Travellerthe drain of the shower was blocked, only a few minutes and the water was already flooding out into the bathroom. Close to the train station, and there is a small shopping mall nearby with quite a few food options.

Traveller酒店房間非常整潔乾淨，職員由check-in, 執房，企係lobby既都會微笑及主動打招呼，唯一不足之處就是用酒店小程式想要索取毛巾及剃刀時，小程式居然話我距離酒店370米，超出酒店服務範圍，當時我係酒店房用酒店wifi上網，所以酒店要檢討相關服務。
Traveller酒店很新，房間舒適！網上看過酒店只開兩，三年，但洗澡地方門關不實，水往外洩，外面地布都濕透了！
Traveller就在深圳北站旁邊十分之方便！

Traveller整體的入住體驗都很滿意，登記入住手續的很快捷，服務好又快捷。酒店座落於深圳北站，距離大型商場如紅山6979 和壹方天地都有點遠，來回都要打車。但附近也有小型商場和北站的美食廣場可供選擇。最是喜歡酒店新穎的設備，客房面積寬敞，浴室設計優美又有現代感，淋浴間的地板材質，採用了比較粗糙的石材，用意是防滑，免去客人淋浴前還先需要鋪墊防滑地氈的需要，而客房內的燈光也經過心思設計，如小工作桌上的燈光投射會比較強，而睡床位置則燈光比較柔和，也設有閱讀燈，床邊也有不同的充電線。整體而言，客房是經過周詳，以人為本的規畫。酒店位置雖然比較偏遠，但如取其新穎設備和舒適的住宿，舍在交通上的時間，這間酒店還是一個很好的選擇。

A nice, perfectly located hotel, with pristine, spacious rooms. The staff was kind and attentive, but arguably not all members were very professional. Communication was difficult at times.The Breakfast buffet is superlative. Dinner is very limited.
