The Pure Salt Port Adriano is by far the best hotel I ever stayed in. From the beautiful rooms to the excellent service, I will not ever consider anywhere else while in Mallorca. They made my wife and I have our dream honeymoon. Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing on so many levels!!! Loved it!

Service and staff was exemplary! Excellent stay in a lovely hotel. We had a problem the first night with the really beautiful room we were allocated; it was dealt with immediately (at midnight) and rectified for the better in the morning. Every member of staff made us feel special and were helpful in attending to all our needs.. this made the stay in a nice hotel truly 5 star. Joanna especially who took time to share her knowledge of Palma with us on a map. Savio was just lovely, a sommelier who took his time to talk and share with us a bit of his knowledge about Mallorcan wine. The Spa was perfect and the massages excellent - best I've ever experienced. The pool was peaceful and refreshing and the man who put our towels out every morning was cheerful and polite. The free use of a shuttle to and from the port and beach 24hrs was really convenient. The bathrooms are very well appointed with walk in rain shower and jacuzzi bath and the beds (we had an amazingly large bed!) were really comfy. IF I have to pick a slight downside, which is hard- the waiter service by the pool could be more frequent. All in all, can't wait to go back, it was a wonderful experience!

Staff was excellent, especially LiLi and David . Always Very friendly. Made us feel extra special being guest. Breakfast brunch I had everything you would want. Scenery, pool and outside service helpful and friendly as well. Downstairs spa, workout area are some of the nicer in the area.

We enjoyed our stay here for one week. It was nice to have other dining options nearby and the local restaurants and small cafes that offer healthy food options amongst others, are definitely worth the visit, as the food was superb as well as the hospitality. The hotel is quiet and ideal for relaxing and reading a book. Avoid Magaluf if you value your time when away! The staff are very friendly and David at the front of house was more than helpful and willing to give advice on the area. There’s a supermarket nearby that helps with everyday items, especially cheaper alcohol!

Weekend Break

Absolutely amazing hotel, with terrific facilities and staff that couldn’t do enough for you. Coupled with some wonderful little ‘free’ extras made it one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Pure Salt Port Adriano Hotel is a pure excellence!

Pure Salt Adriano was an excellent choice for our Mallorca trip. It is located ~20-30mins west of Palma at Port Adriano. Right next to the hotel there is a bay where you can enjoy many different types of food and also near the hotel there is Santa Ponsa where you can enjoy local restaurants as well. As far as the room is concerned. It was very clean and modern looking and our view was exceptional as we can look out the balcony and there was port adriano right in front of us. Service was exceptional as well, everyone working at the hotel was very courteous and spoke many languages so there was no issue with communication (as we did not speak Spanish). Our stay included the breakfast and their breakfast was soo good. You have to try their peach juice and croissant (also jamon con melon)! We stayed there 3 nights and I felt that was too short and left wishing wanting to stay more. If we ever visit Mallorca, we will definitely check out this hotel again! Anyone visiting Mallorca, you won’t regret if you give this place a try!

Amazing! Beautiful hotel, food first class and staff outstanding. Nothing too much trouble, they go above and beyond. Bed so comfortable, swim up well worth the extra to be able to cool off as and when. Breakfast one of the best I’ve had. The view at dusk watching the boats come back was wonderful . I’ll be back in May for a longer trip.

Experience of a lifetime for our anniversary

What an amazing place to stay for 9 days. We really enjoyed our swim-up to room accommodations. From the dining room hostess, the front desk personnel, the chefs, wait staff and housekeeping attendants, the service was 5 star and I’ve travelled around the world many times and have a good sense of superior service. Well done!

Amazing service

Beautiful property with a spectacular view overlooking the Port of Adriano.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly, approachable and willing to assist. We needed adapter for US devices and staff went out of the way to buy adapter for us. The staff made several reservations for dinner at multiple restaurants and called for cab whenever we needed. They had a wealth of information about local restaurants and places to visit. We would like to thank Ricardo, Lili, Irene, Judit, Rafael and everyone else that accommodated us during our stay. We went for relaxation and Pure Salt staff made this possible. We will definitely visit this hotel again. You can walk to the beach or the hotel has a shuttle to transport you.

Simply Amazing

Amazing views. Not overcrowded. Boutique feel. Spotless and modern with lovely grounds. Smelled of Jasmine. Hallways smell like fresh roses. All the staff were warm and accommodating. Concierge was great - helped us get into exclusive upscale clubs and restaurants. Would stay here again without thinking twice. Thanks to the incredible staff.

Lovely hotel with a gorgeous view of Port Adriano. We had a sea view room with a huge terrace with space for sun loungers – perfect for a cocktail at sunset. The hotel has a nice spa area and does a really extensive breakfast. The local area is nice but not the prettiest part of Mallorca. That said, if you like yachts, you’ll love it!

Beautiful property. Was given an amazing room, huge balcony. Staff were all really helpful and couldn’t do any more for you. The only downside is the dinner menu which is way too focused on fine dining. Limited choice, not great to be honest. Lunch and breakfast are fantastic - maybe focus a little less on the fine dining evening menu as it’s simply over the top and restrictive in choice.

When looking for a hotel I was very conscious of how Covid safe we would be. This hotel proved to be an excellent choice. We particularly enjoyed sitting outdoors on the huge pool-side terrace enjoying 5 * Spanish breakfast, lunch and dinners while watching the boats going in and out of the Port Adriano marina and the water sports off the beach below. It is hard to find fault with this hotel. The large reception is very attractive, framed as it is by huge walls of glass in the front and back with a view to the pool and sea. We were warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable front desk team (no lines here). We stayed in the Renaissance suite, just above the restaurant which has two beautiful furnished balconies and gorgeous views through the glass balustrades. The food was first-class and served by an extremely well-drilled team. They were helpful and attentive yet unobtrusive and all staff wore their masks properly all of the time which we really appreciated. Thank you to the chefs for the delicious home-made gluten free breads and muffins which were a treat. We both felt that this hotel surprised us - it really was great! We had such a good time we didn't feel the need to leave too often but we did stroll down the hill to the marina a couple of times, once for a casual lunch and once for dinner (I believe there is a shuttle if you dont want to walk but there is a path and it is well lit). We also took a taxi one day to Port Andratx for lunch.

The views were beautiful and breakfast on the terrace every morning was a treat. Service was attentive and the decor was lovely, although a little tired in the bathroom.

Beautiful location great service good atmosphere great time

Lovely peaceful hotel friendly helpful staff, excellent layout and wonderful views from whatever room you have all seem to overlook the sea/beach/pool, drinks and food are a little pricey. 4.50 Euros for a half litre bottle is frankly absurd, hence why I’d buy bottles from the spa Over the road for less than a Euro a litre. 7 euro for a beer and much more for spirits I think 14 for a gin and tonic, If the drinks prices where a little more reasonable I’m sure more guests would enjoy lovely bars a bit more. Breakfast was decent standard and a good variety and I enjoyed a couple of nice lunches at hotel, preferred to go out for dinner, some nice restaurants in the port below hotel although the walk back up is very steep and not for the elderly or unfit, however the hotel provides an excellent shuttle service you just ask the restaurant or bar to call them and within a few minutes your collected, although I didn’t use that service I saw many other guests who did. Would i go back? Prob not as I like to try new places but maybe if I just fancied a quite weekend away to a known quantity then yes I’d be happy to stay again.

Possible the best hotel I have stayed at up until now. The service is exceptional, the rooms spacious, beautifully furnished, comfortable, and clean, and the view is absolutely incredible. An unforgettable trip that will need to be repeated.

Beautiful room with stunning views of the port. Great pool area with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast was ok, a little disorganised at the Egg station with daily queues and only one chef. Also we had no idea there was plenty of other things available if you ask as there no menu to peruse. Would stay again.

Luxury Hotel

From the minute we stepped into the vast reception area our impression was of something very special . Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay . We arrived before our rooms where ready but enjoyed a welcome drink on the vast terrace overlooking the marina. The room itself was extremely spacious , bright and clean , with a lovely sea view balcony . The bathroom was big enough to swing a cat with all the toiletries and fluffy bath robes you would expect from a high end hotel . Breakfasts were a buffet style , a complete banquet of cereals ,fruit , yoghurt, pastries , cheese etc plus all the cooked options . Sparkling Cava if you fancied an early morning tipple . The spa was beatiful , very calm with subtle lighting . A daily visit included in the price . The outside pool are was once again a treat , with the pool overlooking the super yachts in the Marina , easy to get in and out of especially as we had an octogenarian with us . The garden and terrace areas were immaculate . The staff in reception were so helpful , nothing was too much trouble , recommending restaurants for us to eat in . The shuttle to the Marina was great and took us and picked us up whenever we wanted . Taxis and restaurants were booked efficiently . This was a luxury hotel , with the friendliest of staff who did a great job in making the hotel feel like a family run business that really cared . Would highly recommend . Mrs Stewart UK

Relaxing

We haven't been to this hotel since it was taken over by the Pure Salt group. The hotel and grounds are still stunning however we found that the beds were too soft for us which was a shame. The other changes, larger gym etc are a really good edition though.

Property was beautiful. We had a couple issues with items that didn’t work in our room, but they were very quick in repairing them. Pool closes very early. Quietest Resort I’ve ever been to. A little music by the pool would have been lovely.

Good stay

Stay was very good. However return trip to the airport by hotel hired taxi was scary. They guy drove very badly and hit speed humps at high speeds.

Great views and pool overlooking the marina. The hotel was ok in every aspect but lacked any special appeal. Breakfast had a good choice but there always chaos around the egg counter whilst people waited for food to cook. Table service would have avoided this. Waitering staff were friendly but seemed to lack leadership with people asking to take orders on multiple occasions but no one actually getting what we asked for. Every evening the turn down service knocked on the door between 6 and 7, just about the only time of the day we used the room between being out during the day and dining out in the evening. Pool side service was chaotic at times (but always friendly). The bar lacked any atmosphere and appeared to be more of a corridor with several chairs in a doorway. The terrace outside made up for this in terms of space and view but didn’t t create any atmosphere. I think this meant hotels guests did not interact much and hence no atmosphere was created despite amazing views and potential. The pool guy who provided towels each time anyone came out the pool was great...but for a 5 star hotel that shouldn’t t be the highlight.

Great location

Spent an excellent 5 days staying at the hotel. Great location and fabulous poolside. Room nice but not 5 star as hardly anything complimentary to speak of - no welcome fruit bowl (or similar), no bed turn-down, only one bottle of water a day, no glass for the water, no toothbrush and toothpaste etc.

Fantastic hotel!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The staff are all so friendly and the service is exceptional. We were there for a few days, and enjoyed walking to local beaches and marina, and visiting Palma, as well as relaxing around the lovely pool area of the hotel. It was perfect, peaceful and very good value for money too, though cab fares to Palma can be an added cost. We ate fantastic food, both at the hotel and nearby marina at very reasonable prices, and breakfasts were superb. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, it is excellent!

Bank holiday weekend break

Lovel Staff and nice hotel breakfast good had lunch one day and food was very disappointing. The hotel was a little bit too quiet for us not a lot of atmosphere but enjopour stay and definitely more positive then negative experience.

Enjoyable stay

Enjoyed our week long stay. Hotel is let down by its lack of dining options and seemingly overpriced menu. Not having complimentary bottled water and airport transfer is a bit of a let down considering price of hotel. Overall though great staff, luxurious rooms and a stunning setting!

Super relaxing stay

A superb hotel in a stunning location. Lovely views over the sea and marina from all bedrooms and during breakfast or dinner. Staff are all so friendly and can't do enough to help Marina below hotel has range of restaurants and shops which tend towards top end but there are plenty offering good value There is a sandy beach within 5 mins walk (although a curtesy vehicle is provided if you prefer) which is not too crowded and offers safe and warm swimming in the sea

Excellant Hotel

We stayed at this hotel in July 17, if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing break then this is the place ..... the staff and overall service provided was outstanding, everyone was so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough. The overall ambience is one of relaxation and quietness. if you are looking for a place to escape your busy life then I would fully recommend a stay at this hotel in order to re-charge your batteries !!

Fantastic location overseeing the beach and Marina

A relaxing anniversary break which met all our expectations...and more. The hotel has a luxurious feel throughout and made for a very special week long break. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the food was excellent. A visit to the Spa and Wellbeing centre is also a must ! All of the above is underpinned by a desire from the staff to meet your every need and ensure you have the best, most relaxing stay possible....and I can honestly say the staff more than achieved this for us.

Overall nice, but improvements could be made

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The pros: 1. Beautiful grounds and views - very tranquil and relaxing. 2. Rooms are large and well decorated. 3. Facilities - spa, gym, pool, etc. are all very nice. Cons: 1. Everything is very expensive. A bottle of water is €8, 2 cocktails cost us €23 and lunch the first day (we did half board) was €40 (no drinks). 2. The food was decent but overall, it looked much better than it tasted. They should really switch the menu up, as we had the exact same menu 3 days in a row which gets a bit boring. Also, drinks do not come with half board dinner (not even water). They offer a few "nicer" options at dinner (lobster, lamb, prawns) but if you want it, it's extra on top of what you've already paid. For a 5 star resort, that seemed cheap to us. Not sure we'd do the half board again. 3. The service overall wasn't great. When we asked about the cocktail price the first day, the barmen was rude and the snubbed us the rest of our stay. He ignored us at every breakfast, left dirty plates on our table, all while attending to other guests and asking them how they were doing. Our exchange was polite when asking about drinks and when the menu says €6 for a pimms and the bill comes to €23, of course we're going to ask why. We got a ground floor room and asked to move (two separate times) and were told no. We asked for a late check out and were told no. Overall, we were the youngest people there and felt the older guests received much better service.

Fantastic hotel with a wish for few extras

We Enjoyed our stay in this modern glamorous hotel. Our room was spacious , equipped with three smart TVs with a fantastic view over marina. The food was wonderful but nothing in. Menu was changed in 6 days, which was a bit dissapointing, The stuff was very po,it's and trying hard. The main dissaponintnent was the beach - it was away from the main building, the last three days the sewage broke throgh and the stink there was sim,y unbeatable. So did not go to the seaside though that was the main rreason to come to apMallorca. Also was disappointed with massages - took two , both were much beyond my expectations. Free gokf lesson was s good touch. Still enjoyed our stay a lot. But , probably, will not come back. Also - pool was too cold. Nothing to do in the evening at all.

Really nice hotel

Great pace to relax. Could do with a direct beach path from the pool area and another swimming area. Couple of the things in the spa were not working like steam room and some jets were broken in the jacuzzi which isn't very hot either. Everything else was wonderful. Great views nice breakfast, nice harbour nearby.

This hotel was perfect for a short get away. The location is excellent as it is close to the small harbour with little bars and restaurants but the hotel itself as adults only was quiet and luxurious. There was plenty of space and food was very good. The views are stunning.

Great place for an anniversary!

Beautiful resort, great views of the water. Staff very friendly and helpful! We celebrated our one year anniversary hear and it was superb. We hope to come back again soon!

Super hotel in every respect, great food and wine and great value

Nice hotel in a quiet part of the island.

The hotel staff were so nice to us when we arrived. We were arriving late and they gave us a wonderful room with an incredible view of the harbor. The bar staff stayed late to make sure we got a bite to eat. They have a great breakfast spread with everything you can imagine. I highly recommend making sure you book this with the breakfast included. The pool is not heated so if you do not go in the warm months, it is mostly just nice for dipping your feet in.

A super getaway

The hotel staff was so helpful in planning activities for the two of us. I think the room was nice. The bathroom could be a little more updated and the lighting in the bedroom. The balcony was to die for. The seating and the views were fantastic. I enjoyed having the extended hours for breakfast (7-11a). A great trip over all. I would rate the staff a 5 and the room a 4 1/2 solely on the older decor.

Great Location and Matching Facilities

Not many hotels on the Island will have a location as good as this. Perched on the hill overlooking Port Adriano and only 10 minutes or so from Port Andratx and 20 minutes from Palma. It's a new (ish) smart and well designed hotel which is great for relaxing and getting some sun. Very friendly and efficient staff, a hands on and interested manager make for a winning formula. Large rooms and bathrooms, good bar and restaurant - very difficult to find fault.

Very charming hotel

We spent a week at the end of August with my wife. We loved the hotel. It is a very quiet place to recharge your batteries. The view over the port Adriano is stunning with beautiful sun sets. It is very clean and all the staff are very competent and helpful. The only thing to consider is that you are about 15-20 minutes from Palma so if you don't have a car it can be a bit tricky or expensive to rely on taxis each time you want to travel to Palma. It obviously depends on what people are looking for. We also found out that the hotel will undertake some renovation work in the winter. That can't be a bad things as some areas do definitely need a facelift. We will go back, most definitely.

Lovely place to relax

I needed a three day getaway and found the ideal destination! No need to leave the hotel if you just want to relax for three days! Absolutely quiet, huge room and lovely staff that offers you all you want and beyond!
