This hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Basic amenities were nonexistent: the water bottle refilling machine’s sensor was broken, two vending machines were out of order, and the third was simply missing. For the rates they charge, this is unacceptable. The staff was unprofessional and rude. The daytime front desk clerk acted like we were an inconvenience, showing no effort to be helpful or friendly. The night receptionist was even worse. After one of our keycards for room 219 didn’t work, we went to the desk to get it fixed. Instead of simply reactivating the broken card, he took both, reactivated them without checking the room number, and handed them back. Neither card worked in our room—but both worked for room 209! When we returned to explain, the receptionist became argumentative, insisting we’d said 209, even though I’d clearly stated 219 (verified by another guest standing nearby). After several minutes of continuously blaming us, he finally issued the correct cards. The whole situation was unprofessional and concerning—he’d activated cards for the wrong room without verifying our identity, a massive security risk. The room itself wasn’t much better. The bathroom vent didn’t work, emitted a burning smell, and sounded like a critically wounded animal. Between the malfunctioning amenities, rude staff, and major safety issues, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Avoid Quality Suites if you value your comfort and security.
Very nice room, great value for winter
Our room was very comfortable and nicely updated. Breakfast was pretty standard (but no hot things like eggs or waffles). We got winter pricing and it was a great value. I would return.
Clean room no pet fee
For a last minute pick it was great. No pet fee!!
The pool area was dirty and the breakfast was not vary good. Only hot food was a microwave breakfast sandwich
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Could not reach the hotel by any communication means to confirm my pet friendly reservation. Reached out to Expedia Help Service and to Choice Hotels customer service. Choice Hotels first response was that someone must not be staffing the front desk. I had been calling throughout the day to a non-working phone number and Choice Hotels customer service could not reach them as well. Was instructed to call again in the morning and at this point the phone line was entirely disconnected. Booked with a separate hotel entirely. Moab is a great area and hotels there do confirm your reservation, often through text, highly recommend checking out a different property.
Breakfast was not good for a day of hiking, windows single payne, you can hear all vehicles. Beds are OLD and very uncomfortable
Ok
the staff is not trained for maintaining a pool. The water is green and so over chorinated that it burns your skin. i came for water therapy and got home with skin problems
Nice clean room. Very comfortable bed. Nice facility.
The shower didn't work very well. What was very Luke warm.
We stayed in an accessible room and it was wonderful except the shower curtain was too short so water got everywhere when you showered creating a very slippery tiled floor which was a little scary for me walking with my cane. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have multiple couches and chairs in the room so i was able to find a comfortable place to sit even with being very sore from traveling.
We didn't come to Moab to stay in a hotel the whole time! This place offered an adequately comfortable place to rest after a days activities. The pool and hot tub were especially nice as they weren't overly chlorinated.
Let cards wouldn't stay programmed
Great location. The room was pretty nice.
Very friendly staff. Very wecoming and inviting environment. Good breakfast. Would come back another time.
Perfect just 6 miles to Arches 30 minutes to Canyon land Hotel is in the downtown area with great restaurants, shops and bars❣️
For almost $200 very average hotel. Spots on the carpet and broken trims.
It was great!
No carpet in the room is fantastic!!! The room was clean and spacious. Could use some updates but that's not so important to me as long as it's clean.
Great
Went for a softball tournament and got a room bigger than needed without paying extra! It was nice to have the extra room! I would like an early check in in the further.
Check in was great and very friendly. (Wish I could remember her name. Sorry!) Not sure why our room never got cleaned. We stayed Thursday and Friday nights and were gone most of Friday. Otherwise, it was fine. It’s a hotel in Moab, and the price was in our range.
This was a horrible experience. At least the towels were clean. The gentleman that checked us was super nice. The door didn’t always lock, the room smelt like masked smoke. The breakfast was the worst, unless you like boiled eggs and cold cereal. The pillows were a whooping 1 foot by 1 foot. The mattress look like it’s been there since 1950.
It was nice to have an indoor pool, and the room was comfy.
Don’t go there
If you like a clean, nice room DONT go there. The breakfast is mostly bread! Room smells like dust
Not as clean as it looked in the pictures. Wish there was recycling too.
Nice room and property
Mattress was really hard
Informed front desk that the bathroom light wasn’t working … they never did acknowledge the issue
Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. Grocery store just down the street was convenient.
Dog friendly
Was clean and well kept. Dogs welcomed. We enjoyed our 1 night stay. For the most part felt safe.
Disappointing
We arrived for check in at 2:45 which is slightly early; and the person at the desk wasn’t very welcoming and seemed irritated that we even wanted to check in. They threw us in the first room next to the entrance on the first floor. The shower did not work and neither did the refrigerator. We didn’t want to go back to the desk because the person was so unfriendly.
Very comfortable beds and clean great location
It was ok,property is outdated ,can use a face-lift. Front end personnel can be a little more enthusiastic.
No hot water for shower.
Decent place 6 stars
We stayed here twice in about a six day trip passing through Moab. The fella at the desk was nice but couldn’t communicate well in English. Our room was pleasant and sleep was good. Breakfast was okay but between that and the poor coffee we opted for McDonalds down the street.
Hotel had been flooded during Moab flood and had a earthy/mildewy odor. Left window open entire 3 day stay to air out room. Flood damage apparent in first floor.
Nice place, but breakfast could have been better...
Our room had issues wirh air conditioning..it was very stuffyvand couldnt cool down
Great place!
I like in general the hotel .
Good value. Low end but clean and fit what I needed.
This is a very nice place. The man when we checked in was wonderful . when we wanted to stay another night he was super helpful and took great care making sure we got it. The morning girl both days wasn't great She needs to put her phone away, smile and get a personality.
Lousy check-in service, coupled with rooms that have multiple lights that are broken. Crap service by front desk staff person.
Overall great place, great amenities. Stands are of any quality hotel. Clean and well kept.
Rooms
Great stay
Wonderful stay
The beds were very comfortable, our room was spacious and clean .
Very clean, beautiful arched doorways in the room. Very nice staff. Overall great
Great hotel
Room its self was great, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also great! Check in process was good, it could be better tho.
I rated this property as poor because of the filth in the room that I had got. We had to switch rooms because it was so bad. On the other hand the front desk clerk was very helpful and professional. Quick check in and quick to resolve issues when presented.
Pet friendly
I was surprised at how clean and well kept the whole facility was. My grandson used the pool and it was a great experience. I was so surprised by the large size of the room and the cleanliness of everything. The front desk people were all very friendly and helpful when i needed it. And breakfast was too good! More than just a continental, it was really a very nice start to the day! We definitely plan to book at this site again!
Great Location and Decent Hotel
It was good. Location was great, 10 mins drive from Arches National Park. Breakfast was decent.
Great place for quick trips to Moab. The hotel has great facilities and not too crowded. Enjoyed the stay!
Not worth for money
I don’t usually write reviews. Front desk person was rude. Room wasn’t cleaned properly.
Great pool, staff, breakfast, room suite.
Close to everything we wanted to do. Nice facility with great staff.
Nice location, very slow check-in
The location of the hotel is great! The staff was overall pretty good. When we got there, I could tell that the person checking people in was trying pretty hard, but it was unbelievably slow.
Clean
Overall a very good stay. It was very quiet our first two nights, but realized by the third that was because there weren't that many people at the hotel. Walls a little thinner than I would like after we had someone "move in" upstairs. So I imagine during peak tourist season it could get a little loud (we visited mid-May during the week). Very nice room overall for the price. It was spacious with high ceilings (even on the first floor) and a comfy bed. Shower was very confusing, had a lot of trouble getting hot water even turning it every which way. TV was also confusing. It liked to turn itself off when I tried to turn it on. Breakfast spread was excellent. Customer service was fine. Being located on Main Street was great for food and shopping!
It’s an older property and the walls are thin. Bring earplugs. The bedding was comfortable though.
The Quality Suites in Moab doesn’t answer their phone. When I show up and ask why (after sitting through dinner freaking out) the guy at reception is rude, and says (with an empty lobby) he’s busy. What? If you work in the hospitality business, it’s right there in the word: hospitality = hospitable. I Call down, ask for a few rolls of tp since there are only 1 and a half rolls. Another receptionist answers, annoyed. I could not leave fast enough. I don’t expect to be pampered. I expect to be treated like I’m spending hundreds of dollars at their establishment and am also a human being. I’d fire the whole staff, rehire another one that has been PROPERLY TRAINED in HOSPITALITY
unvacuumed room, clogged bathtub drain, lack of, difficultygetting hot water, squeaky door, dirty dining area, utensils, dirty gym, worn out property, staff friendly, responsive
Not as expected
Not sure I would stay again.
Nothing special to report. Needed a quick stay over, room was pretty basic and it always feels that when traveling with pets you get the ugly room… but it had what we needed
Smelled moldy
The hotel is fairly close to the main part of town and just a few minutes away. The pool is open and very nice. The location is quiet even though it's on a main road. Breakfast included and is pretty good.
Quite and convenient
Great stay!
For a last minute stay, this place was alright. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub and pool were great bonuses. Bathroom/bathtub was a little dirty and could hear everything out in the halls but overall it was a decent stay.
I was given a room that wasn’t clean, there was used soap and shampoo in the shower, trash in the bins, and a dirty sheet on the trash. The front desk clerk had to look at first before he could give me another room. So I had to drag all my stuff back to the room to show him. He apologized and gave me a different room promptly and made sure it was by my car. The new room was clean, except the shower still had dirt drippings on the walls. It’s a good property, I just think housekeeping needs to be more thorough.
I booked this hotel because it appeared updates were made to the facilities/rooms and the price was within my budget for a solo traveler. My only complaints would be specifically with my room; the bathroom was dark and the shower/bathtub was rusty with a clogged drain. The mini fridge was broken and the cleanliness around the mini fridge was not well kept. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The second complaint/concern I had was with checking in. Upon arrival, the person running the front desk seemed very overwhelmed when checking myself and others in and it took longer than a normal checkin process. I'm not sure if the of the circumstances but everyone was patient and they were very friendly.
It was a great hotel for the price. The indoor pool was freezing even though other reviews said it was heated. Definitely was not but there was a hot tub.
Just fine
We stayed 3 nights and they never came to clean our room. I thought the first day was a fluke and when we got back the second day it was too late and we left the third. So frustrating.
Great Place for a Family Stay
Great place for a family stay! Huge indoor pool and hot tub. Great breakfast with waffle makers, sausage, eggs, biscuits and more. Our room had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa!
Good location just short walk to downtown. Great breakfast

There are better properties in Moab
The check in person was nice and friendly but that is the best comment I can make. The pool was freezing. The kids could not enjoy it. The plugs in the bathroom were so old that my blow dryer would not stay plugged in. The beds were so uncomfortable that even my kidneys hurt in the morning. Plus the beds creaked all night. So when anyone in our family of four moved in our sleep other people were woken up.
Terrible Service
Check-in was awful. The clerk could not find our reservation and demanded info that we didn't have. We had pre-paid through the Hotels.com website and showed him the verification. We finally received a room. Then they proceeded to book someone else into our room the next day although we had a four day stay. They gave other guests keys to enter our room! They called to say we were supposed to be in another room. Okay, figure it out buddy! Not our issue. We were in the room they assigned us. Horribly disorganized and the clerk does not have the right temperament for his job. Would not stay again.
Brakfast was okay, the indoor pool with mens and womens locker rooms was very nice, hot tub, there were towels at the pool area so you didn't have to bring one from you room, overall a very nice place to stay, I highly recommend the Quaility Suites when stopping in Moab
Lukewarm Shower Water
The water in the shower never got above lukewarm. I told the front desk. Nothing happened. Our first day the water in the hot tub was also lukewarm. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, but I'm really tired of getting those dehydrated eggs everywhere. It's an agreed upon standard now that baffles me. Being dog-friendly was nice. They had a large patch of grass in the back for the dogs.
Comfortable for a family
This hotel was perfect for our family. We were lucky enough to be there during off-season, so it was nice and quiet. The pool was huge with the large room kept at a warm, comfortable temp. The breakfast was a nice selection of hot and cold food.
Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Challenges were that I couldn’t figure out how to dial the hot water in the shower (very strange). Rooms didn’t have USB ports for device charging. Still I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.
Liked the location
Nice pool and hot tub
Ray was so helpful and answered all of the questions that we had. We were able to walk to town from the hotel and we had a great time here.
Grief trip
Loved the suite with plenty of room for the five of us. Shower was awesome and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great! We arrived after 10 pm and greeted warmly with great service.
It’s a great place for families to stay! With a very good price! Good breakfast, and very nice indoor pool and hot tub!
Great!
Great suites
Very good place for the money. It could be a little cleaner. Love that each room has a hide-a-bed couch! That way my teenage son and daughter don’t have to share a bed.
Nice comfortable bed/ quiet room/ great hot tub/ good breakfast
Del horario de desayuno termina muy temprano
The night host was terrific and the accommodations were absolutely fantastic. Nice short weekend jaunt in the winter with an indoor pool and jacuzzi! Thank you for a great short break!!
Very unique decorating in the lobby. Big, spacious room.
Very charming lobby, very sweet staff, nice big clean, cozy rooms. Fairly priced.
Nice place. I would definitely stay here again. Large heated indoor pool and hot tub with tons of kids. Very fun. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. Very close to Arches National Park and downtown Moab.

Won't stay here again
Picked this motel for the indoor pool. When we arrived was told it was closed. Informed attendant that it doesn't state that on the website. He said it wasn't his fault and there's nothing he can do. Also, the lobby STUNK! Won't stay here again.
