Overall a very nice hotel in the city. My one complaint is that I pre- requested a room with 2 twin beds, as I was traveling with a friend. On arrival, I was given a room with one bed and was told they had no other available rooms to honor my original reservation

Was visiting São Paulo for the first time and this hotel was excellent. Great location, welcoming staff, new rooms, awesome brunch and nice restaurant in the lobby. Would stay here again.

Everything about Qoya São Paulo Paulista was amazing! From check in to check out all the staff was friendly and didn't mind answering questions. They all spoke English or could find someone to help if they didn't. The room was immaculate and room service was prompt. Highlights for me were the 24 hour room service and bar! It's also steps away from Paulista Avenue and centrally located to most of São Paulo's tourist attractions. It does lose a star because the rooms are noisy. I think it's the plumbing. Anytime anyone turns on the shower or flushes a toilet you will hear it! If you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend staying here. Also don't pay for the breakfast. It was fine but definitely not worth the price. There is a bakery around the corner. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I returned to São Paulo!

Excellent location! Very friendly staff. Bed super comfy. Loved that I could control the AC and lights with my phone.

Property is very boutique and got a room next to elevator very loud. Also the whole building makes noise due to heat and cold metal reaction.

24/7 bar and food, nice pool and gym, very close to avenue paulista and all the museums and cultural centers.

Beautiful place to stay with good food options in the area. However, if you’re traveling to experience the culture, I’d stay elsewhere and not here where it’s more business centered.

I had a really great stay and I would both stay here again and recommend it to others. The staff were wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant had great Italian food for dinner. Great location (right off Paulista), very walkable and close to transit. Room and premises were clean and modern. No complaints, very happy with my experience.

This hotel is great value. The location, rooms, breakfast are all wonderful, but the staff is the best part! The entire staff, from the front desk to the restaurant were fantastic. They were all so warm and welcoming and went out of their way to assist. Especially Ananda, the guest experience manager. Not only did she check on me multiple times throughout my stay, but she also went above and beyond to help me locate a Brazil National futbol/soccer team jersey. Not so easy to find. She researched several places and phoned them as well. When she located one, she then sent me pictures with the exact address etc of where I could find it. I very much appreciated her assistance. The entire team at this hotel is better than you will find at most 5 star hotels around the world. Great experience. Highly recommend.

The Junior Suite is AMAZING!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for the weekend. We chose the Junior Suite which I highly recommend if you want a special experience. The room was large and very quiet. The bed & linen were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious and large, and the large shower had a wonderful rain style shower head on the ceiling with great water pressure. The amenities were top score. Breakfast was AWESOME! Hotel and restaurant customer service were friendly and professional. HIGHLY recommend!

This place is extremely modern and stylish. Super clean and the service is excellent. I extended my stay here due to the service.

Business stay

Great location and friendly staff. Spa still not available and only swimming pool and gym are functioning. Breakfast average and choices could been better as other 4/5stars hotel. Overall comfortable, clean and ok WiFi to work.

Excellent stay. The staff is very helpful and everyone is so polite. The restaurant downstairs is incredible - one of our favorite meals in the city. The area felt very safe and has a nice cafe down the street, as well as a convenience store and a market, and it’s steps away from Paulista avenue. The room was small for 2 people and a bit dark due to the building right across from it (no view at all). The shower however was amazing! Would definitely stay there again.

Oppholdet på Qoya var kort, men veldig fint. Ekstra kudos til de utrolig service-mindet menneskene i resepsjonen som gjorde oppholdet vårt veldig bra!

Business stay in Sao Paulo

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were not large, but they were very comfortable and had everything you could want from a coffee maker with Illy coffee to an iron, blow dryer, and a chocolate in the afternoon. The room service was very nice as well - I was surprised at the quality and flavour of the food both nights that I ordered dinner. The hotel is well-located, although I admit I did not walk around the area much as I mostly took quick Uber rides to nearby meetings. I will certainly stay here again.

Hotel novo com excelente custo/beneficio. Bem localizado e com café da manhã impecável. O café da manhã é o ponto alto do Hotel: produtos de excelente qualidade e totalmente diferente dos outros hotéis do mesmo padrão. O Hotel é muito confortável. O quarto tem roupa de cama de qualidade e chuveiro forte. Banheiro muito limpo. Achei o quarto um pouco pequeno, mas não compromete a qualidade do hotel.
