I only stayed one night, but I was so very pleased with my stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was free and was more than just donuts or something (omelettes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc...). The price was very reasonable. Free parking. I will stay again.

It was comfortable but this room was really small

The staff was friendly, the location was right off the highway making it convenient. the breakfast was fine. The property is old and they're making some renovations slowly but surely. Pet friendly. We had two rooms one was better than the other because of the new flooring. My main issue was that our tv didn't work and we didn't want to change rooms. For the price it was okay!

This was average, not a place I’d want to stay by myself. It needs some updating, there was mold in the bathroom. I wouldn’t go back.

Truly enjoy the breakfast available. Mattresses in rooms need updated. Fan / heater did nor seem to work right.

Clean, comfortable, and pet friendly!

Lobby was very clean and inviting. The gal at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. The room was cozy and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but was clean and had all the necessities. The fact that I was able to bring my dog with me was a huge plus since he goes everywhere with me. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m working in the area!

I would never suggest anybody go here it's an awful place employees are rude the breakfast food is very minimal hard boiled eggs and pancake mix this is an awful hotel I've been to many traveling through the states and this is one of the worst

They don’t tell you that there is a 75.00 deposit and every time you check in for another day they charge you another 75.00 deposit each time.

There were multiple ice machines broken, so I could not get any. The room is set up oddly with a tv in the middle of the room without a mount to adjust the tilt/angle. The room is divided in half by a partial wall, so it causes tv view issues. There was no elevator in sight.

I had a very bad stay there people in the room next to us their child kept screaming and they were fighting and fighting until 4:00 in the morning and the staff didn't do anything about it I almost called the police on them but chose not to and another night somebody was in the upstairs hotel room and kept walking back and forth and back and forth and back and forth for hours and it was so loud because they have no carpet so the floor is loud when you walk across the back and forth with your shoes on we couldn't sleep because they kept walking back and forth it's a terrible place don't ever go there

We had a first floor unit and all we heard all evening while we were trying to sleep with people walking back and forth and back and forth in the room above us and the second night we stay there there was a family next to us where a young child that was screaming and screaming and screaming and then the mother was yelling at the father and the father was yelling at the mother and we called the office twice and they came down and said something to them but they never stopped it was truly awful no sleep because of the noise..

Pricing was fair. The "gym" was just 3 machines. Upstairs ice machine was broke. Breakfast was surprisingly decent for this place. Did appear to be clean just everything was a little outdated.

On Expedia was reviewed a 4/5 and this was not the case when we got here we realized this was a scam and false advertising.

Place is run down and front desk staff is not always trained well and is sometimes rude. Had issue with reservation getting double booked and it took three calls to get a person on the front desk that could handle the issue. The room was not cleaned when I returned in the evening. The bed was not made, trash was in the room, no fresh towles.

Great value compared with other hotels in the area. The common areas were a bit dated, but the room was fine and the bed was comfortable. There were hot choices available in the breakfast. Overall a good experience.

Hidden fees, deposit nonrefundable pet fees front desk staff screaming if you ask for a key to be recharged the keys do not stay charged and they will scream at you if you ask them to charge a key there was a huge crack in the window. Phone does not work in the room and looks like it’s been torn from the wall jack there are, burn holes in the floor and on the furniture, et cetera

Good breakfast with lots of choices. There is no elevator, however, and the rugs are worn and dated. Rooms are small.

Our room had a slight musty smell from the bathroom fan not working. The furniture was a little worn but the room was clean. Breakfast left more to be desired. The staff were friendly though.

Quality stay at the Quality Inn

Pleasant 2-night stay moving my college son into his dorm. Room was spacious and clean and AC worked well. Shower had good pressure and was hot. Breakfast wasn't bad if a little limited, have to say the biscuits and gravy were actually excellent. Front desk staff were friendly. Excellent location near many restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay again

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Staff are really nice, room was very clean, and the breakfast was really good. I’d recommend staying here. This will be the only hotel I’ll be staying at from now on.

The continental breakfast could have been better. Jelly was moldy, waffles tasted sour and there was nothing telling people where the butter and cream cheese was located (was in the fridge hidden behind the yogurt). Other than the breakfast, everything was fantastic.

Whole place smells musty. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, didn’t feel comfortable the whole time we stayed. Old furniture, peeling paint, yellow old mattress. Walls super thin and they allow people’s pet's. We paid for 2 nights but just left after finding new accommodations the next day. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I had left a review the day I got there (waiting on a room that I reserved). The next day I was coming back from seeing my ill mother and I was confronted by a staff member in front of others about my review and was told due to check in policy I couldn't check in until 3pm (on that day 2 gentleman came in after me with no reservations and was able to get checked in before me). This was unprofessional and uncalled for. 2) housekeeping never came by on the 3day (I had stayed or 6 days).

Customer service was very nice, helpful, clean and well managed.

The room was super small with chipped furniture and the window cushions were torn and over used. The TV and programs were poor.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. The window in our hotel room was broken with a hole in it, there was mold and mildew in the bathroom, the carpet was sticky and had a damp feel, my daughter woke up with several bug bites (not bedbugs I stripped the beds to double check when we saw the bites), and they charged me $75 for incidentals instead of just putting a hold on the money and now are trying to refuse a refund so corporate is now involved. Front desk staff was notified, but did not have another room to move us to and it was too late to book with another hotel in the area. STAY AWAY!!!

We liked breakfast. In the hotel, we saw a small dog on a leash running. Not only did it pee and poop in two different places ,It wasn't contained by the owner. Our room was in the back of the building. You could smell weed in our room and hall many times a day! Once in you could see the bathroom, it looked okay but really old. Then I saw the RED MOLD growing in crevices around the shower and shower head wasn't attached to the wall! I have pictures to substantiate this.. Also the outer door, #7,would stay open and we would check it a lot out of fear Of the people who were smoking and staying for an intervention class Here's a biggie, I needed a plunger and went for one and no one new were IT WAS! THERE'S ONLY ONE PLUNGER FOR THE WHOLE PLACE? It was finally found so I could use it. THEN A ROOM IS ONLY CLEANED AFTER 3 DAYS? ABSOLUTLY UNACCEPTABLE! I will NEVER go to a Quality Inn again and will let everyone know how bad it is.

The window has a big crack. The were several holes in the walls. The walls are so thin that every single sound of the neighbors' activity was head. In the middle of the night, I woke up in panic because there was the sound of flooding in my bathroom. It was not: people who occupied the second floor just flushed the toilet.

Everything was just what I needed as a solo traveler. I felt safe. The room was modest but nice. I'd definitely go back again.
