Great spot
Really nice spot. A little too large for our tastes but other than that its 5 star
Meant to be a 5 star hotel ... more like 3 stars!
Stayed here many times before but it was a Hilton Hotel then. The Queen of Sheba is meant to be a 5 star hotel and an international hotel, yet most of the staff didnt speak english so getting your eggs cooked how you liked was a mission. The receptionist told me she couldnt give me details of another guest even though I didnt ask anything about another guest. It took two more tries and an intervention of another member of staff to get the help I needed. When we arrive the room was not made up, no sheets or pillows for the couch bed or the extra put up beds for a family of 5. The mattress of the put up bed, when it eventually arrived, was in 2 halves which was uncomfortable to sleep on and we had to ask for it to be replaced. When we rang for room service or reception or housekeeping to get help all we got was either ringing and ringing with no answer or when it was answered the person at the other end said "... dont speak anglise ..." and then put us back into a ringing queue. In the end we had to go down to reception to get the help we needed. Whilst we were there, there was two fights in the pool. Really scary stuff for young children to witness. One involved a lifeguard and a guest punching each other and the other involved a fight between guests then the lifeguard, hotel security and then the police. For the money being spent to stay in one of the top 5 star hotels in Eilat, it was disappointing and upsetting. We expected more.
Rooms are in gross condition
Hotel from the outside and the lobby are beautiful and very well maintained. We paid a lot of money for a Junior Suite and the condition was terrible. There were huge stains and giant burn marks and holes all over the carpet. It felt very dirty. The rooms are in desperate need of updating.
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Queen of Shiba Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the surroundings. The hotel's amenities, were top-notch and perfectly maintained. But what really made my stay special was the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the friendly and helpful concierge service, I felt like I was treated like royalty. If you're looking for a relaxing and indulgent getaway in Eilat, look no further than the Queen of Shiba Hotel. I can't wait to return!"
Its decent as a 3 star hotel but there are better
This hotel and listing advertise a lounge but they shut it down in early October 2023. Don't book the room with lounge and pay the extra fee; there is no refund for this and no upgrade or anything like that. Also, the gym closed in early October and is not scheduled to reopen any time soon.
Me and my wife had a very bad experience in this hotel. The hotel had parties all night and we did not get any sleep. I told the staff about 20 times and they just didn’t care. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Rooms were beautiful and views were great. I wish Expedia had provided options for the french balcony rooms. Bathrooms were clean and the cleaning services offered were well timed and regular throughout my visit. I would definitely return during another visit.
Nice property and location
Firstly we paid for a 3 people room upgrade. We got to the hotel and there was only 1 double bed and towels for 2 people. Came downstairs to ask to fix the room and add an additional bed (we paid for 3 ADULTS!!) The Receptionist asked for the height of the 3rd guest. Very weird in a 5 stars hotel. They added a tiny small “bed” in a corner of the livingroom, had to ask for additional towels again and in the end the bed was such a poor quality I had my back hurting for 2 days. Really poor service and horrific 3rd bed. The hotel was empty and the room costed £350 per night: if you cannot make a 3rd bed don’t advertise for it!!!
Beautiful, great location, fantastic breakfast
Хорошая гостиница. Отличное месторасположение. Приветливый персонал. Вкусная разнообразная еда.
Really nice staf!!
המלון ממוקם במרכז, נקיון ואחזקה טובה, נוף מדהים מהחדר, מומלץ מאוד
wont come back
bell boy cut my suitcase on purpose
A beautiful position for a hotel and calls itself a 5 star hotel. Rooms and view lovely but staff service poor. Conceirge could not answer most basic questions. Service in indoor bar area miserable. Drinks on bar menu not available. Always had to ask for service.
I would think twice before booking again .
Location is great super convenient . Service is ok but no experience. We took a larger room with jacuzzi and a big balcony . But they never cleaned unless you told them to and every time took them forever to do it , they didn’t even clean the rooms only fixed the beds . Hair on the floor bathrooms carpet not vacuumed, kitchen not clean with stains on the wall, coffee machine dirty ,bathroom sinks dirty cookies all over the tables they didn’t change the glasses that was dirty ,dust all over Sofa that opens to a bed was broken and more… Workers are nice but no experience in customer service. For the price they are asking they should make much afford to make the guest feel good . They listen but they don’t do anything to make it better . The pool is nice and very good employees super clean Breakfast is good and clean . Friday dinner there was no place at the dinning area this was really a joke already . (They said they don’t have enough food ), the balcony was never cleaned and the jacuzzi was either cold or was empty of water they never fixed it for us we always had to call , so we never got really the chance to use it , so this was a waste of balcony . This hotel can be amazing but they need to step up they’re game. To get a room dirty every day is not acceptable. Basically this whole vacation you had to complain to them. Felt super annoyed. After the whole day you want to come to a clean room to relax this was not my experience
Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel. Helpful staff. Clean. Excellent breakfast
I usually don’t post but the experience was amazing. The breakfast was on the highest level that I have ever experienced.
the property was ok - No fruit at the breakfast but alot of other foods
Excellent hotel!
The Queen of Sheba is an incredible hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. They were especially sensitive to our gluten free needs - each meal the head chef escorted me around the dining room showing me what was safe for me to eat. The Executive Lounge was especially nice and added so much to the trip. I would highly recommend this hotel!
Very good hotel
Very nice hotel. We got a very big room for 2 +3. Very nice dinning room. Service was very good!
Great location, big rooms, friendly stuff members, the spa is very nice. Good hotel
Spontaneous desert road trip
Stayed for just one night during spontaneous desert road trip & snorkeling visit to the coral beach. Been upgraded to a junior suit with harbor and mountains view. Very pleasant check in experience. The room is big and comfy had living room, tiny balcony, small kitchenette with microwave ( no option to cook but convenient if you want to heat food) and a bedroom. The variety of food for breakfast was enormous and also tasty. The only thing is that the dishwasher left the dishes with some remains, but eventually we managed to find clean plates. COVID-19 wise it is better to eat early, we woke up early for snorkeling and the dining room was kind of empty, this is a big hotel, I believe that later it would be really busy. Unlike Europe you serve the food yourself and it means lots of hands touched everything. Also, some lots of people around don’t use mask and walk around as well as enter elevator with you.
An amazing vacation
Great stay Amazing food including New Year’s Eve dinner which was extraordinary
Great location, great service, clean and fun!
It's going to be a boring review since everything was great! The location was great, the dining room was great with a large selection of food. The pool was clean and fun, rooms were fairly large, and the overall service of the staff was great.
Good
It was nice
Good breakfast, nice room, The view from the porch was awful, The air conditioner did not work well and made noises, The faucet in the bath is very hard and does not transfer the water well between the shawer head and a hand shawer.I think because we got to one night I got a room like this
Amazing vacation for families!
The overall stay was amazing! breakfast and dinner was superb and tons of variety for every taste and preference. STAFF: The staff was super nice and always helpful. especially the front desk managers Sara and Megan were super helpful and were very attentive to any questions or problems that occurred. POOL: Pros: The pool was great and there was plenty of room to swim. 2 pools for the kids. The poolside service was amazing and the food at the pool was in large portions for the price. Cons: The hotel allowed (turned an eye) guest members to drink from glass bottled alcohol from outside of the hotel and also smoke cigarettes and cannabis. luckily we sat away from those people so the smell wasn’t as bad, but still you could smell it. ROOMS: Pros: the room we order was the junior deluxe suite. it was spacious enough for two adults and two children with two showers and two toilets. we were on the 4th floor out of 12. The rooms were extremely clean and the cleaning staff came every day. water pressure was great and also always hot water. The air-conditioning worked really well and was always at a good temp. Cons: having the poolside view is great to be able to see the ocean but the negative is that the pool has music and lots of people so if you want to rest in the afternoon good luck. those are extremely thin and are not comfortable so you have to have at least two or three pillows to make it comfortable. Our overall rating is a good 8.5 out of 10
Service was good, it was fast replay for our requests. For us pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast was good and many options to choose, but one day there were rotten fruit salad, non-cheweable blinches with jam and burnt jahanon, although there was also another options to breakfast.
it's our second time at this hotel. we enjoy very much. big room, clean, nice pool and rich breakfast. we will defiantly come back.
Sometimes the people at the pool can be rude but it’s impossible to avoid arsim nowadays. Other than that hotel is great.
More attention to these 2 items
Microwave was not clean and shower handle was broken.
Great hotel and service
One of the best hotels and service in Eilat
WE ENJOYED OUR STAYING.
IT WAS VERY HOT DURING THE DAY.
- Not worth for the money we paid. - One of the window was broken and was not able to close it. - Breakfast was ok category. - This not some place I would call as 5 star hotel. - Location is the best
Wonderful
It was great. Everything was exactly 💯. Highly recommended
חופשה ראשונה אחרי הקורונה מלון מלכת שבא
אירוח מעולה ניקיון למופת וארוחת בוקר מעולה נהננו מאד
Nice, comfortable, fancy, only if you get a deal
Carpets need attention. It’s a shame for such a nice 5 star hotel to have stained carpets.

hairs in shower towels
Was really excited to come to this hotel. We plan to stay for two nights and three days… Our first night I found hairs and all the towels for the shower… I complained and received no apology just immediate exchange of towels… After complaining to someone at the reception she said she will pass it on and we received no compensation or apology which should be minimal. Really impacted our stay
Lovely stay
We really enjoyed our stay, the room is lovely and big, the staff was really nice and welcoming.
Perfect hotel for a family vacation
perfect retreat for a family we had 2 upgraded rooms , the hotel is located at the best location in Eilat with all the attractions within walking distance, service was great we left every morning at 06:00 to dive at one of the best coral reefs in the world , food is great and covid 10 is handled with caution but you still have lots of fun, I highly recommend
Great hotel for a great vacation
Great accommodation Large and clean rooms Excellent service We really enjoyed
Excellent hotel in a great location
Beautiful room and excellent service. Great breakfast. Rich selection of dishes.
great hotel we enjoy very much
ighly recommend
Best location on the boardwalk, amazing restaurants in the hotel. Clean and good service.
Lovely hotel. Very comfortable. Breakfast at that days with COVID-19 was really that good. Would definitely stay again
Great hotel
Loved it
Not a complaint about the hotel itself, but from our 12th story suit we could hear so much noise from outside that most of couldn't sleep. There was music from outside until about 01:00 and then construction and truck until well into the late morning. Nightmare - Eilat is under construction on off season!!
The staff are very professional and are always willing to help. The hotel is beautiful and is very close to all beaches. Loving every minute of our stay.
Everything was great: very spacious room, view, excellent breakfast, heated pool. The only complaint I have is a very poor wifi, that was disconnected every 20 seconds sometimes. Due to that, i had to use a hotel phone to connect with my local friends. At check out I was charged 50$ phone bill .
We are returning guests as we really like this hotel. We contacted the customer relations manager and she was very helpful
We found broken glass in our bed... Yes! After they cleaned and we came into the room there were broken pieces of glass in our bed and on the floor. The management was awful and the staff were supper unfriendly.
VERY NICE HOTEL BEST OF EILAT VERY GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD
Cockroach in the room
We found the cockroach in the room we told manager about it she give us buffet dinner for it and promised to clean it same night we found it again so rooms wasn’t cleaned buffet wasn’t that good very disappointed that in 5 star hotel u can find nasty thing like this and customer service about that was very bad
excellent
it's 1 of the best hotels i have ever been,
The position is great and most things are OK. It's not "luxury" and the room we upgraded to was still tired.
The upgraded room was awesome. . .
Wonderful stay
Great stay perfect location
Great place Really enjoyed staying there.
Fantastic Hotle.
Front service was exceptional. Buffet breakfast superb. Pool was great fun.
Very goof for families.
great hotel with great facilities and in great location.
Fantastic service from the beginning. Great hotel and very friendly staff. Facilities were also brilliant and a really nice location
Good
It was good
The room smelled of deep smoke and the management did not fix the problem. They left the balcony door open to air it out and it messed up the air conditioning. Then the management blamed us for the AC unit being messed up. Couldnt breathe and it was hot
Great hotel in an excellent location in Eilat. Front desk staff was outstanding to our needs.
Fantastic location - very attentive staff. Cannot wait to return!
Thumbs down all around
This was by far the worst experience we had in Israel. Staff and management were so rude. Place very old and not well kept. Forget about wifi. Basically non existent. Jam packed with people. Buffet was a zoo, even the staff was pushy. Not worth the price. We went next door to the Isrotel - much nicer, better price and well kept.
Great say
Beautiful hotels in a great area. Very clean and comfortable. Great service and very helpful, courteous and professional staff. Breakfast was amazing. Will definitely come back
Beautiful hotel amazing service I love it
Not a 5 star
Not a 5 star hotel more 3.5 star. Next door Royal Beach is much more of a 5 star, much better energy in that hotel. Queen Sheba is like a factory for families and kids. Security guards entrance to the breakfast buffet which has a line up. Staff very nice. Generally not kept clean in pool area and lobby seating area. The hotel at full capacity and they are not able to handle it.
Nice and clean

Our stay in Eilat
The hotel is amazing; The local is great; few steps from the beach; Service is fantastic; Management is outstanding; Thank you.Ziv. Our apriciation for a great accommodations.
Very good.
The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. We got a renovated room. Was nice. Great breakfast. Location. Good service.
Friendly staff, good location. Clean room and comfortable beds
Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
Perhaps, the biggest problem was language and I had issues getting help because I only spoke in English and not in Hebrew.
I’m only 6,2” and I my head pass the tallest shower head so I had to bend down to was my head and doing so, hit my back with the tub filler. When complained to the front desk, the guy made a joke saying he doesn’t have my height problem. I won’t go there again. The gym was 12’x12’ in size and I ended up going outside to work out. However the location is great
The hotel is in a great location. Breakfast and friday night dinner was amazing with plenty of options. The rooms and bathrooms are outdated and need to be updated. Overall great stay!
Eilat Winner!
Very nice hotel with good service and good location. A/C at night is shut down in the winter. Employees very nice and helpful.
Didn't like no balcony. Other hotels cheaper give balcony
Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Good location. Great breakfast buffet. I would stay there again.
The service, the place is just beautiful, its just a real beautiful place. Better service than i received in any other place in israel!
Everything amazing, for sure I will be back soon,I loved the food
Israman stay
The room wasn't ready with 3 adult beds as the order specified, but we received a complementary dinner as a compensation.
Cant wait to go back again!
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was majestic and enjoyable to stay in.
We stayed at the hotel one night on the way to Petra and I thought the hotel needed updating. On the way back from Petra we stayed for night number 2 and got a upgrade to a suite that was just beautiful.
Lovely stay with a snag
We had a lovely week at the Queen of Sheba. Lovely suite and our daughter had a family suite. Breakfast very good and lots of choice. Booked half board and food also very good and lots of choices. Lovely pool and pool area. Only complaint is that there was a very big conference during our last few days and on our last night the dinning room was so full it was like eating in a school canteen and queuing for food. We did speak to the manager, but he wasn’t very helpful and didn’t see what our problem was! We paid £4500.00 for a weeks stay for both rooms, which is a lot and feel that while the conference was on we should have been served in a separate location.
Beautiful hotel close to seafront and town and delicious food with excellent service
We've liked the central location, the delicious morning breakfast buffet, the spa, the nice pool area and the cleanliness. We didn't like that the personell isn't trained for customer relations. There was never a real conversation. Even the concierge could hardly speak English. There shouldn't be an extra pay to use the billiard table.
Restaurant was a bit pricey but food was good.
The Queen of Sheba is a beautiful hotel - rooms are large, the breakfast buffet is wonderful. We will definitely stay there again
Amazing, they gave me a nice upgrade without asking for it, everything was amazing
Nice clean hotel, very friendly staff, great location!
Nice Hotel, Good staff, the food has good (Can be better). We will stay here again :)
The hotel looks nice from the outside and in the lobby, but the rooms full of dust. When we turn on the Air conditioner dust was flying all over the room. This is months and months of not cleaning the dust. Only superficial cleaning. After I requested to clean Khalid clean very through the room.
Great stay for family and kids
Really great hotel with good facilities for the whole family.
Great time awesome breakfast
Location is great - near everything. The food was amazing with a huge variety of items that all looked fresh and appetizing. Pool was very nice.
