Definitely recommended for long term stay at Madinah
Great stay. Always a great time. This is my best place to stay in Madinah
Great hotel with high speed wifi. Great staff and few minutes walking distance to Haram.
Beyond amazing
Fantastic hotel, great staff and wonderful people
Best service
Good clean . Expensive food add for sure meal with stay might be helpful.
Rawda visit
Excellent
Good just need more upgrades for the price bring charged
All good , Perfect
Breakfast ok not satisfied
I get charged for extra bed, which I paid online for 3 adults and Ine child was very clear on my reservation I try to explain that to the front desk and the manager, but they still insist to charge me ( The unprofessional person who was workinking in the front desk, told me that four of you can sleeping in one king bed if you will not except the charge of the extra bed)
Great experience at this hotel
In the king bed they have attached two mattresses which was very uncomfortable
It’s extremely close walking to Masjid Nabawi (the Prophet’s Mosque) in Medinah, Saudi Arabia. For wheelchair guests, it’s completely accessible (ramps and elevators) and allows you to walk to the masjid without any headaches. For taxis to other places (such as Masjid Quba - the first Mosque in Islamic History also located in Medinah), you have to go out and try to hail one outside very close to the hotel. Suggest to hail one yourself and negotiate prices beforehand. Otherwise can use Uber or Careem taxi services BUT they usually charge a bit more and are only Saudi Arabian drivers who may not speak any English or they will give you a harder time by making the trip longer going the roundabout way. But this depends on the driver. If you have more money to spend, it’s usually easier to find one driver you like and keep them the whole day or even better convince them to stay the whole time you are there everyday in Medinah, especially if you have a set itinerary planned. You can just say, hey for this amount of money, can you stick with us for the next 4/5 hours and take us to these places. Drivers would usually favor that since it gives them a stable/guaranteed income for those hours. Give a heavy tip if you can. Most work for meager wages unfortunately still. As for the amenities of the hotel, you will get porter service as needed/requested, rooms cleaned once a day or perhaps more as requested, 24/7 room service but don’t know the cost as we never used it. The hotel’s 4.5/5
good value for money
Cool place
The Hotel was very well located, close to the Haram. Our stay was made comfortable by us being upgraded to a Suite for both our rooms. Our very special thanks to Ms Salwa, the Guest Relations Manager for being so efficient and helpful. She offered us an upgrade to a Suite and Haram View for both of our booked rooms. That was amazing.
Great experience
Will visit again
Excellent 👍
Best satay I have
Even things nice people are very kind I love to stay aging
Need to improve English skills
Everything was amazing, the house keeping, it was bad.
Pleasant stay
very disappointed when we arrived our booking had been cancelled due to misunderstanding between expedia and pullman.
It is located within 100 yds from gate #303 at the prophet’s (swt) mosque We were there for a day trip to the rawdah Mubarak. Ended up needing a room for freshening up and resting between prayers. Clean bathroom, plenty of water bottles , attentive guest services. We saw the hotel lobby extremely busy in the evening. We just dropped the keys off. I plan to stay here for future trips to Medina
The hotel is very convenient located however requires quite a bit of refurbishment- very poor for a 5 start hotel Limited day light in the room Generally staff very friendly and helpful
Everything was good
Honestly this hotel had a nice view, however, the bathroom smelled. The location of this hotel is far from women’s gate. It is about 10-15 mins walk for women.
Salim was amazing!
All in all, a very good stay. A gentleman name Salim took really good care of me. He is one of the concierge team and literally took care of me for the time I arrived till the time I left.
Great location 2-3 minutes walk to the great mosque gate. Great staff, great food options, great shopping experience. Everything is convenient. Highly recommended.
My stay at Pullman ZamZam was great. I would like to single out Arslan the Bellboy he is very kind, a good ambassador for the hotel! I was checked in early at 12pm instead of the usual 4pm amd had complimentary upgrade to an incredibly spacious two bedroom sities. Thank you Pullman!
Amazing
Close to the Prophets mosque
Thank you for your service! We enjoyed our stay at Pullman Zamzam.
Great stay will staying again for sure
All good
Earning needs to be improved
Enjoyed my stay. Will definitely come back
Great overall
Good location with quick access to the Prophets mosque. Breakfast was underwhelming given the cost. I recommend not to pay for it and find better options(and cheaper) outside.
The signage where to go lobby exit etc is absolutely terrible.
Need to update washroom
Had a great experience. Thanks for all the great service. It was greatly appreciated.
Amazing
Great hotel with excellent service! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Friendly staff and a great location. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Clean very close to the haram
Wish it had universal wall plugs
Great Location
Great location Great customer service
The cleaning service was shocking the bathroom i had to clean myself with disinfectant wipes and while cleaning around the toilet there was stool on the floor absolutely shocking and disgusting. The room was decent and spacious. Didn’t feel at complete easy around the cleaning staff, the once entered while i was packing my bags and had its contents open containing gifts and personal items i felt uneasy stares and snooping around my items. Made me take extra precautions and procedures to protect my items from their gaze. Check-in staff weren’t very welcoming, as i approached the check-in lady to process my check-in she pushed me off to another person saying “my shift is over im going now” the lady that preceded her was very cold.
Great hotel
Worst checkin ever had
Check in was awful, it took forever and staff was not courteous
Enjoyed my stay for the second time !!
Generally good but would rate it a 4*. Does not have enough staff and porters to help and assist to rate 5* The decor is quite dated as well.
Very near to the Haram, friendly staff.
Great location, right opposite the mosque
Room 756 TV displayed welcome Mr Humayun, and I was not. I called the front immediately and requested them to change that to my name. It never changed. This is NO big deal but a mistake that could have been corrected! When checking in I was told " are you aware that you have a handicap access.." I answered him no, besides I didn't know why that concerns anyway, then he assigned me a different room which was all the to the end of hallway, a long walk with a toddler! In the shower the standing shower place is very congested and while you are standing you could bump easily with other fixtures on the installed on the left wall. Quality of the toilet tissues weren't up to a 5 star standard.
Generally OK, but the room was a little noisy and no light.
Amazing..
Property was lovely just the level of dust on the furniture in my room was a bit of an issue as I believe it did affect my skin. So they just need more dusting really but everything else was lovely staff are great They could have a little bit more of a selection for the breakfast as there wasn’t much for my little boy to eat
The Property is excellent and the location is amazing
Beautiful Hotel, Perfect Location
>>> beautiful hotel >>> wide variety of breakfast >>> perfect location
Close to the Haram which makes it convenient. The carpet is a little on the older side but other than that I am satisfied with my stay here
Advertised as 2 king bed, but got room with only 1 king bed. Hotel reception did not accommodate or help. Nor did Hotels.com fix their error
Very convenient location from the Kaaba complex, loved the decor and cleanliness of the hotel and the room. I will highly recommend to anyone that are going to Makkah for pligrimmage.
Best Madinah Stay
Amazing stay with my wife, 3 kids and my mother. My youngest is 11 months and the crib was extremely helpful. The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful from the check-in to the check-out. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Madinah InshaAllaah.
Its convenient and close to masjid nabwi, but bit over priced
I had panoramic view room and words can’t explain the visual you been watching all day long while in room looking at ROZA RASOOL(PBUH)
Over all a great stay. Wanted to extend my stay as my mother fell ill, but was not able to as their occupancy was full. Breakfast buffet is excellent and hotel room amenities are good as well.
5 minutes walk to Masjid Nabvi
Staff were good and helpful. Check in was good. But I had to pay for 1 bed extra which was too much despite me booking for 4.
Close to Masjid Nawabi for men, it little farther for women. Food was average, more taste and variety would be recommended. Overall stay was great.
Amazing hotel & breakfast!
Hotel was amazing, facilities, views staff and most of all the breakfast! No complaints whatsoever of the hotel, truly was great. Please bear in mind this hotel is closer to the southern courtyard of Masjid Nabawi, so if you don’t leave earliy enough for Salahs you will be praying in front of imam/ getting to the ladies prayer section is a 10-15min walk depending on which doors you go to
Location
Friendly staff, comfortable room
convenience of its location and a generally good
The hotel is well-located, with everything within walking distance, which is a great advantage. Overall, it was a very good experience, and the hotel itself was impressive. However, for a 5-star hotel and the price paid per night, I expected more compared to other 5-star establishments. There were a few issues: the bidet shower was leaking, and the service in some areas fell short, especially with basic tasks like restocking supplies and cleaning. I also got the impression that the staff is overly focused on securing positive Google reviews, which detracted slightly from the experience. That said, the stay was enjoyable, and the hotel is worth considering if you value the convenience of its location and a generally good experience.
The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room wasn’t cleaned
Nice hotel but our room furniture was old. Table leg was broken. Shower siding glass can be little bigger.
The best hotel in madinah
The staff at the reception was very welcoming just 1 guy the rest look miserable, he welcomed my family with a big smile and he ungraded our room to the biggest room at the hotel i was so pleased will definitely stay again because of this member of staff, the hotel is a step a way from the prophet pbah mosque they are many taxis available outside the hotel also small shopping center and the hotel is surrounded by many shops, the breakfast was outstanding this pull man hotel is your money worth than the one in makah the one in makah is outdated the bathroom need reall renovation and the bedrooms but the one in madinah is another story is really looked afrer top class hotel.
Great service and clean hotel… walk right up to the green dome of the masjid which is amazing.
Bh
Very friendly staff. Great location, only a few min from the noble rawda.
The hotel staff including room service, door service and the dining staff were great professionals. They all were well mannered. The location is only 5 mins walk away from Nabawi.
Great staff
Good stay close to the prophet's mosque.
We booked two rooms for five, each room had two single person bed, only can sleep 4 on top my kids were far way room, they found not give us connected room. Room were not ready till 5pm, bad behavior by staff and very bad was the manager. 9 days without kids close to us
Very good hotel, close to the Mosque, breakfast is amazing, friendly staff.
The hotel is centrally located near the north end of the Prophet’s Mosque, about an 8-minute walk to the Rawdah. Our junior suite was spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, but road noise from the lower floor was disruptive. The king bed was two joined beds with an uncomfortable split in the middle. Room tech was outdated, with damaged USB chargers and a faulty phone. The bathroom was clean, but the shower’s half-glass wall caused water to spill onto the floor. Only two towels were provided, though housekeeping brought more upon request. Check-in at 4 pm is inconvenient, but Asst. Manager Adnan helped us get a room early as our son was unwell, a gesture we greatly appreciated. However, the lobby was chaotic at 12:30 pm, filled with tired guests and strewn luggage. Despite the front desk staff’s efforts, the luggage service was slow and lacked professionalism. The cafe was understaffed, with limited food options and overwhelmed employees trying to manage crowds. Would I stay here again? Unfortunately, no. While the location is excellent and Adnan’s assistance stood out, the hotel felt impersonal and poorly managed. The chaotic lobby, understaffing, and transactional service left a lot to be desired. The Pullman needs to improve staffing and organization to create a more welcoming guest experience.
Close to Masjid Al-Nawabi.
Excellent
Summary: AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS I had 2 junior suites booked for my party of 8, as the listing says each room has 4 person occupancy. However, upon reaching the rooms, we found only 1 bed in each and no sofa bed. Upon requesting support from the hotel, they told us their policy is to charge for cots for children, but not adults, so any cots we request would be chargeablein our case. They informed us that we shouldn’t have booked from Expedia and should have booked direct to avoid this scenario. Ultimately, we agreed to pay, but they had no cots available anyways. We also reached out to Expedia support, who were sympathetic to our situation, but ultimately had no recourse and provided no help whatsoever until the time of writing this review. 4 people in my party ended up sleeping on the floor for the entire stay here. Extremely disappointed with both the hotel, the attitude we faced, and Expedia in their inability to render any form of support.
It could be better but lovely view from the hotel room.
Very good service and very clean
The hotel is old and in need of update. The hallways are dirty at times. The breakfast is ok, but nothing to brag about. Compared to other hotels in the area, the price is reasonable
Good location, close to masjid al nabawi and dining and shopping options. Hotel rooms were nice. Staff was helpful.
I had a wonderful experience
The front desk has an awsome team, everyone is cooperative and helpful, I requested a lil late departure to let me pray Juma and was heartfully allowed. Overall was a great stay. Thankyou
Thank you Team Pullman Zamzam Madina!!
I want to thank all the staff, bell boys, front reception, kitchen staff, house keeping and all others, from the bottom of my heart for making our family's four night stay most comfortable and memorable! The access to Prophet Muhammad pbuh's mosque was super close. We were lucky to get the view of Rawda from our room 690, which is not what we had booked, so thank you team! We were humbled by that. Breakfast is great! Bathrooms are getting dated but our room 690 had two rooms and two bathrooms which was super helpuful! The biggest blessing was when the general manager saw me in the lobby looking for help, immidiately jumped to assist me as I was requesting a late checkout, which was swiftly accomodated after a check and thank you again!! Highly recommended!!
unclean hotel
terrible hotel. very unclean
I was living in room #762. I was surprised when I saw the bathroom floor. The floor tiles were very old, rusty, burned out sign every where and mold. I called room service. They tried hard to clean but failed because it wasn't cleanable. So, they put long towel on the floor to hide all eyesoaring, unhealthy tiles. I admired the affort of the excellent room service team. In first place the front desk employee should not allot this room to any guest. I was there only for 5 nights as a pilgrimage. I hadn’t time to make complaints or go for arrange another room. This bath room shouldn’t belongs to a five star hotel. I will not prefer this hotel again.
My room needs major renovations. The tiles are old, the tap is outdated, and there was a bad smell in the room. We all experienced skin irritation during our stay, which was very uncomfortable. The only positive aspect is that it’s close to the Prophet’s Mosque and the second basin set up was convenient. However, the condition of the room needs serious improvement.
