Le quartier est calme. Pas de bruit dans la résidence. Le petit déjeuner est complet par contre il manque un micro-onde pour réchauffer un plat.

Luckily, I got my room!

Mixed feeling. It was a crisis day (all trains were cancelled due to the tempest). I was happy to book it through Hotel.com but it appears that my room was also booked in parallel by phone... Finally, after 30' waiting I got the room (which is great) but in the discussion I felt like a bit guilty to have booked online. To summarize, nice hotel, lucky to have had a room but the welcoming in this crisis context was a bit akward.

The property exceeded my expectations. The hotel is modern and clean, staff is accommodating and pleasant, room is spacious, clean and everything is well functioning.

Hôtel mal entretenu dans l'ensemble. Les parties communes laissent également à désirer. Murs sales, abîmés, idem pour le mobilier. Cuisine sale (projections sur la crédence), réfrigérateur, banc avec miettes... Dommage car le lieu a du potentiel ! Ça ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles !

The only strange thing was that there was no barracade to the shower. I felt like it guaranteed the bathroom would be wet after every shower. The A/C also wasnt great.

Very clean, comfortable, spacious, new. Closer to the center of town than it appears from maps. 10 minute walk to Metro, 5 minutes to bus and bakery. Only drawback is that there is nothing less than a 5 minute walk away. Highly reommended...

Very clean and quiet with Good transport links and safe environment

Friendly and clean, flexible and helpful.

The only good thing about the property is the suites can fit a lot of people. And the price is reasonable. But, the AC doesn't work. They moved us, and then wanted us toove a 3rd time to a different building when the 2nd room was too hot. Now, they'll tell you the room was cold by their standards, but if you're an American going from 90 degrees outside to 79 degrees inside is not functioning AC. They also charged my credit card twice. (The refunded the 2nd charge but this was after I told them I already paid and they insisted on taking my card again) The biggest issue is that the property doesn't care about the customer complaint They didn't understand why I didn't want to move rooms AGAIN. And they kept insisting I didn't deserve a discount because they provided 'good' service. The staff at the desk sucked. One girl literally tried to gaslight me into believing the broken AC was all in my head. She kept saying 'no one else has this issue', 'I was in the room and it was working fine', treating me like I was crazy or a nuisance.... However there are a whole bunch of reviews on the property saying what I'm saying. I wish I read them before booking and I never would've picked this property. They did give me a small refund for the first room, but only after heated arguments back and forth. 10/10 would NOT recommend

A pleasant trip. The apartment is cleaned everything day and bed linen changed every 2 days which is rare for an appart:-hotel. The staff members are always at your disposal for your comfort

Great location, fabulous room, but the WiFi didn’t work.

Everything was great in terms of infrastructure. I paid for wifi/was supposed to be included and it wasn’t working. I had rented there to work remotely and lost some money because I couldn’t trade on the NY stock exchange.

I booked this hotel because they pride themselves taking cleaniness and covid-19 safety measures seriously. Despite what was advertised, there is no 24 hour vacancy between each occupant, and several people of the cleaninf staff were not wearing masks while working.

Nice experience

Nice apparthotel, very clean, big room / appartment. A little bit far away from the center but the metro is in walking distance (5 minutes). Nice experience.

Property is 5 minutes from metro which was convenient. There is nothing around this property. Our room phone didn't work which made it hard to call for an iron which the room didn't have. They did not provide the wifi upon check-in and when we went to ask for it in the morning there was no front desk for over an hour. Room is convenient and suitable for our family of four. Breakfast appeared to be free but no one told us about it and wasn't in the paperwork.

We had booked an overnight stay at the Quality Suites on our way to the south of France. We have three young kids so driving straight through was not an option. We arrived very late (after calling in advance to notify the hotel we would arrive around midnight) When we arrived the man at the front desk seemed confused. He was fumbling around with the computer and after about 20 minutes informed us that the key card system wasn’t working and he couldn’t activate a key card for our room. What now? He attempted to use a master card to get us into a room but that didn’t work either. Here we were at 1am with three kids and NO hotel room.... he came up with an idea to take us next door to a lesser quality hotel room, which we immediately refused after realizing it was nothing more than a dirty apartment building and not consistent with the room we booked. At this point, we told him we were leaving to find another hotel. Fast forward, we found another hotel but we’re required to book two rooms at twice the costs. (originally we had booked a family room) Needless to say, we won’t be back to the Quality Suites Lyon not will we be recommending them to anyone. And an extra special shout out to Expedia for offering us a $50 voucher for future use... completely unacceptable!

Nice place, great staff, abysmal Wi-Fi

Hotel itself was nice, the staff were superb! As good a front desk service as I’ve had. Neighbourhood not so good, but an amazing little array of live cooking kitchens literally 2 minutes walk. Only real downside was the Wi-Fi. Abysmal. Visited the front desk 3 times because I couldn’t log on. Even when they logged in for me I was barely connected. If you need Wi-Fi, don’t stay here. If you don’t, it’s a lovely hotel.

Overall just an "okay" stay

Wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly. Location close to metro. Hallway smelled like somebody's cooking gone wrong, and the smell lingered for days. Rooms smell a little molded and could benefit from airing out. Breakfast selections few.

Potential Unfulfilled

The staff is friendly and helpful to the utmost and will do everything they can do (except for what I believe are roadblocks by penny-wise pound foolish management. Let me be specific. Housekeeping is great, the rooms are totally clean. But they are allowing wear and tear to lower the quality. For example, there was no tv remote in the room when I got there. I asked for one. I was told they'd ask the engineer, but those things are expensive. Never got one. Also the kitchenware is lacking. There are only dull butter type knives with nothing that was actually sharp. They said it was not something they were providing. Granted they did find me a small teaspoon with which to stir my tea and eat my yogurt, as there were only a couple of large soupspoons. The cooktop was so worn, that part of the controls were no longer visible, so I couldn't turn it on. The beds were only marginally comfortable. There was no documentation at all in the room about the hotel, its services or how to use anything. Somebody from Choice Hotels ought to stay there undercover and inspect.

Overall its a good hotel. I stayed with my family (16 and 12 year old boys). + Location + Space for free parking just in front of hotel + Nice hotel staff - TV could include more English and kids channel

Nice place in a new calm neighborhood

Very nice staff helpful and nice, multilangual, they like the kids, some even offered few gifts to my son. Excellent value for monrey. Clean, confortable beds daily room service. Very spacious family rooms compared to most hotels and hotel apartments. Large wardrobes. It would have been perfect if the kitchinette was more equipped. The small disadvantage is the location: 10 mn walk to see the first supermarket, commercial shops and Meteo station. But i would definitively come again.

Great Value

Great value for this place in Lyon. It is not super close to where you want to site see, but the price does reflect where you are staying. The room is clean and spacious. Beds are good. Wifi is just okay. We did not have the breakfast, but there is a grocery store near by and each apartment has a small kitchenette. I would definitely say that if you are looking to budget your trip, this place would be a good place.

Never did find the "Quality" part of this Inn...

When checking in, we waited for nearly 20 minutes for someone to show-up; the desk agent was all alone and required to clean rooms, etc. When we finally entered the room, it was not cleaned from the last occupant so we waited another hour for a room. The rooms were okay. The fitness room was horrible and the items tossed about/broken. The 11 Euro breakfast was NOT worth it, venture down the road for breakfast! When we were leaving, we again had to wait for a desk agent; this one was sleeping off a hangover per the room maids.

OK hotel, not in a very nice neighbourhood.

The suite was nice, and breakfast was just OK. The hotel is understaffed, and there is just one person working at the reception at the time, so there are long queues for anything you might need, and nobody to bring you e.g. an iron to your room. There was no hot water one morning, and they did not seem to care much. The internet was very slow and one constantly needs to re-login, and finally - the neighbourhood does not feel very safe. It is basically a dark construction site, with not many passengers on the streets, and some random people hanging out at the street corners. I ended up calling an uber from the nearest tram station to the hotel just to avoid walking the street to the hotel. I would not stay there again.

Great hotel - location was convenient to the metro which was nice, but not much else around at all...really it's more space for less money but with less around you to do, but the metro stop helps make up for it.

déçu on pensait que le prix du parking (16 € par jour, trop cher) été inclut dans le prix de la chambre, et le prix de la chambre etait plus élevée la 2ème nuit !

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. La personne qui nous a accueilli le 8 novembre au soir a été d'un professionnalisme sans nom. Mention spécial pour lui qui a été d'une gentillesse remarquable.

Appartamento confortevole , non manca nulla, tutti gli accessori necessari sono presenti, letti comodi, climatizzazione ideale, pulizia giornaliera e talvolta anche cambio asciugamani nonostante siamo rimasti solo cinque notti. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Esperienza molto positiva a Lione che è una città molto bella, centro raggiungibile in pochi minuti con la metropolitana (la stazione dista circa 700 m dall'aparthotel e in zona ci sono anche una boulangerie ed un supermercato),

Très beau séjour de 3 jours et bon accueil. Studio agréable calme et propre. Cuisine minimale mais fonctionnelle. Métro Jean Jaurès à moins de 10 minutes.

Q7 se situe dans un relativement nouveau quartier. Très tranquille. Ligne d'autobus à proximité, Métro (jean-jaurès) à 10 minutes à pied. Épicerie à la même distance de marche. Le personnel est courtois, mais distant. Appart très propre. La cuisine est peu équipée. J'aurais préféré avoir la télévision dans le salon plutôt que dans la chambre. Comme j'étais au rez-de-chaussé, l'appart était assez sombre.

Lamentable

Je déconseille cet hôtel très mauvaise expérience nous avons mal été accueilli pour un hôtel 4* c’est déjà pas normal la literie n’est pas de bonne qualité matelas trop mou nous avons eu mal au dos et au final 2 jours après notre départ surprise on nous a prélèver 120€ de caution sous prétexte que le Boitier antifeu s’est allumer dans la chambre alors que je ne fume pas c’est vraiment honteux cette nuit d’hôtel nous aura couter au total 240€ c’est lamentable a ce tarif la je n’y retournerai plus surtout que l’hôtel est passable les chambre sont basic rien d’exceptionnel cette résidence ne mérite pas d’être 4*

Hotel situato in un quartiere moderno e tranquillo, pulito, letti comodissimi, accoglienza gentile e disponibile, molto comodo per i mezzi di trasporto ( metro a 5 minuti a piedi porta in centro in 10 minuti) il parcheggio libero si trova anche sulle strade adiacenti, altrimenti prenotabile in loco presso la struttura.

Apart très propre, bonne literie. Linge de toilette de qualité. Ménage fait chaque jour, la dame du ménage très gentille et efficace. Un petit problème technique qui a été résolu très rapidement. Parking sur place un plus. Pas très loin de métro. Le coin cuisine équipé avec le strict minimum. Seul bémol la douche sdb innondee.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Studio, wenn man zu viert mit der Famiie auf der Durchreise ist. Die U-Bahn ist auch nicht weit entfernt, so dass man gut in die Innenstadt gelangt. Gerne wieder!

Globalement bien mais perfectible

Chambre agréable assez grande et propre , literie confortable ambiance calme . Parking possible et places assez larges . Équipement de la kitchenette très sommaire , absence de cafetière et de théière , absence de poubelles de tri . Les salle de bains avec douche à l’italienne sont en cours de rénovation car impossible de se doucher sans tout inonder .

Das Hotel ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Alles sehr schmutzig. Lage weit abseits. Türen Blättern ab. Seifenhalterungen fallen aus der Wand. Der versprochene Fitnessraum existierte nicht, die Telefone waren defekt. Die Dusche ist beschädigt und so scharfkantig dass man sich schneidet. Nach Reklamation kümmert sich niemand

Week-end au Q7 lodge

Le séjour s'est bien passé malgres quelques dysfonctionnements. Une lumiere qui ne fonctionne pas, le vasque de la salle de bain fêlé, la douche qui inonde toute la salle de bain, des traces de moustiques mort sur le plafond et un voisin qui écoute sa musique le son a fond jusqu'à 3h du matin... A part ça, les réceptionnistes sont très gentils et accueillant, le lit est confortable et en général l'hôtel est agréable ! Il propose un parking sous terrain pour votre voiture et c'est sécurisant.

A éviter

La télévision ne fonctionnai pas. Fuite de la chasse d’eau. Chauffage (chaleur pulsée) bruyante.

Un hébergement plus que sale!!!! Lavabo de la sdb rempli de détritus, cheveux… qui ne se vide pas! Une bouilloire avec des champignons ! En plein COVID c’est une honte !!!! Un sèche-cheveux cassé ! Une chambre sale et pour finir le quartier est de mauvaise fréquentation. Vous méritez un contrôle des services d’hygiène et de la répression des fraudes.

Sejour de 4 nuits. Tres décevant. Le personnel a l'accueil incompétent. De plus parking payant de 10 euros et porte en panne donc aucune sécurité. De plus pas sur avoir une place et la encore le personnel est incapable de resoudre ce probleme. Matelas du canapé horrible, c'est juste bon pour se casser le dos et fait énormément de bruit. C'est en fait un hotel pour étudiant pas pour des familles, car kitchenette certes ms juste pour des célibataires. Odeur de cigarette a l'intérieur c'est juste infecte. Et sans compter que les gens traversent le hall sans masque meme a l'accueil une ne portait pas son masque : elle est ou la securite pour nous en ces moment critiques?????. De la moquette ds le couloir. Franchement beaucoup de choses sont a renouveler et le menage fait plus sérieusement car les fenetres et les miroirs a l'interieur une horreur. Je donne juste 2* et je suis gentille. C'est juste bon pour une nuit pas plus. Et cher pour ce qu'ils proposent. Pour moi c'est juste 50 euros la nuit ca ne vaut vraiment pas plus.

A éviter

Ma Tv était cassée a mon arrivé , malgré le signalement a deux reprises rien n'a été fait… la "salle de fitness" n'est jamais nettoyé et l'équipement est en mauvais état internet fonctionne 5 min , coupe 3 min et ainsi de suite.

Hôtel très agréable ! Personnels à l'accueil très accueillants ! Point négatif : pas de petit déjeuner disponible le matin, sans solution de proposer.

Hotel calme et entretenu. Seul souci, les TV qui ne fonctionnent pas. L'hotel est informé mais le problème n'est pas réglé. Dommage pour ce niveau d'hotel.
