There was people outside my room talking at 5am.

Had to pay for parking and it was small one night we got back from Disneyland park and there was no parking left and they said it was first come first served.

The property was clean and staff was attentive. Breakfast was yummy and in plentiful supply. However the property is Old and it shows. The light streamed through around the gaps in the door, the tub & toilet are old and stained giving the vibe, do I want to use them. The beds are not comfortable and the pillows are awful. I wasn't Aware there would be a charge for parking.

Very helpful and polite staff. They made sure everything was comfortable. However, the shower pressure was just awful! Hope they get this fixed.

All in all great customer service. Parking needs to be improved. All in all I would stay again in the future.

Under $10 uber to Disney! Could use a few updates but was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price is great. Could have been cleaner (floorboards dusty, stains on window coverings) Breakfast was good! For the price, extremely satisfied!

Awesome hotel for families!

The only thing that i had an issue with ,was the breakfast it was the same thing everyday and we were there for 5 days. Eggs and gravy with biscuits. Bacon or sausage would have elevated that breakfast.

Nice place to stay at a great price!

The rooms were cleaned everyday. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The free hot breakfast hit the spot before heading to the park. It was a 3 minute drive to the parking structure. Microwave, coffee maker and HBO. A great place to stay😊 Theresa Anderson.

I liked that the hotel room had vinyl floors. The description said it was 3 min drive to Disney but in fact it was 8 min. The area didn’t look safe and the parking spots are very small. People checked in the first night around midnight and there was banging on the door it sounded like they were banging on ours. A little while later the hotel brought them something and again it sounded like it was at our door.

Quick stay with the family.

Overall had a good experience at the Comfort Inn. Bathroom shower needed a better cleaning but the entire hotel definitely got a great facelift. For breakfast all the food was delicious however seating was lacking. Outdoor seating was available but the tables were a bit dirty. Would recommend staying here of you want to be around the corner from Disney.

Great service, super clean, uber is 6$ away for Disney which is great! Perfect stay at an amazing price! And breakfast is great!

They charge for parking, but they dont tell you till you arrive.

Bad place

No service i had to be looking for tras bags , i ask for room service and i had to call three times i found a cucaracha, tv didn't work i call for service at 9:30 and the guy came and knocked at the door at 12 am med knight, and they charged 17 for parking each day , the parking was only for compac cars and i have a big car i will never come back to this place.

Everything was as expected. Parking was tight, but manageable.

Stayed here twice now and really enjoyed it. Staff is so friendly. We will be back again soon!

Location was good, quick Lyft ride to Disney Parks. Would be great if there was a shuttle service. Thought I saw it in amenities listed.?? Breakfast was a nice bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful!!

It is very well kept and clean. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast was good and included fruit The walk the Disney took us 20 minutes -a bit further then we expected but there is a city bud.

I didnt like paying 35 dollars to park at a hotel i was staying in.

Nice hotel and staff

Shower had a some strands of hair in it, making me think it was actually disinfected. Pull out bed had hair on blankets. Found a pincher bug in bathroom on floor. Cleanliness and safety is always number one for me.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I had a 2 queen, 1 sofa bed suite booked and when I arrived for check-in, the front desk attendant seen that it was six adults she decided to give us a larger suite with 3 queen beds and 1 sofa bed without charge. We greatly appreciated that. Highly recommend this hotel. The walk to Disney Land was tolerable and took us 20 minutes to get to the entrance.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was close to a few food options as well as a CVS for any last-minute things we needed. The room was clean had all the amenities and the staff was amazing. So friendly check in was super easy. Plenty of spots to park in the area seem safe. We will be staying here again.

Not worth what we paid

First, when we arrived around 8:30pm we were told our reservation had been cancelled because our card didn’t go through. We were planning on paying with a different card when we arrived and I think every hotel I’ve stayed you pay when you get there. They claim that they called twice, but no calls missed on the phone nor any voice messages. To be fair, later on I saw an email sent earlier in the day asking us to call but we of course were driving and not checking emails. I don’t understand the thinking behind this policy at all of just canceling reservations… could have been a huge problem and they didn’t seem to care. I have never had this happen anywhere before. They gave us a room but there was hair on the bathroom floor, hair in one of the towels, the shade was held together with tape, the wallpaper was peeling, and the TV didn’t work. So for almost $200 per night, it was not worth it at all. Luckily we were only staying one night. Recommend finding another hotel.

Room was very dirty, breakfast options were not good

Staff was great, room was clean but area was a little noisy. Shuttle to Disneyland, ART, was inconsistent.

At my opinion. It should be more earlier the time of cleaning a room. Instead of every 3rd. Day. It should be every 2nd. Day. Complete cleaning it's just a opinion.

Not the best, not the worst

Employees were very friendly and the hotel overall looked nice. However, there was hardly any seating for the breakfast, our room was very dirty (hair all over the place, dirt all over the floors), and the water pressure in the shower was absolutely terrible. We did ask for housekeeping to clean our room again due to the dirt and hair everywhere, however there was still hair and dirt on the floors even after they cleaned again. Overall, our stay wasn’t unpleasant, but it wasn’t comfortable either. We will be booking elsewhere in the future.

Great place to stay for Disneyland trips. Clean rooms, very kind staff, and a good price. Only problem would be parking spaces are pretty small, other than that our stay here was great!

Great for a place to stay near Disney. We however had a toilet that would randomly run every ten minutes. Our room key cards would die almost every use and had to get them sorted a few times. Staff was great

Our stay at Quality Inn was great. The staff at the counter are always nice and courteous. And if you're lucky enough to get a 3rd floor room, you can see the Disney fireworks perfectly ;)

There was some spots of mold on parts of the wall and ceiling of the room. Informed the front desk after first night. Was transferred to another room, no mold but water pressure from shower head was very low, took longer than usual to shower.

I thought it was closer to our destination other than that it was great

We really liked the staff and the breakfast. They had make your own waffles, biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. As well as toast, yogurt, etc. My family enjoyed the cats that were around the property. They were very friendly and fun to play with.

Nice hotel, staff was the best part about the stay. Very friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t bad by any means but definitely not special. Parking situation is very small and cramped, but I always found a spot even after Disney park closed. Get what you pay for. I’d recommend it and would stay again! Included breakfast is simple but good.

This place was good in all areas however the walls are as thin as paper We could hear upstairs, downstairs and next to us as if the person was in the room with you So if you are planing to sleep in or get some peace and quiet this is not the place But everything else was very good Staff were amazing Parking was good Super close to everything

Good hotel

Everything was good just the parking is a little tricky if you have an suv or any big car or truck it gets packed and they have more compact spaces then regular and only two handycap spaces but other than that it was good

We stayed here when we visited Disneyland. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. Even the pullout couch had a decent mattress on it. The bathroom was big enough for three of our girls to get ready in at one time. We were able to leave our car parked on checkout day until we were done at California Adventure instead of having to pay $70 at Disneyland for parking. And the price of parking was included with our rooms and we didn’t have to pay an additional charge which was great. The front desk staff staff were always so nice and helpful. This will be our new hotel when visiting Disneyland/California Adventure from now on.

Staff was great and very friendly. My main issue was that my room was right next to the ice machine and it was very noisy. The parking lot was also very small and had limited spaces which were mostly for compact vehicles, Overall the room was adequate and clean. I’d be willing to stay here again if my regular hotel is booked up again.

Stayed here for our trip to Disneyland. About a 8-10 minute drive to Disneyland parking. I would not say it's walkable. Breakfast was great and always had options. The hotel is small but very cute and well kept. You can hear and see the Disney fireworks at night, they are loud but that's not in the hotels control. Very happy with our stay and would stay again.

This was our second stay at this hotel for a Disneyland vacation. Location is a bit too far away from Disneyland to walk but the price is great, it's clean and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok - not very well stacked so don't rely on it

Had a great stay here! Service was excellent, rooms were clean, A/C worked wonderfully, and breakfast was delicious (waffles, muffins, biscuits and gravy, juice, cereal, yogurt, etc.). The elevator broke down our third night there, but they had it back up and running by the next morning. Alfred at the front desk deserves a special shout-out for being so friendly and helpful both during check-in and when I had some questions mid-stay. It was about a mile walk from Disneyland. I would not recommend using ART for transportation—it was always full at the stop near the hotel and the return trip was super long (when the bus decided to show up). It did look like there were other bus lines that could have worked better, and driving from the hotel was super easy.

The staff members were very pleasant and polite. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast options were good. Thevwifi was poor, however, they said it should be fixed within a week.

The property was decent. The floors could've been cleaner as my child walked barefoot once we checked in and we noticed it full of trash/ dust. On the 3rd day they clean but they just refresh supplies and tidy the beds. Dirty towels were taken though but floor was not moped. About 30 minutes walking to Disneyland. Staff was nice. Parking is really really small.

The room overall was clean but the floor left our feet very dirty when walking on it. The breakfast had plenty of options but wasn't very tasty. We were able to walk to Disneyland from the hotel (18 minute walk). Good value for the price. Room design was good but hoping to get a hotel with a shuttle service next time.

Staff very helpful

We stayed here for our Disneyland Trip. We have 4 kids. Our room was very clean big enough for our family of 6. Pool is very small though we didn’t use it much so for us no problem. Breakfast we typical options but good food. They don’t have house keeping everyday but perfect timing of mid week and gave extra towels when needed. Customer service was outstanding very friendly nice and helpful staff all around. We will be staying here again. Oh also for info the ART bus was $50 for 3 days which got us to and from the park on demand and we only walked 2 blocks down for pick up and drop off. Recommend that as well.

Great location near Disney, Knott's and adventure

The room was clean. The reception had a pleasant and welcoming fragrance. Manager saw we had kids and wanted to give us the sleeper sofa but was already booked.

Poor room service

The room was really nice and the staff was helpful. But I am handicapped and left to get medicine, when I came back the parking lot was packed. People were having trouble in the small space to even turn around. There should have been adequate parking for all guests. One worker suggested I park in the street which was a no parking area. I finally parked blocking others and they woke me at 7 am to move it. Fix the parking and the pool and it could have been 4 or 5 stars.

We stayed for 2 nights while we went to Disneyland. Super close to Disney which we liked. The room was spacious and worked great for our family of 5. The downside is the parking lot! It is so small and very hard to get in and out of.

The hotel was okay and for the price, you get what you get. The pillows were like throw pillow, very odd. The shower was horrible, it was sprinkling with no pressure. The free breakfast wasn’t good but I still ate the free breakfast lol. I had to change the room keys three times since everytime I used it, I got locked out! The floors were so dirty, if you took 10 steps, your feet would get so dirty they turn black!

We had a typical stay, rooms were clean and the beds were nice. Pillows on the bed were too small. Parking lot was crowded.

Safe and easy to get around the freeway and out the only thing was the we stay first floor in the room above us have couple of kids running around. And the entrance door weatherstrip wear out so there was a bugs Going into the door, I put wet towel to block it.

The hotel is close to Disneyland. Very well maintained and the staff was wonderful. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and would look forward to making waffles. The only problem I encountered during my stay was the parking. It was very limited and the spaces were tight.
