They tried to lie about my stay to avoid proprefund due to a dirty accessible room and lack of customer service

It was fast to sign in and room was clean it was quiet

You get what you pay for. Bed was pretty comfortable. Spartan. Towels were somewhat threadbare. Pretty good neighborhood. Staff was friendly.

I always enjoy staying here when I’m in town. Very friendly front desk staff. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. It is a quiet setting and easy to rest. They offer a very limited breakfast option, but plenty of places to dine just off the property.

Room didn’t look like picture , refrigerator didn’t work , Holes was in bathroom door plus door didn’t like ! Bed was not comfortable at all ! It just didn’t feel good to stay there

I didn’t like how I’d use my door key once and get lock out because my key would stop working I ended up having like 6 door keys by the end

Easy access to the highway and pet friendly! Rooms are dated and towels were dingy. Very limited breakfast options.

Would not stay here. I booked a non smoking room and I got a smoking room. You could smell smoke the instance you opened the door. The bed spread had a cigarette burn on it and also a couple of stains that looked like red koolaid. There was about 10 sheets of toilet paper on the roll and no extra roll anywhere. At least there was a Kleenex box 😳.you can hear highway noise most of the night. The clerk at the desk was nice

Cigarette burn holes in pillow cases and blankets. Found some hair in not good places :( Just worn down… but staff was very nice and helpful

Have stayed here before, it was not clean and had a few cockroaches. We decided to give it another try,this time it was much cleaner and no bugs. They have done some much needed upgrades.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable, the room smelled, I had to go get some spray and I killed a bug on the wall and one crawling on the bed. The coffee was the only good thing. I will not stay here again

The room was clean but a bit dated and over all more than adequate. The problem was that our room was not cleaned and replenished with fresh towels. When we inquired as to why we were told that the housekeeping assigned to our room said that we requested it not be cleaned. Nothing could be further from the truth. We never saw or talked to and staff other than in the office. Very disappointing.

Reported TV was only receiving 4 channels. No repair.was done during my 5 day stay. People.partying until 3.am . Front desk made no attempt to quiet them or end the activity.

Nice customer service and clean room close to food and shopping

Though I requested a non smoking room it had the odor of cigarette smoke in the room. I stayed last year and the property was not good. This year you can see how much improvement they have done. The pool needs work. And the breakfast could use some revamping!

You couldn't get an extra towel, front desk wouldn't answer phone or help with anything. Property is quite run down.

I loved the outdoor pool and got to do my exercises and laps there.

Not enough parking space

Ive stayed here before many ti.es and had no problems at all. This time was different. I made sure they knrw I would be checking in late. I resreved a NON-SMOKING room. I got here at 2:45am, the gentleman was friendly and fast. He said I had a room on the bottom floor whick is great. He disappeared and I went around to my room. It was a smoking room that smelled nasty!!! It has holes burned into the covers. The safety lock is broken. The light fixture is rusted. The sheets and bedsperad is stained as well as the washcloth. The toilet seat is lose and there are cigarette burns on the tub. The smell is like the bottom of an old ashtray. It's absolutely disgusting!!! I will smell like this now for the rest of my drive. Im just shocked that they actually rented this room to anyone!

Refused to give me an extra towel and the wash cloth was used for a grease rage. When asked the counter manager got rude and insulting. Told me if I didn’t like it I could leave.

Its a good place to crush if you are traveling

The bed linens and bath towel were dingy and stained. There was a putrid smell coming from other rooms. The housekeeping staff is very rude. Knocking on your door at 8:30 am trying to force you out so they can Clean it.

Nothing fancy just a good safe place to lodge before finishing my trip.

Initial service was fine got to the room the bed linens where stained and filthy the furniture was filthy and stained changed rooms still filthy furniture smelly bed linens uncomfortable beds

Overall our stay was comfy. However there was a sign about the warm complimentary breakfast and it’s a lie. All they had was cereals n waffles to make but even then they take a lil bit to make n we had to wait bc other people beat us to it. They had muffins n that’s it. No eggs, biscuits, sausage, bacon, nothing like that! Also the tv connection was always going in and out. They don’t have good quality cable. Must be a satellite.

Bathroom too smalll. Ok for one night

I actually enjoy staying here every time I do, it’s peaceful and quiet and there’s a lot of places in the area

The rooms was prolly clean. Change room twice due to Poor cleanness. Breakfast optioning was the worst.

Everything was convenient

It was pretty average. Nothing special stands out. The alarm clock and coffee pot didn't work, but neither are anything i use anyway. The mini-fridge needed defrosted and froze all of my fruits and veggies. I think the temp setting was under all the ice. If I had said something I'm sure they would have looked into it.

The breakfast was almost nonexistent. Fortunately there were good options within walking distance

This property has exterior rooms. The parking lot is well lit and it is very clean inside and out. The rooms have a small fridge and microwave.

The room was basic but clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and the price was right. I felt very safe. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with fresh towels. I will definitely stay here again.

Propert smelled like almost every room had pot being smoked in them.

Surprise at check in. Plan on paying an extra $25 per pet. No designated smoking areas and folks smoking out side our room with AC running it was like sleeping in a nasty ashtray.

The Desk Clerk is very kind to his returning customer. This is Great Customer Service and People Skills.

Great Customer Service at Check Always!

We came down from Tennessee for a family funeral. The floor was so filthy, my feet were black. I told the guy at the desk and he said it was because they have wood floor. Have stayed at many motels with wood floors and never have my feet got so nasty. We had to wear shoes, the whole time we were in the room. We stayed in this hotel because of the convenience of the closeness to family, but will not next trip. Wish I could send you the picture I took of my feet from the first night.. Horrible

I had to clean the shower. The chair in the room needs to be cleaned. Shower curtain needs to be changed and also the duvet cover had cigarette burns in it. I always check everything. We were so tired from traveling I always bring extra when I know we are traveling. But customer service was very good.

Overall it wasn’t a bad 2 nights stay. The only thing that stood out for me was that the sheets had a stain in them and the comforter had burn holes. There was also some burn makes near the sink outside the bathroom.

Room was not properly cleaned. Food under the chair ( grape) - work out room was locked though the sign said 25 hours. Wanted food ate in the lobby. Front desk was not friendly- barely greeted. I gueas you get what you pay for.

Room was not very clean took 10 min of running water to get hot water. Bed was very uncomfortable pillow had stains on the casing worst hotel I’ve probably ever stayed at!

DO NOT STAY

Do yourself a favor. Book your room at the next nearest hotel. It is next door. This hotel had burn holes in the bedding and the stains on the chair are absolutely disgusting. We did not stay in the room due to above mentioned items and booked next door. Wife was absolutely not having our family and kids stay in this room. I agreed with the decision to not stay and book next door. If you book and run into the same disgusting circumstance, good luck getting your money back. Hotels.com did what they could.

Hard bed in a cold room

The central heating did not work on one of the coldest nights of the year! To their credit, they brought us a space heater when we called to ask someone to look at it. Also, these are the hardest beds I have ever slept on. It was more like sleeping on a box spring than a mattress. Continental breakfast very sparse.

Close to highway traffic noise

Overall, it was a decent 1 night stay. The property needs updating, but other than that everything was working. We had small refrigerator, microwave, TV. They need new blankets and a better looking shower head. If they do minor adjustments from older to newer, I personally think it could get better ratings. I would say, from Average to good. I would stay again.

Great motel for the value. Room was clean & comfy. In a good area, right off the interstate.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Getting into the room was a problem because the card reader didn't work very well. This is close to the freeway so there's constant traffic noise. But I will probably stay here again in the future.

Very clean and gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The new TV Cable system wasnt working right but it was late and he promised to have it fixed.

The room smelled like smoke and it was a non-smoking room. We had a very hard time sleeping because you could hear noise coming from both rooms on each side of ours and you could also hear people walking upstairs over our room. In other words it was to noisy. Also there was to much light coming in around the door at night.

The room we were assigned was in terrible condition. It was dirty, stinky, and in disrepair to the point of safety concern. When I asked for another room the clerk was rude and wouldnt move us. We ended up booking with he comfort inn right behind them which was much nicer. Please dont waste your money or your time at this not "QUALITY" Inn.

the property was run down the door had no weatherstripping seal & we could see day light coming through at the bottom, top & sides of the door in general, the property was in poor & rundown condition I would not stay there again

Everything was good except that It was so hard to get ahold of receptionist needed towels had to walk to the receptionist for some towels
