I love staying here. It’s clean, comfortable and quiet.

New so in great condition. Bed was comfortable. The property is located within easy walking distance of good restaurants.

Staff was so friendly and easy to deal with. Secure underground parking is a huge plus in a neighborhood that's still improving itself. Overall it's a great little spot for business or just an affordable stay.

The staff at the hotel are always friendly, complimentary EV charging is an added benefit.

Clean & new

Stayed in King Room with kitchenette, the room was clean & huge. The kitchenette was fully stocked to make basic meals.

I love ❤️ modernized room, very clean and cozy, one thing I don't like is the door being locked at nights but I was worried if I waa going to be locked out? What if a staff wasn't there? That waa my biggest concern. Other than that i love ❤️ it there and will return soon!

I am very impressed with this hotel. It’s modern but the room is clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels are very soft.

What I didn't like was the shower. It had N0 safety bars which is illegal in B.C.Also if you loose your balance while in the shower and lean on the door of the shower, you can fall out as there is nothing to stop the door from opening either way. Very dangerous. Especial

Great place to stay, very clean

Very limited underground parking. Had to park on street as expedition too large to fit in the stall. Very noisy heater right beside the bed going off and on all night. I was dehydrated by morning. Bathroom light was motion sensor. comes on at full intensity in the middle of the night when using the bathroom. Blinding. Limited cable channels. Other than that the bed was comfortable.

Its clean, front desk were ok, rooms were ok...its just ok.

This is an amazing property. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I absolutely love that they remember me each time I stay at this hotel. When I check out - I always get we look forward to seeing you next time.

This property is great. Motel very safe and a great little cafe. Super good food. Do not recommend walking to downtown from this location.

It was good enough and reasonably priced. Location was ok but seemed to be in a bad neighborhood. They kept it very safe and the parking was very secure. Staff was helpful. Mattress was lumpy. It needs to be replaced.

Nicely updated, clean. Nice staff. Great adjoining breakfast option. Unfortunately, like most hotels with window a/c, the constant off/on noisy feature of the motor and fan makes it impossible to have a cool room or a restful sleep. Grrr.

Quiet, Clean, and Comfy

I was very impressed by how quiet, clean, and comfortable the hotel was. I've paid a lot more money that wasn't as quiet as this place. The people were super friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Loud music playing day and night from a property nearby. Older reviews revealed that it’s been going on for weeks. Was barely able to sleep!

I was pleasantly surprised. It was a nice newer building and very tastefully designed. The room was fine. One thing I didn't like is I got no paperwork when checking in or out even though I asked for a receipt. I have no idea if I was billed the correct amount.

Overall stay was good, property/rooms were clean, secure parking is very limited. Lots of homeless people with in 1/2 block of the hotel.

The hotel is very nice and modern with wonderful and helpful staff. We were even able to leave our luggage in storage for the day after check out since our flight wasn't until later. The onlly negative things are there was no air conditioning in the room and after dark the neighbourhood isn't so great. In the day however it is wonderful, you can easily walk to unique cafes, the harbour, the Old Quarter and more.

Staff were courteous and the facilities were great. Fantastic restaurant for breakfast.

Just what we needed.

My wife and I planned this vacation for Nanaimo and look around and go on hikes and whale watch. We booked an air BNB and it was not anything like the pictures or the description at all very small place, so the same.night we got in we booked this hotel last minute and it was a good deal for five nights! I loved it a queen size bed and very clean bathroom with a nice view. Overall I loved staying here and would book again the next time I comeback to visit BC fantastic hotel. The only down side I can give this place is the parking I wish they could expand the parking some how it would.make this place and absolute stay every time.

Man at front desk was extremely kind and helpful considering it was almost midnight when we got there after a long day of travelling

Close to the Duke Point Ferry Terminal. Loved the EV charger on site. Made getting up and going for a 515am ferry much more tolerable.

Very nice hotel, especially for Nanaimo. The area is pretty good, not a lot of homeless. The rooms are very clean, amazing shower. Staff is amazing and very kind. The bed is a bit uncomfortable, but very clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean and Comfortable

This is a well kept, clean, and updated hotel. Zero complaints about this place as it's only 3 years old. Additionally, their parking is locked and fenced under the building.

Bad service

While the hotel itself is nice and updated, and conveniently located within walking distance to attractions, the service was terrible. We stayed for three nights and did not receive room service once. On the one occasion they replaced the soap bottles, they just dropped them on the table without even bothering to stand them up. Additionally, they didn’t make the bed at all. Very disappointing experience.
