The staff treat you like family! We will be back!
Great location and newly renovated property very near to the Pyramids of Giza. Upon arrival, I had a slight problem with my room and this was fixed immediately by the Manager and my room was switched.
The staff was very nice but property needs major work and upgrades the internet was terrible the elevator was unsafe it broke down 2 days into our stay everything there was very limited!!! A big problem with mosquitoes we were getting bites the whole time we were there l would never stay there again or recommend anyone l know to stay there the pictures on the internet will fool you it looks nothing like that in person but pne good thing was the restaurant was pretty good cleaning could also be better especially the bathroom
the property management was not acceptable and they nickle and dime, they charge for everything and the price of everything is very high and not reasonable. the property was not very clean and the house cleaning is not very good.
construction going on at night, towels and sheets dingy, i left a early
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, always ensuring that my needs were met. The rooftop is definitely a highlight, offering an amazing view of the pyramids, especially during sunset, it was absolutely breathtaking. The food on the rooftop was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I also loved the free breakfast each morning; it was both tasty and plentiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
Everything was excellent
Grear hospitality. Great staff. Thank you.
Transport with taxi is not easy as the Uber is hard to get. Located far from Cairo downtown, great view of the pyramids from rooftop. Breakfast was good every time. Staff need more hospitality training and they need more English speaking staff on site. Room was upgraded as my std room was n/a on the day I checked in so was a plus. Room was not cleaned on 2 occasions. Thought that was a given. Otherwise not bad if u want a pyramids view.
The surrounding area does not provide dining or shopping options. It is very industrial and dirty. Great hotel and staff.
The place is very good. The staffs are especially friendly and helpful. The front desk greeted us warmly every time I passed and the staff, Nabli, transferred us to an ATM when we wanted to withdraw some cash. We are really grateful for that. The room is large and clean (I booked in a double-room for I travelled with my family). The location is fine. Only a few minutes from the Pyramids but not in the busy area.
The property and staff were great. Sara and Nabil on the front desk were amazing. Extremely helpful, always assisting us with whatever we needed. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because of location. Despite the exceptional view of the pyramids the only drawback was that there wasn’t anything nearby to enjoy in the evenings in the local area. We had to use taxis a lot to get into town which ended up being quite expensive.
The hotel really excellent. Hotel very clean the staff are very friendly, the food is delicious if any questions or problems will be resolved immedietly. I recommend this hotel
This is my second time with pyramids sunrise inn and they are really feel like family Everything was amazing better than the last time. So you can tell there is improvement The staff was super nice especially Emad the manager Location is convenient so you’re close to anywhere you want go
I really enjoyed the stay it was so much fun The best part was the rooftop and the staff, the food was delicious and nabil was more than amazing he so helpful and polite. The location is near to the pyramids and also enjoyed the view from the rooftop specially at night with the movie night that you have. Highly recommended and very good value for money. I wish I could stay more.
I booked hotel for solo weekend getaway based on positive reviews and VIP status. Hotel met the basic essentials- clean, quiet, reasonably comfortable. But not much else. I purposely conducted visits convenient for Giza due to location. Hotel is still under renovation and currently (Feb 2024) has only 1 floor of rooms (which is 8 rooms?) Comfortable sleep but not the type of hotel to hang out otherwise. Most of the staff is great. I did have one problem with one guy from front desk who was not helpful to get a taxi for me when I had difficulty getting an Uber (and treated me like an idiot although I spoke basic Arabic). The rooftop view is amazing. The Egyptian breakfast is generous but requires an acquired taste. Was ok for the weekend but would not stay again. (Have visited multiple times to Cairo region.)
Staff was incredible and attentive, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was substantial and a good variety. Amir was very helpful in giving tips for what to do and how to get around. Rooftop restaurant had an amazing view of the pyramids.
Brand new hotel, Large rooms and bathrooms with loads of storage space -only a few hangars though in the wardrobe. Staff were amazing - friendly and helpful. Food was excellent
This hotel has an amazing staff they were always ready to help. The view is really great while you can see the pyramids clearly and it’s only 10 minutes to be there. We had our dinner on the rooftop with a nice night movie about the ancient Egyptian culture. I really enjoyed it.
