Amazing place

Probably the best business hotel in town. Simple room and facilities, but serves all the basic purposes needed. Wanted to give a 4-star review, but bumped it up thanks to the friendly front office staff for food recommendations.

We have stayed at the Qubus many times as it's in a prime location, easy walking to shops and bars etc. Room is nice and clean, TV and free WiFi and excellent air conditioning which is a must in the summer months. Bathrooms facilities good with free toiletries. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and freshly cooked omelettes etc available. Only thing I would say, hotel could do with a gym and a real bar! There used to be a bar on the ground floor but it closed and has never re-opened, we appreciate you can go to the restaurant but it does not have the same vibe as a real bar, probably the only let down for us. Looking forward to returning again at Christmas.

They had friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and orderly. The hotel restaurant was also excellent.

Fantastic breakfast

The Qubus Hotel had everything I needed for my stay. It is conveniently located a 10-12 min walk from the train station. In 15 mins, you can reach the Bielsko Rynek (square) where there are many eateries. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful city

Hol z parkingu wita gości nieprzyjemnym zapachem. Hotel 4 gwiazdkowy nie wart swojej ceny. Brak wody w pokojach. Łóżka niewygodne , pościel sztuczna nieprzyjemna. Słabe wyciszenie pokoi. W takich hotelach to absurd. Na plus darmowy parking. To był mój pierwszy i ostatni raz w tym miejscu,

Great, central location. The mattress could be a little thicker but I'm 120 kg/270 lb. Avoid the bar and restaurant unless you don't mind paying Paris/NYC prices. Great ( English Speaking) staff though. Very friendly.

Looked nice but be careful

This place looked immaculate, modern, well appointed and the staff was wonderful. But I couldn’t give it a high rating because I woke up with bug bites in several places on my body. They weren’t bed bugs I’m glad to say so maybe a mosquito got into my room.

Perfect Location!

Perfectly located in the center of town and easily accessible. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Slightly disappointed with the food selection at the restaurant as was hoping for more traditional Polish cuisine, but that is more of a personal preference. Overall, highly recommend staying here!

Very central in the old town.

Difficult to find with SatNav as hotel is situated in the shopping centre building but once correct access directions were given, it was an easy drive to the 5th floor secure parking with direct access to the hotel.

Very good location in Bielsko-Biala.

Overall, we liked our stay. Rooms were small, but still comfortable and very clean. Bathrooms also very clean, excellent shower and very handy heated towel rack. The problem for us was to find good polish food nearby. We found on our last day place outside hotel called "pierogarnia" and finely had very good nalesniki and pierogi.

Qubus treat and enjoyable stay

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Service at reception is helpful and English well spoken. Very tasty breakfast with over 100 items to choose from. Highly recommended. Some nice squares to sit in and enjoy a meal or drink in Bielsko-biala. A must do is a visit to the Asian Station Thai restaurant in the President hotel and great value.

Too noisy on Friday and Saturday night

I spent a Saturday night at this hotel and could barely sleep before 4am. The reason, which has been told to me by the hotel staff, is that there is a neighboring night club, and that it is usually noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. In fact, the music was not so loud, but bass sounds all the night were really difficult to support. Apart from this, everything is very good, and the staff very kind... I recommend, except on weekends...

Good Business Hotel

We used this hotel as a base while visiting Auschwitz and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Beds very comfy, location great and free car parking in shopping centre multi storey car park. Staff were so helpful.

Super new. Comfortable beds. Good fans and Air Conditioning that drown out city noises. In a nice large mall. Free parking on floor 5. Good WiFi. Clean. Know that a disco happens Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights so ask for a bed on the "Lidl Supermarket" side of the hotel.

Lovely clean and comfortable

We loved staying at the Qubus Hotel in Bielsko-Biala. Not only was it a great location near the fabulous shopping mall but it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and the shower had really good pressure. The bed was very comfortable and they provided more pillows on request!

Very good hotel.

Everything was good. The only thing is that if you want to have breakfast in the hotel it would cost you almost the same as the room (80%). I thought it was a bit excessive, but in any case, there are lots of local places where you can have breakfast.

Short but sweet

Well priced, quiet, if you need an in room safe, ask during check-in. Room service was very friendly, heated towel rack a nice touch. Good location, always quick and attentive service at the desk. Will be back

Ruined by the Disco

This is a beautiful, clean, convenient hotel that is ruined by the Thump, Thump, Thump, Thump.... of the Disco. The continual beat when on well past 1:00 am and could not be silenced by anything. It is a shame the disco ruined my stay.

Great location, friendly staff

Staff was very accommodating and friendly, room was quiet, bed was comfortable. Will visit again. Great downtown location, all the things I needed were within a 5 minute walk.

Zentral und doch ruhig - Empfehlung

Wir eigentlich immer in diesem Hotel … alles war in Ordnung. Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Wir kehren gerne wieder

Hotel ist im Stadtzentrum und in einer Shopping Mall integriert. Kostenlose Parkgarage auf der 5. Etage. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren großzügig und sauber. 55" Fernseher... Frühstücksbuffet war sehr variantenreich und sehr schön gestaltet und auch sehr lecker zubereitet. Personal war stets freundlich und Serviceorientiert. WiFi war stets stabil. Ist eine wunderschöne Stadt und Umgebung

Nice hotel

Hotelli on aivan keskustassa kauppakeskuksen yhteydessä. Hotelli on todella siisti mutta sisustuksen väritys omaan makuun alkaisi vaatia päivitystä. Huoneessamme oli hieman tunkkainen haju, lieneekö ollut vähällä käytöllä. Hotellin aamupala oli erinomainen!

Goed hotel in centrum. Parkeren voor de deur en anders in de nabijgelegen parkeergarage. Prima ontbijt, niets fancy maar goed.

駅から徒歩でアクセス可能で、ショッピングセンターの中にあるので買い物や食事にも便利なホテルでした。設備やスタッフの方の対応も問題なく、朝食のバイキングも美味しかったです。

Ein grossartiges Hotel, zentral gelegen und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Für meine Geschmack war lediglich die Matratze zu weich und des Kopfkissen zu hart. Aber alles andere ist tadellos.

Moderne und komfortabel

Für mich ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Corona Vorkehrungen gut umgesetzt ohne große Einschränkungen zu bringen. Zimmer war komfortabel wie immer, due ersten Tage Frühstück am Zimmer und letzen Tag Buffet mit freundlicher Bedienung. Komme gerne wieder

Genialny hotel

Przemiła obsługa, dlatego pierwszy raz ani na chwilę nie zastanawialiśmy się z żoną nad ponownym wyborem hotelu, po prostu ponownie go zarezerwowaliśmy i to jest wspaniałe, podobnie jak śniadanie (przepyszne i świeże) :) Dodatkowo co wieczór można pójść do kina ponieważ hotel jest połączony z nową galerią handlową, którą co rano "ratrakują" przed otwarciem :) wszystko można oglądać przy śniadaniu na szczycie galerii.

Central to everything

The location of the hotel is great. Close to the old town and shopping mall. Breakfast is really delicious however it starts very late (7:00 AM). The staff is very polite and helpful. You can only dislike super soft beds...

Dobrze, ale głośna okolica

Hotel nowy, dobrze zaprojektowane, wygodne pokoje mimo że dosyć małe. Działa restauracja do późna. Niestety okolica bardzo głośna w weekendy.

Nice and comfortable hotel.

Hard to complain about anything to be honest. Hotel is located close to the Old Town center (15 minutes walking), close to the train station (10 minutes walking) and it is in fact part of the biggest shopping mall in Bielsko. So if you like shopping it will be a perfect location ;-) Rooms are pretty big, clean (cleaned every day), beds are comfortable, there is free Internet although I did not use it. You can choose between rooms with a bath tub or shower. There is a cable tv with good selection of programs (also in other languages). Breakfast is pretty expensive for local standards (17 EUR) but I heard from colleagues who stayed there that it is well worth the price (I have not tried myself). What I would like to see is a better selection of toiletries, there should be at least body wash AND shampoo, this should be minimum for a 4* hotel. This is standard for 2* hotels in US and Western Europe, why not in Poland?
