Rooms were amazing - room service was great - Mahnoob was great!

Pullman Sharjah is a wonderful hotel

We stayed for a week at the property, it is one of the most memorable week of my life i must say, from the receiption from the first day we arrived service was top notch, we would like to thank everyone ftom the porters, cleaners especially MEHER who cleaned our room on a daily basis, the view from our room was breathtaking we could see part of the city as well as the lagoon the pool was very clean with stunning views of the lagoon aswell from the pool side, i highly recommend this place and would definately stay there again

Regrettably, I chose the day that there was construction going on from early morning as well as a fire drill. I had breakfast included which was until 10:30am and when we were about to leave at approximately 9:45am, the fire alarm drill started and lasted more than 15 minutes. After making it downstairs, we had about 20 minutes to order our omelette and eat. Overall, the day I chose to stay was likely the cause of my dissatisfied rating. Staff are super friendly and accommodating, extending our checkout from 12pm to 1pm.

Service was great from check-in to checkout. Very nice, spacious room; Excellent pool; comfortable shower. The room rate was exceptional good the quality of our stay.

Amazing staff, amazing views, amazing food. 5 out of 5 stars with everything this hotel has. The convince, the bell desk with such friendly and lovely staff. We enjoyed it that we booked it twice.

When we did the check in everything was perfect and next day the issue start at middle of the night early Saturday morning at 1am the room next to May family room was really noisy and are screaming and I had call the receptionist but still the noise the same then later at 2 am after my wife made the call to receptionist they stop . The hole nigh was disturbed and can’t sleep well , I was expecting apologies from the Managment but no one care . While check out I have asked by the receptionist if my stay was ok , then I told him what was happened then he said I will call my manager later he told me that the manager in meeting he will call you after the meeting . I said to him tell your manager no need to call me back , if your manager care about the customer he will talk immediately , till that time no one call . Really disappointed

Incredible Hotel

Fantastic gem of a hotel, very near to Dubai. Much cheaper and nicer than staying in Dubai, and better value for money. Rooms and bathrooms were very large, with shower and bathtub (unlike Dubai hotels). Breakfast was great value, and the food was good. Only negative was that the spa and other services inside do not open until 2pm.

I wasn't impressed at all; it doesn't meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The carpets in the hallways and room weren't very clean. However, the staff, especially the bellboy, were friendly, and room service was efficient. We were moved to a suite after several complaints of loud construction noises in our original room. Overall the hotel was ok. It is in a good location.

The absolute best stay, the staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. Excellent car parking service, staff, room was clean. With all the noise outside I have to say our stay was phenomenal because the room was super quiet and the building is clearly built well with clients in mind. One of the best hotels, will be staying here again.

A very nice hotel with good services , friendly staff . Hotel building seems new and maintnaed well . Breakfast has good options , including many for vegetarians. Location is in Sharjah ,locality around seems residential. Sharjah is little far ( 20-40 minutes) from tourist places of Dubai

As usual hotel and staff are amazing Only my concern is that housekeeping need to improve and I mentioned that to the supervisor 2 days shampoo bottle was empty and not refill and not add toilet paper

A stay like nowhere else!

Can't have enough superlatives is the summary of our short stay. Everyone from the entrance, reception or the manager to the restaurant where we had our breakfast went out of the way to make us feel special even to the point of making us feel ashamed at times. Will definitely stay here again. No questions. Sean and Athira in the Al Khan restaurant special thanks and regards. Extra courteous and ever so helpful.

The kind lady at the front desk allowed me to check in 4 hours early. Excellent service throughout from house keeping to the doormen. Will stay again.

Property is quite nice. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Amenities (pool and Gym) are quite small for such a large hotel. The location is very noisy, and prone to huge traffic jams. However many practical shops in the area (markets, pharmacies, F&B outlets). I suppose that what you could expect for this part of Sharjah.

Firstly the room was not cleaned because When i checked in on the side table of bed there was someone Nails which is not acceptable its really unhygienic Secondly the one of the Staff Behavior was really Aggressive and bad i Ordered from talabat so the guy from the delivery kept my Food in the reception and told me its there so i went the to collect the order and so i ask the guy about the order i told me it here and then someone came from the desk and start asking me the room number i told him and he looked at the order and told me that its not mine in a very bad way and i told hom that its mine order i can the on the reciept and i ordered with the room num. But he start arguing with me and took the food and start looking at the bill amd telling me that there is not your room number and i told him brother its mine . And after there other guy came and told him its his . this is really Bad behavior from the staff and after paying this much money for the 5 star hotel its really useless and waste of money and thirdly i called the reception to request that can i checkout 1 Pm But he ignored my request and didnt even listened . and fourth in the morning i came to hotel and my room was locked couldn't able to Access and i called the reception and they kept me waiting . late service i really got upset regarding my trip. Extremely worse experience.

I was here 2020 & the place was much clearer then this time around. Let’s just say hotel needs cleaning specially bathroom.

It was amazing and the staff was very helpful, the only disappointing thing not just unique to them alone is information if only provided upon enquiry it’s unlike back in the day when you check in a hotel you receive an orientation if your room the hotel and any other services. Apart from that all was great and to top it up was the Friday night dinner .. superb

everything was great, while valet parking was short of people we need to wait approx 10 mins to get our car

Breakfast was excellent lots of choices. However the hotel is on a busy road which is difficult to commute to and from the metro station.. We were disappointed that we had to get a taxi to Sahara Centre to get a bus in order to get to the metro station... No bus run directly from the hotel so prepared to pay for taxi back and forth. The towel was soiled and dirty for a 5 star hotel we expected a lot more. We will never stay at this hotel again

Very good place and the staff is professional

What i liked the most is the staff for vallet parking who were extremely professional and helpful. Whta i didn't like is the reception answering the phones with an attitude plus i was really disappointed to get that you have to call room service several times and wait for long times until they bring you main necessities that were missing like ear cotton buds, ironing, irnoning chair, and other things. Also, is the policy of not letting drivers bring yoir food into your rooms and not communicating with their residents about their food and delivery drivers. A bit disappointing 😞

After flying 20 hrs from Chicago to Dubai was really tired was greeted exceptionally well my room was upgraded to room with a view . Room was clean and comfortable

The hotel was ok. I just visited this week while Fifa world cup 2022 was going and this hotel does not have sports channels, so I was unable to watch the soccer games from my room. They only have two english channels, CNN and one for movies. No bar available which means no liquor at all. Also, we called housekeeping twice to bring us towels and they never came during the night time between 10pm and midnight. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Many restaurants are nearby. Hotel clean. Staff friendly but not all. Reception kept calling for payment even though I didn't check out yet, refused to wait, and room service skipped on cleaning room one night.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! The staff is welcoming and respectful and always happy to help. The front desk, especially Sewar, is amazing! They are all accommodating and this stay made our trip 100x times better!!!

Very clean property. Staff were very courteous and professional. The room service food was really good and the bed was extra soft and luxurious. My only regret, we didnt stay longer!

it is a wonderful hotel with excellent location ...loopy area is very refreshing with a lot of arts ...rooms are spacious clean well decorated with new furniture and modern large smart TVs not to mention the fast free WiFi ...the breakfast was very good and the staff were professional with fast chk in and chk out ...the only drawback point was related to slow elevators

Every thing was perfect about the hotel. Clean, new, beautiful, very big rooms and the spa just wow so don't forget to visit the spa. Very nice view from the jim and the only thing i would add is more vegan options please. there are many VEGANS in the world. if i ever in Sharjah again, i will stay only here
