The staff are SUPER friendly!!! Loved everyone who works there!! Every time we needed anything they helped us! Rooms are a bit small but had everything we needed. The breakfast was always very good! Things that were challenging, it can be very noisy at times. Crossing the street to go to an ATM was dangerous as I thought i might get hit by a car. With that being said, I LOVED the staff there! Amazing people!!
The staff needs to be there all the time. I only saw the staff 2 times during my 5 days stay.
Very nice rooms and great staff. The manager Manaa is excellent and quite serious about high standards. Good place to stay.
I wasn’t expecting it to be that bad
Todo está muy bien. Gracia por sus atenciones
Staff people awesome, rooms awesome but the location and transportation not good.
The hotel, though advertised as "Pyramids Residence Guest House" on Expedia, is publicly known as "Pyramids Residents" by its sign on the building entrance next to the street. This is why my taxi driver missed it the first time. From the Cairo International Airport, the only reasonable means by which to reach the hotel is by taxi from the airport. Please make the Arabic language address of the hotel and its phone number available to your taxi driver, who may very well not understand its English address as publicized on Expedia. Other than the above comments, I have only the best things to say about this small hotel: The free morning meal is surprisingly refreshing and well prepared and the room is clean and best equipped. All staff members, including its kitchen staff, are respectful and most helpful to its guests.
Location only ... not value for money.
Definitely not the value for money - I was bent to book looking at the picture of Giza Pyramids could be viewed from window - found out windows were quite raised. Service levels by the front desk is good.
Great place!!!
We really enjoyed our time here! It’s right next to the pyramids and easy to get a taxi, or you can use the taxi service from the residences. Breakfast was included, and it filled us up for the day! Communication and help with getting around Cairo was also effective from Hassan, Walid and Mohamed. We will definitely be back!!
Bueno en general. La ubicación es en el 5to piso
It is a property that is far from what they offer, daily power goes out 2 or 3 times. It is not a hotel, they only have the fifth floor enabled. The rooms are small, cleaning is done until you leave, the employees smoke outside the rooms and the smoke penetrates the rooms, their workers talk all night outside the rooms and it is impossible to rest. Announce that the roundtrip airport/hotel transfer is included but it is a lie, they only give you a choice of going or returning and they charge it in dls. It is very disappointing what they offer, this place is not recommended at all. If you go up the stairs it is too dirty, full of cat excrement everywhere.
Recomendo!
Trata de conseguirlos por civitatis y get your guide
The room was nice, the jacuzzi functioned well. The shower was funky with shower heads coming out at all angles. View of the pyramids is there but windows are so dirty and construction is happening directly behind the room so the views may be gone soon. Check in was a struggle as we couldn’t even get into the building because it is locked. Finally a person left the building and we just caught the door to get inside. Once in, had to walk up 5 flights but the only person around was a lovely cleaning woman who didn’t speak English. Luckily, an amazing person named Rawane from the hotel on the 6th floor (Pyramids Pride) spoke amazing English and helped get us checked in and on our way. Really good breakfast but it’s not served until 8-8:30 so if you’re trying to be first to the pyramids, you will miss it.
