We came back to Pullman again. Still like it’s breakfast much. Chef is extraordinarily serious about the quality and service. We’re impressed about it.

A very good hotel

I Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It’s modern, the service is very good. At breakfast you have the chance to sit outside on the terrace, which itself has a good view, not many hotels can offer this, plus a good selection of food. Thoroughly impressed by this hotel and next time I’m in the area, this will be my new 1st choice. Immediately outside the hotel there are a number of restaurants and bars plus it sits within a modern outdoes shopping complex.

An enjoyable stay

10 of us booked 5 rooms.We enjoyed every moment of our stay. All 10 of us have very positive feedback. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with good selection. Service was great too. All hotel staffs from bell boy to check in staff, room attendant and restaurant staff are courteous , sincere and well-trained . Many shops and food outlets just 1 minute walk around the corner.

Amazing Hotel in a Vibrant Precinct

Modern hotel. Amazing in every respect, including comfort, service and a sumptuous buffet breakfast. Located in a lively yet not over-crowded and well-designed precinct with a good choice of restaurants serving food of different countries and Chinese regional cuisines as well as boutique shops, departmental stores and a major supermarket. Highly recommended for business and pleasure.

There is a shopping street right by the hotel. Its about 10 mins by taxi to the border to macau. Staff is proactive by giving us an extra key without requesting. Lots to eat for buffet breakfast

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

This is the worst experience I had ever stayed at a hotel, not to mention this is a five star hotel. We checked in late at around 11pm, staff was not welcoming with no smile at all. The woman at the front desk was not helpful and didn’t explain anything and we had to ask for every details. No escort service and we had to carry our stuffs ourselves all the way through from entering to the hotel and to our room. When I booked the hotel, we stated there would be three people staying at the same room, but all amenities were for two people only. After briefly freshen up, we have to go out and asked the concierge to get a taxi for us, he asked us to go outside and grab one on the street, and he refused to lead us where to head to, as the hotel is situated at the center of a shopping complex and it’s late at night, it took us quite a while to find to eat. Worst part was yet to come, when we got back to the hotel and was taking a shower, I didn’t realize that the drainage was blocked, the bathroom was literally flooded. We had to call the housekeeper to take care of the chaos, she actually complained why we had made such a mess! Unbelievable! Would expect a much better service from a hotel at such price! By the way, the hotel said it’s a room good for 4 people, but this is definitely a standard double room for two!

The hotel was excellent and the staff provided exceptional service. I have stayed in 20 or more 4-to-5 star hotels in China and this one rate in the top. I can't image that there is a nicer hotel in Zhuhai.

Great hotel in a location, foreigner friendly

My stay at this hotel was very nice. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice and well kept. The location is nice because there are many foreigners that visit the shopping and entertainment area nearby. I will definitely be staying here again.

Good manner, but a bit disappointing facilities

The staff was friendly and helpful. They did provide useful assistance over my stay. The room gave me a comfortable environment when we first stepped in. Although there was construction work nearby, the view was still good and open. The 2 disappointing points are poor air-conditioning system and shower system in bathroom. We felt stuffy when we were sleeping at night. The shower was at low water pressure, so it's difficult to enjoy the shower. We could find a lot of tasty restaurants nearby. If you enjoy shopping, the hotel will be a good choice for you.

Great new hotel but location is not central.

Clean, modern rooms with good service. The hotel breakfast was one top notch. However, the in-room internet connection was slow and the hotel is not centrally-located in the Gongbei neighborhood.

Newest western hotel in Zhuhai nice area with bars, restaurants and shops all nearby. Location is not exactly convenient though and not easy to get a cab from.

Excellent Hotel, very good location

Brand new hotel, I stayed only for one night since I was in trabnsit from Beijing to Hong Kong and on a 1 day business meeting trip in this upcoming great city of Zhuhai. All was impeccable, but let's say how it holds, since China is famous for building great hotels and then not doing a great maintanence. Also, great stuff and great breakfast.

Generally satisfied experience

We booked this hotel for our vacation in Macau as it is a much cheaper option and a 5-star quality hotel. Since it is new, most taxi drivers have trouble finding it but it is not far from the border.

overall happy with the stay one exception is that the temp control when in air condition mode does not bring the temp down to the adjust temp it only goes down to 21.5 degree C can't bring below it no matter how many hours later

Novotel Zhuhai

The room itself was great value for money as the hotel is very new and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. However, it was somewhat difficult to find the hotel precisely because it was so new the taxi driver had some difficulties finding the hotel. When I arrived, the surrounding areas were still under construction and the hotel seemed to be the only building open. Perhaps on a later visit when the shopping center/other buildings are open it will offer better a better experience.

Short Vacation

Very nice hotel, extremely clean and high tech. The only problem with this hotel was it's location. Many of the taxi drivers did not even know where it was. This is probably because the hotel just opened the month before. All in all it was a great experience and a very nice luxurious hotel.

Must Stay Hotel for Convenience and Comfort

Clean & Tidy 5 Star New Hotel at Zhuhai. Perfect Location for Eat, Drink, Play at the nearby FuWah Lane Area. Rooms are quiet and clean. Have a decent sleep overnight. Receptionist s are nice, friendly and efficient. I checked in for 10 rooms for my family and took less than 15 minutes. They also explained everything in details and have converted smoking floor to non-smoking floor and make sure no smell in rooms. Breakfast were included in our room rate and it is buffet style with very good quality. The bar downstairs also opened till 3 a.m. which is a bonus compared to No Bar at St. Regis Zhuhai.

酒店地點方便，附近很多食肆。但房間細小，房內提供的amenities用品檔次低，例如：洗髮水、沖涼液、潤膚露、肥皂和牙膏等，咖啡和茶包一般，没有供應mini bar。手機充電器不足不方便，只有洗手間有紙巾，房內没放置紙巾盒，房間傢俱設備和電器到比較差。價錢偏貴。只是地理位置是最優越。

new hotel, great location

The hotel is quite new and it is located inside a very nice shopping mall, its also quite near the ferry port. It's in the city center and you can enjoy many bars and restaurants in night time.

珠海长隆海洋王国からタクシーで約30分、珠海站からは約10分。近くの観光スポット圓明新园も徒歩で行けます。 ホテルに直結のショッピングモールがあり、スーパーマーケットでの買い物や夜ご飯にはとても便利です。 ホテルの施設もとても綺麗で、フロントでのチェックインもスムーズでした。朝ご飯付プランにしましたが、種類が豊富で(特にパン)どれも美味しく大満足でした。お部屋のベッドが少し小さく大人2人と子供1人ではちょっと狭かったです。

Check in experience was poor. Your colleague behind the front desk called “Linda” was very unfriendly during checking in. She was not helpful at all. Breakfast was deteriorating

我個人覺得這酒店環境及房間都相當之好，自助早餐也都很豐富。 吸煙的房間數目有限，自己是吸煙人士，可能check-in取房時間比較晩，無法獲配，雖然我在hotels.com登記酒店時已註明要（非保證），所以有點不便。 Anyway, 整體來說都是一間很好的洒店了。

地點方便就在富華里中心點，酒店所有員工服務很專業，房間清潔乾淨，設施很完善，早餐很多選擇。 下次再會入住。

近富華里，有不同食肆可選擇，晚上逛街很寫意。早餐一般。員工服務不錯。 如有浴缺更好。

酒店位置很好，早餐多選擇，樓下已有大超市，行街買野，食嘢樣樣齊，為一唔好處是酒店沒有 shuttle bus 接駁去拱北口岸，要call的士，但酒店會代call的
