Perfect!

The hotel was very close to the train line/station for the airport and also just round the corner from the tram stop. The desk team were extremely helpful, assisting us to buy tickets to attractions and giving options for transport. It was a good 20 min walk to the centre but we enjoyed the walk.

Loved it. Stayed with my wife for NYE celebrations. Easy to get around. Great dining in Kazimierz. Restaurant was lovely. Spa was excellent.

Was in the middle of the old town and the centre being a 15 minute walk it really was not that bad located, the property it self is absolutely stunning!

This is my favorite hotel. Unfortunately this time there were several technical problems with my room. However the staff fixed them quickly and with a smile. It remains thr only hotel I'll say at in krakow.

Exactly what we needed for our stay in krakow. Everything in the room was controlled through a tablet, and the TV allowed us to cast to it which was a very nice touch. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for 2 of our 3 nights, with private events on so we were unable to dine there, and we weren't told this beforehand. Otherwise it was great, had lovely social areas and a free coffee machine!

Excellent hotel, free coffee and teas in reception was a great idea. Good bar and the food we had one night was excellent, good portion sizes for tapas, we probably ordered 1 too many. Staff were excellent in all areas. The onsite cafe/bakery was also a great amenity for a coffee shop breakfast. The only negative, which would not put me off staying again, was we had a room overlooking the busy train/tram tracks which was quite noisy. The air conditioning system wasn't very effective and the room got very stuffy, opening the window then resulted in road noise. We were a 20 minute stroll to the old town and a 5 min walk to a few excellent restaurants and coffee shops.

Great hotel in a good location for jewish quarter (10 mins) and main square (25 mins) walking.

This place was perfect from the time we arrived. First, check in was very easy and fast. We arrived at 11 (very early compared to the check in time which is 1500) just to drop off luggage , but they said our room was available, which already made this place 5 stars for me! The room was extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very nice. The restaurant and bar were a bit pricier then other places out in town, but the service and options make up for it! The breakfast buffet had lots of good options as well as the cafe in the hotel. Overall, would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent food, easy walking distance to sites

The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the river and the walking path around it as well as a quick walk to Kazimerz. It was a bit of a walk to the convention site where I was presenting and the information on Hotels.com did not make that as clear as I would have hoped since there is another PURO in the city. That having been said, we were pleased with the staff who were helpful and responsive and the restaurant is excellent.

Really beautiful design and layout. Spacious and open, modern, and excellent restaurant and cafe. Decent gym and a really nice sauna/steamroom. Rooms are super clean and beds are comfortable.

This seems like a new facility and beautifully designed. The restaurant was very good. The hotel is very modern with a lot of smart systems in the rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and all day espresso drinks. The only complaint we have is the storage space in the rooms - shelves, drawers, counter space is very limited for two people. Also, the gym is very small, but has state of the art equipment. We walked or used public transportation for most of the time we were there. They also had bikes available to the guests, which we made use of when were tired of walking. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Trendy and convenient

Service is great here. The staff are beyond friendly at the desk, bar, and restaurant. Convenient location, about 15 minutes to Old Town and 8 minutes to the Jewish Quarter. Couple of items to keep in mind that may not make your stay 10/10: Sharing a room is 2 barely twin-size beds that are inches away from each other, remember to slide the shade closed from outside the bathroom so that you aren't watching your friend on the toilet, and the prices at the hotel are considerably higher when compared to other bars and eateries (also they add a service charge which is basically a tip, to everything). Krakow is a great city with a ton of things to explore and places to eat. Everyone is pretty friendly and with Google maps it is super easy to get around. For car service, Uber works there and there is also an app called Bolt.

Had a good stay. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The courtyard seating area by the bar was a nice place to have a drink on a hot summer evening. The room was modern and comfortable. The hotel also offers the use of bicycles which was an interesting feature.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet neighborhood, easily accessible to all public transportation and/or walking to Old Town. And if neither of those options tickle your fancy, they even offer bikes! The attached cafe serves great baked goods and the restaurant is equally delicious. The BEST amenity has got to be the sauna & steam room available for all hotel guests! I definitely took full advantage after a loooooong day of visiting Auschwitz and Salt Mine.

Lovely hotel in an excellent area! Highly recommended

The standard is always high in Puro Kazimierz. Very comfortable rooms with everything what you would need. I stayed for three nights. I used gym and spa. The gym is small, but again, has everything what you need for your workout: bike, treadmill, elliptical, weights and a yoga mat. The spa has free steam room and sauna, and a relaxation room. Breakfast buffet has so many choices - excellent food and drinks. The area around the hotel is super safe and in a walkable distance to the old town and it is located next to the Jewish quarter.Lots of restaurants around for breakfast, dinner and lunch. I will be staying there again fir sure.

Snazzy hotel in convenient location in Krakow

Very snazzy. modern “smart” room - tiny lights go on in the night when there is movement to the bathroom. Side table next to bed could be bigger. The powerful shower is amazing. I loved having free access 24/7 to coffee machine in lobby.

The hotel is amazing, it is clean well designed, really modern and just couldn't fault it. The breakfast was really nice as well. Beds are comfortable I loved the pillows. Unfortunately when we stayed they booked the bars out for private parties on two of the 3 nights we stayed, so we couldn't actually use the amazing modern hotels bar, not even to get a drink and sit in another area so felt a bit cheated out of my stay, they didn't put anything up to warn about it as well so we came back to have a drink to be abruptly told we couldnt. Staff were friendly and it was obvious they thought it was odd not to be able to let people staying at the hotel get a drink but still, feel a bit cheated

we came to stay here after our original accommodation was unbearable and the staff at puro made it so easy to check in despite booking it through expedia no more than 10 minutes prior. the room was clean and modern, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the double room had an amazing walk in shower. would love to come back

Absolutely loved our stay at PURO Kazimierz. Very modern with a great relaxed vibe. very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is superb with lots of choice. Take the complimentary bikes out to see more of the city easily and enjoy a complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate on your return. The spa is blissful after a long day's walking or cycling. Also try the cafe. Again very relaxed and the bakery offers fabulous pastries.

What a terrific place to stay in Kazimierz! The hotel is beautiful, with modern tasteful decor. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds & great showers. Smart technology at its best- you have one pad that lets you do all you need/ want to do from its screen. Whether it’s calling the front desk or turning the lifts on/off or notifying the housekeepers of anything of need , it’s all fine here by a mere push of a button. The hotel staff are very helpful & the housekeeping is top notch. We will recommend this great place to anyone traveling to krakow.

Situated in the Jewish quarter of Krakow, proved to be a great location. Easy walking to several must-see places, with fantastic bars, restaurants and quirky shops. The hotel was quiet, modern simply a touch of class. The staff were always polite and helpful. Highly recommend the hotel and Krakow.

Hotel PURO is located in the trendy Kazimierz neighborhood, with many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is very close to the old synagogue as well, and a 20 minute walk to Rynek Glowny, the old town square. The hotel is very beautiful and is quite eco friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Perfect stay for sightseeing couples

This was a perfect stay in Krakow. The location was buzzing with delicious restaurants and cool bars but the hotel was perfectly peaceful and right beside the river for a relaxing walk up the banks to the castle. The staff were the best we’ve experienced; nothing was too much trouble and every query was solved quickly for us. The hotel is stylish yet extremely comfortable. We would stay again immediately!

The hotel is located within walking distance from the old town and adjacent to the Vistula River walk. My accommodation was spacious and well appointed with technology. The staff were very accommodating and helpful when I ran into a problem with the WiFi access. There is a small, but very nicely equipped fitness room. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if returning to Krakow.

Amazing choice of food for breakfast

Great hotel, fantastic room and everything you would need. Surrounding location wasn’t as nice as we had hoped, but we were close to amenities so this made up for it.

A beautiful and modern indicator with innovation in the rooms (in my opinion for those interested only), there are many room options that are not used due to proper operation of the room (through a tablet that serves as a key/remote or controller). The service is amazing and meets all expectations, starting with bicycles for free use, a coffee machine in the lobby, a comfortable seating area, etc. However, there are two downsides: 1. The windows do not open, perhaps with difficulty and there is no fresh air. 2. The location of the hotel is in the center and not in the heart of the city as indicated, it is in the suburbs on the edge of the Jewish quarter...

One of the most modern and clean places ive ever stayed in. Nice that a night light auto turns on if you get up at night. Staff very helpful, speak english well. Prices very reasonable, good breakfast American style buffet.
