Never again. Horrible place

Everything was great until we had difficulty opening the door to our room multiple times

The room was dirty. They advertised a pool and it was filthy. The elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs.

This place was dirty and smelly. Lady in front desk was taking picture of us and we felt really uncomfortable. Breakfast was horrible. Only had waffles and cereal. Waffle machine didnt work properly.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed. My key card kept being deactivated even though id paid for the full stay in advance and no my card wasn’t placed by a phone or other things to mess with the magnetic strip. The room was disgusting, blood or something stained the floors and walls. Holes in the doors. The entire hotel smelled like weed was being smoked at all times and it was quite obvious the hotel was trying to air out the building because all the windows in the halls and lobby were left open at all times. The front desk staff had a very uncaring and flippant attitude over the inconvenience of having to go up and down to get my card reactivated and the other problems I had with the room. The bathtub wouldn’t drain. One of the tvs in the room wouldn’t work at all and the other one barely got a channel that came through clearly. The pillows were terribly flat, didn’t get a decent sleep either night we stayed. The hallways floors were filthy with trash in them both days never collected. The carpets were nasty. Lastly we weren’t supposed to have housekeeping in the room unless it was requested which we did not request it and they went in while we were out anyway. I deserve a refund over the awful experience we had. I am pregnant and had my daughter with me. The last thing I wanted to breathe in for 2 days was a nasty weed smell that we couldn’t escape without leaving the premises.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I could not understand anyone at the front desk at all. As they sat there smoking pot. The facility was filthy!!! Our room. Pillow cases had mascara on them. Out wash cloths had stains and looked like fresh lipstick on them. Show was so gross I bought flip flops to wear in the shower. The alarm clock cord looked to have been cut off. They used dollar store extension cords for TV and didn’t bother to block it with furniture or something. Tv remote was missing back cover They didn’t even use tape to hold battery in. The pool was green and completely unkept. The breakfast was old cereal with a gallon of whole milk only or white bread/toast. Window in room opened all the way and no screen. Very unsafe especially if u had kids or depression. And you have to use your key card to enable the electricity’s for the room. So being in Texas. You can’t come back to a cool room if u have to take key card with u. Highly NOT recommended!!!!!

It was a little dirty the air conditioning was set at 60° but it was cold, it felt like the fan instead of an air conditioner.

I liked having a suite. Beds were comfortable. TV would not work. Told them about empty hand sanitizer, still not refilled the next day. There was one waffle maker at breakfast and a large group there before us so we had to go without. Icemaker broken. Slowest elevator ever. Awkward decor.

hot water did not work for longer than 2 minutes

For this stay, the hotel was very busy yet once in our room we couldn't hear any chaos which was great.

The property requires upkeep. My room had several lights in need of replacement. The door knob lock was broken. There was no heat iron for my clothes. The microwave was missing the spinning plate. The gym was locked and had to ask to be unlocked every time rather than using my room key like in other hotels.

The properties pictures on the site are cery appealing, during arrival to the suit the place was not as pictured. Walls were dirty, elevator was. Bit scary and the breakfast provided was with a long wait and limited to eggs and sausage. On the other side was a waffle maker that took aver 10 min to make one. Front desk gentleman was polite when i requested towels for our room.

We stay for a night with the family in connected rooms easy access unfortunately when we went to open one of the sofa beds it had a big stay that looked like blood and had to make some arrangements for the kids to sleep

Don't stay here!

Very dirty and not at all like the pictures on the website. We went to call the front desk and our phone wasn't even connected, it was just sitting on the desk. We weren't given any toilet paper, carpet floors looked like they'd never been clean, shower

The building was hot and stuffy. The ice machine didn't work. The room was okay but it wasn't the best I have experienced. The breakfast was not very good. The eggs and sausage were okay but the waffle was gross and flavorless and the juice machines were broken. I won't be staying here again. The coffee was good at least.

Room was very dirty including bathtub, blankets, walls, sofa bed and carpet.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed

The rugs in the room were dirty. The TV is small and has very bad reception. No hot water. No light over the only mirror in the room. No phone in the room. I couldn't leave, they made me pay before went up to the room. I learned that is better to pay an extra $20 a night and be in a cleaner and healthy place. The pictures don't show the reality

Bed super uncomfortable. Woken with back pain Sheets were stained or dirty. Lights weren't working well. Room was kinda dark

Service was nice and let me check in early. Got to my room and liked that I had an extra space with a couch and additional TV. Then, when I figured out how to turn on the lines, I saw a tiny little bugs in the sink and near the microwave and also in the shower. This place needs an exterminator to come in spray. It would be a decent place to stay if it did not have the bugs.

Weather was terrible so we had to stay the night. Check in was a bit slow due to key not opening the room 2 times until we were given a different room. Hotel ac seemed to not be working but the room ac worked fine. Room was a bit warm at first but opened a window and cooled down fast. Hotel is a little outdated but Overall a good stay, beds were clean and comfortable.

The hotel doesn't offer ice at all, the hallways were extremely hot especially on the upper floors, the elevator is hot slow and takes forever to open the door, some lights in the rooms didnt work well, no laundry bag in the room, hair dryer light wont turn off and so makes the bed area bright and for some people that will disturb their ability to fall asleep or stay asleep could have used an extra blanket in the room as well.

The room was hot considering the AC was set at a cold temperature. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

Kind of bad place

The attendant was friendly and helpful. The place needs a good cleaning. I dropped something and made the mistake of looking under the bed. If you want a decent breakfast the hotel is not the place.

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired! Hotel is extremely run down and needs a remodel / facelift badly. Dirty, dingy and smells! Sadly, the maintenance man agreed as he hauled a filthy a/c down to be cleaned solo. Hair dryer was broke, called front desk and he told me he'd check on it....nothing, so I had to go down to the lobby with a wet head and personally ask for a blow dryer. He questioned me as if I was too ignorant to function a blow dryer. The lighting is dark, TV tiny and sits low on a stand. All just extremely dated and grim. Breakfast is offered, but I honestly wouldn't eat it. We stayed here for a concert and most hotels were sold out, so this was in the narrow choices. Avoid this place until they decide to spend the money to update and clean it up!

Very convenient for our business trip. Right across from Cracker Barrel and 10 miles from the arena. We have stayed there three times & each time there was very little toilet paper and no extra. Will stay there again & ask for a roll when we register.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned before we checked in. There was hair on the sheet that didn’t belong to us. There was toys left under the bed trash in the pull out sofa and the breakfast area had roaches by the cereal. There was also hair in the waffle batter. When I told the staff I was told to throw it away and make a new one from the same batter that had hair in it. There needs to be some major changes at this property front desk is rude over night and first shift needs work. Most people never know who they are encountering when we check in as regular guess. I’m an inspector this is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. 3rd floor near the elevator smells like maggots and rotten food. I will never stay at that location again.

This property was average to slightly above avg. The common area was nice but the rooms needed more attention to it. Floors needed to be vacuumed and furniture and appliances needs to be updated. The outdoor pool was nice. Needs a better breakfast selection. At least there are several restaurants within walking distance

Most of the room was clean but the floor was not. Walls are dirty in some areas of the room. The front door wasnt completely safe as the door did not seal completely. The couch is dirty. The small sink cloggs up.

Condensation from window A/C was leaking in room on carpet. I ask to relocate and they moved us to a doom that worked . Needs a remodel bad.

We arrived on 7/17/2024 at about 1130am and no one was at the front desk to check us in, a phone # was listed on the desk to call if needed but after three different times calling them, no answer. We were very frustrated after that scenario. We left the property and found another hotel to stay! So we didn't stay there at all

The online photos were deceiving. This place is dirty & run down. My room had a mildew smell. Door frame was damaged due to pryed open with a crowbar. Latch wouldn't stay in the frame unless deadbolt was turned. Pubic hair all around the bathroom. Crumbs in the carpet. Upholstery felt grimy. Stained bedsheets. Smeared gunk on mirror. Markings on the wall throughout the room and lobby. Water damage to the ceilings. Elevator missing buttons and light fixtures held together by tape. I didnt want to eat their free breakfast nor swim. We stayed 1 night and left to another place. I had to jam the door shut with the desk for the night cause i didnt trust the locking mechanism. Don't trust the online photos.

The front desk staff was very accomodating, friendly, kind, and nice. The maid service did not clean out the coffee pot was not cleaned out and missing parts. However the room was clean. I was originally apprehensive about staying at this property from reviews. In my opin, it wasnt fair. The bed was amazing, the shower head and water pressure far surpased Disney's Grand Californian. This hotel is a solid 4 Stars.

Room was not as clean

Poor customer service, rooms dirty in poor conditions and smelly. Elevator dirt around founded and rotten smelly. Hallway in floor there was littery around and carpet in bad shape with dirt accumulated in parts of hallway near room doors. Toilet seat in bathroom could see hair in top off and bed sheets stains all over and smelly too. Not a good or pleasant stay in.

The room was not cleaned. The bed sheets had stains and hairs on them. When we asked to have the bed completely redone with fresh sheets they wanted us to change them so we switched rooms which was even dirtier.

we chose this property because it had a pool, hot tub and work out room; however, the pool was dirty, then unavailable the next day because they cleaned it and put chemicals in it stating we should not go in, the hot tub never worked and the front desk acted like they had no idea (even though pool guy said the pump has been broke for a while now), work out room was inaccessible with key - along with the pool exterior door which meant we had to walk around the building to re-enter. There are no ice machines on each floor, instead you go to the front desk and they give you ice out of a store bought bag (not sure how sanitary that is). Elevator did not have a certificate stating it was safe - it did not sound safe. I never would have booked here if I knew this ahead of time. Staff was nice and friendly.

Never again

It looked like they came in and just made the bed and emptied the trash. We had the a/c on, soon after we turned it off a roach appeared on the dresser. There was an interesting smell in the room. Definitely didnt enjoy my stay.

We cancelled this reservation but your stupid computer does not know that. Expedia is kind of useless.

Although the staff was kind, our room was dirty. We found dirty underwear in our drawer. Our pillows had no pillowcase and garbage in the trash.

There was a stray cat meowing all night outside of the building. We could not sleep well.

Pretty gruesome place. Filthy isn't strong enough of a word. Decades old carpet. Walls and floors were dirty. Even elevator was dirty. Our towels had rust stains on them. I go down to front desk after our room was not made up and no clean towels were given to us, only to be told to see a small sign that states that we must request service... it's not automatic. Etc, etc, etc.

Property not well maintained. Stains on floors, walls, and linens. Room had to vacuumed after we checked in due to chip crumbs being all over the floor. Homeless people asking for money in parking lot, several others noted close by. The room served its purpose but that is all.

First and the last time I stay at this hotel. The carpet outside the room is outdated and flaky meaning it's too old. The fridge in the room has plastic forks and spoons meaning they do not clean it. The bathtub had dirt rings around it. The carpet inside the room had a lot of stains. The AC inside the room was too noisy once it would shut off. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra 20-40 to stay at a better hotel

Not a Good Quality Inn

We had to eat breakfast at the Cracker Barrel Nextdoor. The complementary breakfast was a joke and not stocked, waffle maker out of dough and no one to be found at desk at 8:15 in morning. Not a Quality Inn. A/C got hot in middle of night, must be on a program thermostat. Bed was not the greatest. Trash still in the room from previous occupants. Roll the dice, was expecting better for $200/ night. Rip Off!

We booked two nights, we got in later in the evening so we decided to stay that night but we canceled the second nights stay. The cops were there, grown men were walking up and down the hallways drinking, the hotel room ac was broken, the tv would intermittently not work, absolutely filthy, super sketchy. We booked based on this websites pictures and reviews but they could not have been more misleading. I will say the hotel staff were very kind.

only go for an emergency

The hotel was very dated and looks like it need a lot of repairs. The hotel was overall an eye sore. The bedsheet had holes and seemed like they needed to be replaced. It was more like a college high school, hourly motel rather than the normal standard of quality Inn.

My family and I stayed over the weekend. The hotel is not as clean as it seems. Also, it does not have complimentary breakfast as it says.

I hope the bed was clean, I was too tired to check. Find crazy stuff in the ice bucket, pillow case dirty. Breakfast was terrible.

The room was dirty beds had food in them and sink had stuff like cream of some kind in it. Phone didn’t work. Would not recommend any one to stay there. Couldn’t u sweat and the people at from desk. They go and u lock the door for you The pool and hot tub were closed.

Very dangerous atmosphere drug addicts patrolling the parking lot literally witness a woman beat by her boyfriend in the parking lot.Upon my check in I noticed a cockroach on the tv screen and more threw out the room dirty towel FILTHY TUB. I only stayed 1 night out of the 4

You have to put your room key into a slot on the wall to have electricity. Our key didn't work well and didn't work the first time, on top of having to do it in the dark haha the electricity in the front part of the room never came on at all. The breakfast could have been good but it was thrown together and served like like slop. I don't think that I'd stay there again. The hotel websites made this place look kind of nice. I was solely disappointed.

Not worth the money.

The dierctory card stayed there was vending on the 3rd floor and there's nothing up there but staff only areas. NOTHING looked like it had wiped off in years in the elevator. The ice machine on the first floor looked like something you'd find in a hoarders basement. A comfortable bed and that's it.

The sheets was stained. The head board on the bed was peeling! The room had an odor or dampness! Mold in the bathroom , bed was lumpy and uncomfortable! The overall condition was horrible! At breakfast we had to ask for coffee! The whole hotel needs to be throw. Away!!!!! Worst stay ever!

Worst hotel ever

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The lady at the front tried to tell me i had to pay a 100 dollar deposit after my room was already booked and paid for. There was no toilet paper in the room. The remote didn't work. Every where was dirty in the hotel. The tvs were so small it was unreal. When we get into the room to turn lights on there was no power. Turns out you have to use your card for the power and i have been in many hotels and never seen this.

Staff is nice and helpful throughout our stay. It’s in walking distance from crackle barrel and In and Out restaurant and various other locations that were very close to the hotel. The room was what specious and had a lot of accommodation to fit our needs while our stay. Totally recommend this hotel to my family and friends to book when they are traveling. The hotel is clean and is affordable worth the stay.

Hard to find. Ice maker was broken. Spots on the sofa. It was a suite so it was nice to have a "sitting" area. I think the people running it need help. Very nice but I think they're in over their heads.

Awful, zero rating

This hotel was a horrible stay, the breakfast they serve is very minimal, slice bread. The room had a very bad odor and very humid. The air unit sounded like a hurricane. Was not able to get any sleep.

Won't stay there again

Dirty lobby. Room not ready even at 4:45pm, had to come back later. Very dated. Cleanliness of the room was questionable. Out of the 2 tv's in the room, one was missing remote, the other was broken. They did bring us the remote for the other tv so we could switch them around to have tv in the bedroom. A car was broken into during our 2 night stay and cops were called out again later for an unrelated incident with other occupants. Service was fine but would not stay there again.
