I enjoyed the soup on the dinning hall. The lady on the dinning hall was so nice and courtesy mannered. Specially, the soup and wine, I enjoyed.

Paper cups to make tea and in the bathroom. The property is old and with a small fridge and plastic cups/ beakers (tea O water) it would be three star hotel. I repeat the staff were friendly and hotel was clean which is GOOD.

A well located hotel with free parking very close. The staff were all very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was well presented and the bedroom was spacious and serviced every day. The only negative we had was the time of breakfast, 7am until 9am. However, there were plenty of cafes and bars nearby.

I booked through hotel.com for double bed room i went to check in they told me there no name been booked on your name after few minutes conversation they said yer we have your booking i got my key and when i got in the room they gave me a staff room i it was single bed and ful.of dust i went to asked them. This is wht i booked they said sorry we dont have any rooms if you want you can find another hotel and i couldn't sleep whole noght because of noice from upstairs toilet flash and noise from restaurants the room number was 223 i ll not stay in this hotel anymore

Great size room, clean and convenient by city bus

The room was nice and large, bathroom was marble and also a great size incl. bidet. Location was great. Located on the other side of the bridge across from Hotel Alba . We had a great view of the mountains and the river. Hotel is an easy 15 min casual walk to the Basilica, 20/25 to the central business area. No air con, but had a large window that you could keep open. wifi was reliable. Only qualm was the breakfast. It was the only hotel that included breakfast and by the time we arrived at 9:00 AM, most of the items were gone. Had to request for replenishment but only a bare minimum. Ended up drinking tea and eating a croissant. 2 of 3 reception folk odd. Lady with ponytail super friendly.

Great value

Big clean quiet room with comfortable bed and excellent shower. Within walking distance to all the activities related to the Lourdes grotto. On leaving, the receptionist told me I should be paying 20 Euros for parking and brekky as the website had incorrect information. I explained that I had chosen the hotel because it had free breakfast and free parking. I had already paid online and had no intention of paying more. She understood reluctantly and was very pleasant.

Nice hotel, good location

We went there for a visit of the Sanctuary and grotto of Lourdes. Very convenient, walkable location as the hotel is close to everything. Room is very very small. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are not air conditioned, but it rained when we were there so the temperature was pleasant. I would stay here again/ recommend this place, but should get bigger/ better room.

A fair and equitable deal

Hotel in general is nice and relaxing. Rooms are very small. Price is reasonable. Location is excellent, next to the river so it's always airy, fresh, cool, and very convenient to all things in Lourdes, including to the Sanctuary, the Grotto and the town's attractions. Hotel service staff is good, friendly. Breakfast is reasonably priced but has very little selection (just a few variety of bread and rolls with slices of salami and a cold cut, one kind of cheese, boiled eggs, same for everyday). Only not-cool thing was we were charged two prices for supposedly one single and one double room, and they turn out to be identical (ie, both very small).

Lourdes

It was a magnificent stay, the owner was there to greet us and walked with my husband to the parking area. the staff was very friendly and the room has a wonderful view as well as a good size bathroom. Very close to the Santuary only took us 10 minute , 20 the most if you want to go in a slow pace..Good restaurants in the vecinity or you can eat at the hotel which has one on the premises. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we visit Lourdes .

Family visit

Got there late, made feel very welcome. Rooms very comfortable. Have been to Lourdes many times, this hotel had the best breakfast, the nicest staff who were friendly and helpful. I was sorry we were only staying one night. This is my Lourdes hotel from now on.

Problème d'isolation

Réceptionniste sympathique, très bon accueil. Je mets une mauvaise note parce qu'il y a un vrai problème d'isolation et de plomberie dans cet hôtel. Bien qu'il soit naturel d'aller à la selle, c'est un problème d'entendre le "plouf" de ses voisins d'hôtel (ainsi que le bruit d'urine dans les WC et les chasses d'eau). Tout le confort du monde et la gentillesse du personnel ne peuvent contre balancer ce gros problème.

Hotel a découvrir en offres de prix cassés !

Sans grand visuel en entrant dans le hall d'accueil en raison d'un décoration vieillissante, tout comme dans les communs de tous les étages, l'accueil est toutefois bon ! Les chambres ont été rénovées et sont grandes tout comme les sdb ! Chambre au 6ieme avec jolie vue sur le fleuve mais pas suffisamment insonorisées avec la rue et le couloir ! Bonne literie toutefois . L'hôtel fermait ce jour pour les mois d'hiver donc petit déjeuner très limité mais pouvant se comprendre .

Grande chambre avec 2 salle d'eau impeccables, personnel attentionné mais le gros problème est l'insonorisation des chambres, on entend tout absolument tout!!!! C'est dommage.

bonjour , manque de confort ,pas de sécurité dans la chambre qui ne se ferme pas de l'intérieur, on a dormi avec la peur au vendre, pas de climasation ni ventilateur en ces temps de chaleur, dommage. le diner horrible saveur ,la soupe très salée ,trop de désordre ,tout simplement commerciale sans tenir compte de l'avis du client. On a vu à aucun moment l'offre qu'on a vu sur internet qui nous avait intéressé de faire ce choix. Les chambres sont étroites. J'ai par contre nous avons aimé le jardin se situant au dernier étage de cet hôtel.

Leider war unser Hotel überbucht u.wir mussten in ein Ausweichzimmer ins Hotel gleich nebenan. Das Personal hat sich dafür mehrfach entschuldigt und sich auch entgegenkommend gezeigt. Die Zimmersauberkeit ließ dieses Mal zu wünschen übrig.Es ist ein Hotel für Gruppen, die einige Tage bleiben und dann wieder fort sind.. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Estuve dos noches en el hotel y todo perfecto, no esta en el centro exacto pero en 5 min andando estas a cualquier lugar. Personal perfecto, especialmente el recepcionista (Anthony, creo), eficiente y ayudó en todo. No es un hotel de lujo, pero relación calidad-precio mas que correcto. Una pega quiza seria el desayuno, un poco escaso.

Personnel attentionné et très aimable mais... toiles d'araignée au plafond de la chambre et impossibilité de dîner à 21h. Dommage ! L'hôtel n'est pas dans la catégorie d'un Best Western.

j'ai trouvé décevant mon séjour à l’hôtel Christina qui ne ressemble pas aux autres hôtels de la chaine Best Wester. Arrivée à 20h15 on m'informe qu'il est trop tard pour dîner même une simple assiette composée. Soit, je pars dîner en ville à 2 pas. la chambre est mal agencée, je me cogne dans la planche qui fait office de support TV qui cette dernière est minuscule avec une tv commande qui fonctionne mal même la bouilloire ne marchait pas...

Lourdes an den Tagen nach der Überschwemmungskatastrophe: Grossartig, wie sich das Personal der schwierigen Situation anpasste - trotz riesigem Stress. Beeindruckt waren wir auch von der Zuvorkommenheit, Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals im Restaurant (mit ausgezeichneter Küchë übrigens).

Hôtel légèrement éloigné des lieux de culte.

Aucun problème.Le bagagiste-barman est très sympathique et serviable. L'hôtel est bien conçu pour les moins valides, mais légèrement éloigné des lieux de culte pour les semi-valides. Avec chaise roulante, aucun problème, mais tout de même 15 minutes de marche lente pour les semi-valides avec cannes, béquilles. Le prix est très correct (avec hôtel.com)
