Very convenient to the airport with shuttle. Great food on site

The bed and the sheets were wonderful! The checkin was quick and the staff was pleasant! Room cleaning staff were a nice way to start the day , smiles and heard one singing ! Location to airport perfect 😁

The lady on the desk when we checked in was exceptional. She was professional and had a wonderful bedside manner. I would give her a raise.

Run down hotel, uncomfortable beds, white powder around the baseboard (pest control?). Convenient location for a pre-flight stay at a modest price, but will pay a little more next time to get a clean fresh hotel with a comfortable sleep.

If you habe an overnight airport stay, this location couldn't be more convenient.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable although tired and outdated.

We felt welcomed the moment we checked in. Looked after our needs including our dog who was travelling with us.

These desk staff was very pleasant and the room was fine. The restaurant could have had a bit more of a selection for their menu. I was quite happy with the fish and chips but my friend was quite disappointed in her quesadilla

Rude and unhelpful front desk.

Experienced a rude front desk, person in the morning. When checking in the night before we requested shuttle to airport they told us to be downstairs 15 minutes ahead and we were in the morning. Our name was not on the list for the shuttle and the front desk Person was not helpful and blamed us. We ended up paying for two Ubers for our group of eight to get to the airport.

Close to the airport; great price with a hot breakfast included.

Check in went very fast. Staff was excellent. Beds were very comfortable.

Not high end but overall comfy

Hotel was standard for a lower budget hotel but it was close to the airport and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

Room was clean and satisfactory. Good proximity to the airport and the lounge was open late and serving food for a late arrival flight. I would stay there again for a short layover for sure. Reasonable room rates.

This hotel has no elevator. I have bad knees and hips, so having to haul my heavy luggage up the stairs was not fun. This was the case when I stayed two weeks ago, so I asked for, and was told I would get, a main floor room for this stay. I checked in and wad again given a second floor room and was told that was all that was available, despite my request. "But it's just after you get to the top of the stairs" she told me. Which made no difference. I still had to haul my heavy suitcases up the stairs. This hotel failed miserably.

The staff was friendly and would help with anything. I think for persons arriving late in the night should have an overnight menu for them to select after a long days journey.

Ladies were kind at the desk and found me a room on ground floor rather than having to climb stairs. I found the room a bit dark and needing freshened up. Mattress very hard.

Clean but an old building Flight was later and no food available.

Liked the restaurant attached to the hotel ! Shuttle was good and location excellent for flights

Older hotel. One of the closest to the airport. No elevator so prepare to carry luggage upstairs. Staff were excellent and very friendly! Convenient that there are restaurants/a store within the building that are open late.

Never made it as mymplane was cancelled So i had to call and rebook

Bath tub had hair in the drain and did not drain properly while showering. Room was dated and not super clean, carpet had some bits of stuff not vacuumed. Front desk staff were excellent. Heating system was noisy.

The building is in a dilapidated condition. It has no elevators, and is not accessibility friendly. Would not recommend anyone with accessibility needs to stay here. Also it’s definitely not easy to get to from the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, but they couldn’t have done anything to make up for the otherwise crummy aspects of this hotel.

Easy check in, clean and comfy room. Convenient airport parking across the street and shuttle to the airport. Restaurant and bar on site.

One night layover

Free shuttle and breakfast were great. Service at front desk was very good. Checkin was fast and they changed our room to two queens as requested. Room had new carpet. Although bathroom had newer features the ceiling was a mess. Paint was peeling along the edges and mould in places. Heater passed its expiration date long ago. Hole in bathroom door. Passed on taking a shower. Would not return.

The front desk lady is amazing, very friendly. I had forgotten a charging cord at home and she was more than happy to help me get my item charged. Thank you again

Scary, rundown. Dingiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Sketchy people smoking weed.

Had to wait for 3 rounds of the shuttle in order to get to the hotel. So waited almost 90min in the cold. Hotel rooms were decent but hotel is older with no elevator.

Liked the convenience of the attached pub.

I like the breakfast meal specially the sausage. Taste like has a cheese inside.

Quiet room except so weird noise from shower use nearby

We arrived well after midnight and the front desk lady was most welcoming and helpful. This is not a 5-star ritzy hotel, but a very orderly and accommodating hotel for weary air travelers. The hotel is reasonably priced and near to the airport with an excellent shuttle service. My family was very happy to use this over-night stay.

Hauling luggage to the 2nd floor, should have said no elevators at the property. Awful location only saving grace was proximity to the airport, room was mediocre and very old. I suppose you get what what you pay for but at $170 I expected more than this, never stay again

Horrible place, dirty in room and smelly. Staff were fantastic, shuttle service was great to and from airport. I would spend an additional $300 and stay at the airport Sheraton next time.

Didn’t arrive until after 9 pm. Room was freezing when I entered, cold air blowing from heater instead of hot air. Sink wouldn’t drain. Doors slam shut echoing in the halls. Woke me up a number of times. Asked for receipt upon check out, was told it would be emailed to me. Why couldn’t I just have printed receipt as I asked?

Check in was quick. Staff were pleasant and happy to help. Rooms are clean. I stay here always when I'm going on a winter vacation.
