be daily free bottled water. Good thing that there is a small convenience store located at the gasoline station beside the hotel. This is my first time staying in this hotel and I will not be staying here again as there are other same priced hotels with same ameneties that I have mentioned above but was more mindful of the cleanliness.

Close to Abu Dhabi main bus station and mall.

Pros: very clean, spacious room, free parking, complimentary water and tea, great location near Abu Dhabi Main Bus station and Al Wahda Mall, restaurants bars sauna and gym are located inside the hotel, great service Cons: wifi wasn't the strongest but it did work okay.

Poor Information

Charged more than showed in hotel.com through visa card from receptionist.

Free parking was a plus point.

We had short but comfortable stay. There are nice restaurants and good live entertainment. Staff was very cooperative. We will return some day for a longer stay?

Last minute booking for 1 night stay

Stayed for only 1 night. Good value for money considering a last minute booking. The room is quite clean and has all the usual stuff required. Reception was very helpful and offered me late checkout without me asking. The only downside is the free wifi which was a bit slow.

Space, comfort, and convenience.

Extremely courteous staff. They were kind and helpful. Located only a short distance from the mall and bus station, the hotel is very convenient. The room, itself, was well appointed and very clean. It will soon offer more amenities, such as a bar and club, for those guests who are interested. The only negative is that the wi-fi speed was a little weak in the room. Overall, a super stay! I would stay there again, without hesitation.

Will come back here again

I originally was going to stay here for one night. But I ended up staying one more day in Abu Dhabi because the stay here was so great. Great value for its price. Friendly staff, well maintenanced roon, great location with free parking.

Disappointing

Selected this new hotel for 7 nights but thus far (1 night), very disappointing: nice room spoilt by very poor bed, no bar & missing premium restaurant - not as described on website. Always a bad sign when you have to wake up the waiter! Very limited menu for example; no Diet Coke! Service is enthusiastic but embarrassingly inexperienced. Free parking is fine, but I am afraid there are much better places. Hope to get a new room or a proper mattress, else I'll be moving on.

Excellent sauna

Staff was very friendly and let me check in rather early in the morning. Room was freezing cold when I arrived, only 15 degrees and the air con doesn't make it warmer, so the only option was to switch the aircon off and wait for the room to get warmer. Sauna is excellent, proper Finnish sauna, with a possibility to throw water on the stones. Pool is small but lovely and warm.

When we arrived they said there was no room! It was overbooked. We should have got a massage - not true. They kept on several times. After we ment it was there problem and they have to solve it, they contact the manager and he arranged with a room directly. It was exactly what we booked. The chec in lady later wanted us to pay for the breakfast which was included - so we denied. It was in our booking paper. Later we heard from another guest that he had the same problem with overbooking. This was an odd situation for us. We had been travelling the whole day and was very tired. Heard that it was hard to get a room like ours in AD at time.
