I was in room 103 which is a handicapped accessible room. I am not handicapped but it was nice to have the extra room. I noticed two problems. The first one is that the two toilet paper dispensers are on the wall behind and to the left of the toilet which makes them hard to use for anybody, let alone a handicapped person. I did find a TP roll holder mounted to the right of the toilet just under the counter. This location for TP was easy to reach and use so I put the TP roller tube and TP roll there during my 5 night stay. The second problem is noticing that there is no soap tray in the shower to put the soap on while you shower. I managed to balance the soap bar on the corner of the handicapped bar in the shower but this is not ideal. I also noticed that at one time there probably was a soap tray because there is a bracket in the shower.
Worked well for our stay and visit to WSU as it was very convenient to campus. I little noisy at night but that was likely due to having several college athletic club teams staying. The staff tried to keep up with the breakfast demand as much as possible, although they did run low on food at times. Good to see the hotel running at high use in the middle of winter.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location, clean, inviting, comfortable atmosphere. Beds were very comfortable! The breakfast buffet was good. I would definitely would stay there again. Thank you
Unfortunately you can hear everything from room to room and next to us was a family with kids who make noise from the beginning we arrived to the hotel and they were playing on the hall way all the time , we couldn’t rest and sleep at all,
Room was clean and bed was comfortable- good value.
Clean, quiet and convenient
The room is big but no couch, the large table with 4 chairs was odd, dated decor and way out of date small TV, not a smart tv. Loud fridge, had to unplug it.
Close to campus. Price is reasonable.
Easy stay, no nonsense
Excellent and helpful staff. Property is very close to WSU.
100% PERFECT home away from home!
EXCEPTIONAL in every way! This is the best hotel in the entire Palouse region by far. Every member of the Staff offered invaluable assistance with everything from checking in to advice on local establishments and events. Everyone is eager to help and go about their business with genuine smiles and old fashioned hospitality. They also run a tight ship and keep a spotless establishment. The hot breakfast every morning is made with care, and there is a wide array of quality options to choose from that will suit most diets. Everything about my stay was positive, and I’ve already recommended them to family friends. The next time I visit Pullman, I’m heading here first. Pay them a visit - you won’t be disappointed.
Great
Great staff and nice place to walk the dog!
Decent hotel, only reason for 4 star rating is our rooms floor wasn’t vacuumed (not nasty, but some small garbage bits a vacuum would have gotten), and the heater/AC was difficult to get to a comfortable temp (I prefer temps in the low 70’s to sleep, and it was either too warm or cool, but the sheet/blanket made it comfortable enough. Overall, I would stay here again.
Very quiet
The location is easily accessible, parking is somewhat tight but manageable. The beds were comfortable and the staff at the front desk was friendly. We had one issue and that was a medication bottle that went missing after housekeeping was in our room. I let the front desk know and they were looking into it, I have yet to hear anything back. So be aware when staying here, don't leave anything out or leave your do not disturb sign up. We've stayed here before with no issues, this may put a pause on us staying here again in the near future.
Expensive on the weekend rates and way out of date Broken tv Not staying again Staff great

Good
Close to campus
Room was smelly but staff was excellent
I understand there are limited hotels available in Pullman especially for a gameday weekend, but Choice Hotels you need to do better. The property itself is very old and it was very clean - that is not my concern. The room was mismatched and odd. The shower was very small, yet there was a jacuzzi tub in the room. There were 2 TV's one near the bed was Roku and in the other sitting area was cable..We have stayed in this property years ago and feel like it needs a serious remodel/makeover especially for the price. I could've stayed at a 4 star hotel for what they charge!! Highly disappointed with this property!
Quite a good hotel, clean and convenient.

I find this hotel reasonable and best with all amenities
Never again
The floor going into the bathroom was uneven, and unsafe for someone with balance issues. It was extremely noisy at night. I would not recommend it at all.
Convenient and reasonable.
Staff was nice but the hotel is run down. Dirty. It clean. But staff again was accomodating.
Nice place with friendly staff. Clean and quiet location. Will stay again next time I'm in town.
An older hotel in need of renovations but very nice staff and great breakfast with a nice lobby!
Xxx
Parking lot needed work and limited space, but nice hotel
Close to campus and nearby amenities
Nice hotel, for reasonable money with a convenient location.
The pool did not have a bar. There is no deli. The hot tub pictures on the website are severely outdated. There were rusted pieces in the hot tub and broken pieces on the bottom. The way people are upcharged during the WSU games is wild for what is actually provided. The ratings on hotel.com are also suspicious …. It says exceptional but when you look at the actual reviews people are giving 5 stars with just one word “pool” or give a higher rating with nothing but complaints. Very sus. Would never ever stay again
The rooms are very dated and you can hear people in other rooms.
We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable and it was very easy to get to. The carpet and curtains had seen better days, but not thr worst I've seen. We will definitely consider staying here again.
The hotel was okay but the poolcould have been cleaner
Very nice!
Good to come and visit a college friend, near by the campus
Nice place
I love how the hotels in Pullman always hike their rates on big college weekends. This property is not my normal stay, but happened to be the least cost prohibitive of the available options. The first thing I noticed was the odor of the room. It smelled moldy. We decided not to switch rooms, because after walking around the property, it was apparent that the whole property has the same musty/moldy odor. The beds in our room were some of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. Had I paid normal rates, it wouldn't have been so bad. But since it was college move in weekend and I paid three times what the room is worth, I'm not happy and will not go back to this property again.
Quiet and clean
It was fine for the price. No elevator to the second floor.
No elevator, 2nd floor room
Hotel was ok, a bit dated. Breakfast was decent. We were given a 2nd floor room with no elevator. We had many heavy pieces of luggage we couldn't leave in car, had to haul everything up and down the stairs. Keys stopped working halfway thru stay desk clerk said it wasn't programmed for our full stay. Not the most convenient hotel stay.
Our stay was good, enough towels for everyone and the a/c was very cool. The breakfast was well stocked and kept really clean. Overall it was a really good place to stay that was really convenient.
First room smelt, second room was better. Had no shower curtain for the first night, the window curtain rail was bent. Bed was comfortable and workers were helpful and friendly. No lift. Breakfast was very beige, and processed. Was very disappointed to see all crockery and cutlery was disposable. It was safe and quiet but could do with a bulldozer and a rebuild
Staff was awesome
Pool
Staff are outstanding professional and extremely courteous
The hotel and rooms need renovations. But quite decent and clean in the hotel. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower, if it weren't for the jacuzzi in the room, I wouldn't have been washed.
There was old caulking around ac an in bathroom looked gross an far as the bar an other things it says they have they don’t have it
Floor was very dirty in room when we arrived. No housekeeping for the entire stay
Good for the price and convenience
The weather was HOT, a/c did great. Hotel staff was nice, breakfast was good, would stay here again for the cost. Hot tub, needs ventilation tremendously. It’s indoors, but with the heat, the hot water and the amount of chlorine, we both ended up with raging headaches and not feeling well.
Shane at the front desk was terrific when I needed to add another day to my reservation. All the staff was friendly & everyone was great to my dog.
Staff was helpful and so polite!
Small rooms, small shower and sink area.
We were moving my son from college back home. We had a trailer and long bed pickup. It was a little teicky finding wnough parking for this.
Advertisement said poolside bar. Had no restaurant or bar at all.
Good experience.
Excellent staff and good service.
The cookies and milk at night were a definite plus!
very good
Limited breakfast time from 6-9 Rooms not vacuumed
Clean comfortable room, breakfast was good and even when I got the hours wrong, the breakfast attendant let us eat what was available. Really friendly guy!
desk attendant was very nice, rooms were clean and well stocked
Filthy
It was gross. Got checked in and there was garbage in my room like someone had just made coffee. Got moved to another room. The carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed and it was just not the cleanest. Not impressed. Won’t be going back for awhile.
Liked: the location. Didn't like: the lack of an elevator to the second floor.
Wifi was constantly going down. Lights went out multiple times in hallway. Short staffed for housekeeping so our room was not restocked while we were there, leaving garbage overflowing since garbage cans are tiny. Staff however is very nice and friendly. They tried their best with restarting the WiFi etc.
Short staffed. Can not keep up with tbe property.
No side table by bed, resort card issues on arrival, staff stated they would help with credit card issue and never followed through.
Consistent and no hassle.
I stay here every couple months for the last 15 years for business. Never had an issue. Always easy and convenient.
Had to open window to get fresh air. Other than that our stay was very comfortable. Will stay there again.
We stayed 2 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned . No note left that overnight cleaning wasn’t done.
Good stay
The parking may be unavailable. The shower design is weird, the water goes outside the shower on the floors.
Nice and close to Washington state university campus
Nice place to stay. Friendly staff!
When asked for housekeeping to come service the room they did not put clean towels in the bathroom or empty the garbage. I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels.
I chose there because you are by the trail and I can take my dogs on walk. I question how clean the room was. There was a soap wrapper along the top of shower, hair on ledge where soap should go. Multiple bottles of lotion and one was half used. No shampoo. I really ever use but the one time I forgot my personal. The TV had no signal. I called front desk but they could not help over phone. It would be a bit before they could come up and check. I declined but I just want to chill watching TV. I am there to visit parents and they just don’t have space for me to sleep at their house.
Nice facility
Front desk service was fantastic, breakfast lacked fresh fruit options
The guy working the check-in was not well informed on the area. Like, where a family could eat and roads in and out of town, considering there is construction in progress. Also the room had a musky odor, to my wife it smelled like some one had smoked in that room. The bed was not comfortable and there was no comfortable to sit and watch tv. The parking area has lots of potholes and large cracks. Difficult if some one has a wheelchair.
It could’ve been cleaner. Continental breakfast was good. The desk clerks were very nice & helpful!
A quiet place to stay in pullman, and easy to reach every corner in the town. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Spacious room is very clean. There's a huge table in the room that surprise us. It is very convenient, you can even use it for a small meeting :-)
I didn’t expect much given the price. The breakfast was marginal at best. The biggest issue I had was housekeeping didn’t do my room. They dropped off fresh towels and didn’t even make the bed, empty garbage or anything else. I did ask it be made up early because I had a meeting in it at 13:00. But expected it to be done.
Very nice and friendly staff
Location is ideal, easy access to walking trails, campus and downtown. Staff were very courteous and helpful
Convenient location.
Near WSU
We had such great customer service with Clarence when we stayed there last fall that we want to continue supporting that place.
Room had a smell of dirty feet when I entered. The breakfast was not very good either.
It's quite old hotel
The room and jetted tub
The double bathtub was creepy and weird
Quiet, relaxing, and convenient, all for a reasonable price.
.
Not enough food for guests at breakfast. Lines of people and ran out of food at 7:15am. Kitchen lady a bit off putting about having to make more. Bathrooms without much space & no sink. Desk staff super.

Due to prices in Pullman and a last minute decision I chose this place. Wasn’t the best place I haves stayed at but also wasn’t the worst. In a pinch, I would stay here again but not until all other options were eliminated.
