We spent 4 fantastic days at Pullman La Défense and we are absolutely delighted! Everything was perfect – the rooms were impeccably clean, which we truly appreciated. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions or fulfill any requests. Another highlight was the beautiful, well-equipped gym, which we enjoyed using. The hotel also boasts a great location – easy access to the metro and trains, with shops, shopping malls, a Paul’s bakery, an ice rink, and a wonderful Christmas Market nearby. There are plenty of attractions to make each day enjoyable! Our stay at the hotel was an amazing experience – we’ll definitely be back!

Good hotel

Excellent hotel right next to the main La Defence area. Some building work in the area but fantastic location and great hotel. Breakfast is expensive though. Excellent location and staff were very helpful. Speak multiple languages

Under performed over priced

Not a five star hotel in reality. Poor service and outdated amenities.

I would not consider this a 5 star hotel. Everything was fine. Although not requiring it I had a modified room for a disabled guest. This likely meant the space was roomier than perhaps a normal room which I personally found helpful. Given proximity to CNIT and conferences there’s often seemed to be long lines for check in

Not a 5 star hotel as advertised. Room was not very clean, carpets all stained and old. We arrived in the morning and our room was ready but the hotel charged €70 to check us in early, which I paid because we were tired. Breakfast was boring, same items every day. Service was very poor at breakfast. Won’t go back! Definitely NOT a 5-star facility!

Very helpful, kind and attentive staff. Reasonable price vs conditions ratio (compared to other Paris hotels which are quite expensive compared to other top hotels in other places in the world without necessarily having good conditions or services). This was my second stay at a Pullman Hotel in Europe and I was not disappointed. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Awesome staffing, everyone from the valet parking individuals, the front desk, the restaurant staff to the cleaning lady everyone showed care and was very helpful. My wife, two little daughters and I checked in for 4 nights and felt safe, comfortable and happy to be in this hotel.

Perfect location in the business district. Close to popular Paris activities. Train access within walking distance. Room service was amazing. Nice place to stay.

Was good

Hotel is tired. Decoration dated. Carpets grey and stained. Fitness centre is lacking equipment. Buffet is expensive at €29 and limited. Rooms are fine and functional but sparsely decorated.

IT was ok, the room was not particularly clean or had good appliances like hairdryer not working and when it did for the first day was very old. very old towels; floor never seemed to be vacuumed. I have enjoyed staying there before, but not this time.

The property is fine so I will share what’s nearby instead? There is a Westfield mall towards the back of the hotel (15min walk). Several dining places are in and around the mall. If craving for brands like Chipotle, Kentucky Fried Chicken, the world’s famous Starbucks and McDonald, it’s there!

The hotel lobby was nice, but the rooms needs upgrading. No electrical plugs in bathroom for women to do their hair! Overall stay was nice!

Very good location to visit Paris

I loved this hotel and most of all the staff. Special thanks to Pauline at the recption and Mary in kitchen. It couldn't have been better, really many thanks. We traveled as a family with my wife and two kids. The location, despite been at the entrance of Paris, is very convenient. There is the RER A and line 1 metro accesible which take you anywhere. Many thanks once again. We had the time of our lives in Paris and we are mostly thankful with the staff.

Perfectly located for a business trip, amazing service, great breakfast. But the bedrooms/bathroom is not at the level of a Pullman hotel. Very disappointing.

Housekeepers need to check room supplies always and refill when finished. I ran out of shower gel for 4days and they didn't know until I reported.

Fridge doesn’t work Shampoo and hand lotion containers doesn’t work Dirty carpet The 2 rooms are outdated We got 1 queen bed instead of 2 twin beds for both rooms We stuck in parking for 15 minutes waiting for someone to open the parking gate for us. We reported the issues in the first day to the Front desk manager and nothing was done By far this not more than 3 stars hotel and the worst in our recant experiences with 5 stars in North America and Europe

Just back from a great stay at the Pullman La Defense. The reception staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The cleaners were excellent, every day our room was left spotless with clean towels. The hotel is just a short walk from the metro station which is easy to use and the area of La defense is modern and quirky and although we did not eat in this area there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. My only constructive feedback was that the bathroom decor in our room was quite tired and I also used the toilet on the ground floor on our last day which unfortunately had not been cleaned to the high standards that our room had. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and area!

Great stay

A great hotel for the business area. The staff are fantastic and friendly, especially the lady at breakfast who checks you in for your table.

Staff are friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. The room is clean and fine. The barroom is very nice and a very generous size with an excellent walk-in shower. The area is ok. Not a walking area to find outdoor cafes or a places for a bite or a latte. About a 5-7 min walk to the Metro subway.

clean and modern facility but a bit far from the city, however, 6 minutes walk to the public transportation makes up for this. No hotel shuttle to the airport.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The service was very good, the staff were very communicative and helpful and always responds and adapts to your needs. The hotel's location is also very convenient, it is only a few minutes away (walking distance) from the La Défense station and Westfield mall. Overall everything was great and I recommend this for anyone planning on staying in the area.

Pullman is a fantastic choice for business travelers in Paris / La Défense. Their rooms are nice and comfy. Staff members are friendly and very accomodating. Shout out to Edouard from the restaurant who went above and beyond for us every morning when we came down for breakfast.

Family connecting rooms

Overall it was nice and worked for our travel arrangements as a family. The connecting rooms were good. Linens were clean with fluffy down comforters. Our rooms were cleaned and tidied up daily. The hotel itself was quiet, however, we could here screeching from a nearby escalator which was disturbing. Our bathroom sink had a leak. We learned that our inability to open the fridge was because it had alcohol inside and for an additional $200 or so, we could have had access. We were unable to cool our water or have easy availability to ice for an ankle injury. Appreciated daily, one bottle, room temperature water replenishment.

Best hotel I ever stayed in. Very nice staffs and great breakfast buffet. Room is clean and the location is perfect. La Defense has them all, restaurants, mall, movie theater, train.... I will highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the Hotel Staff. Bathilda and Fanta were two hotel receptionist were extremely helpful and patient in providing us to directions for different location, and recommendations for places to dine. I hope they are still there when we return next year.

Sunday service was not as great. Our breakfast didn't arrive, and they mixed up our room service order. Apart from that, everything else was fantastic. Staff was nice and friendly and very accommodating. Would recommend staying there again.

Very modern and comfortable. Fantastic food and great service.

Nice location, pretty easy walk to metro station. Rooms were good size and had everything we needed. A few small things were not working, one button for the toilet for instance, but overall these were minor and our stay was very comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. We did not eat in the restaurant as the prices were on the high side so cannot offer an opinion on that. Overall, would recommend and stay here again.

Could have been great...

The staff is amazing! The bedding is very comfortable. The location is right by the metro and anything else that you would need. My only complaint is that there were no plug outlets in the bathroom for curling irons, etc. There was one plug in the room by the desk but no mirror. The mirror was behind the door across the room. It was a logistic nightmare trying to go back and forth every morning plugging and unplugging the curling iron, back and forth from the bedroom to the bathroom, trying to get ready. I know it sounds whiny but trust me, after 4 days it never got easier. It would be great if the owners of the hotels had their wives stay in the average folks rooms to help decide if they were functionable. For the morning challenge alone, I would not recommend this hotel nor stay again. It makes the start of your day really stressful.

The property is well managed and appropriately staffed. The front desk personnel is awesome. Louise, Lea and Yohan are professional, extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay in Pullman Paris La Defense very much, we would choose this hotel again.

A very good hotel well positioned for access to the Metro and Regional trains at La Defense station (5 mins walk). Room was nice and well proportioned, we were lucky to be upgraded to a deluxe room. It was quite business like, which I suppose to be expected. Not much character to it. Breakfast was great but restaurant choice feltt

The only thing was that the hot water in our room 1412 was not working 3 times out of the 7 nights we stayed. But when we called the reception, they sent someone to fix it everytime.

Good location, quiet, staff were friendly, upgraded my room and were very pleasant, even valet parked the car and gave me a late check out with no extra cost. Food was very expensive though...better off eating out.

Great Experience

Location was great! Really close to the train and some shopping. The hotel was clean, room was spacious and all was updated. Would definitely stay there again.

AC was broken in room, so it was 28c, temporary fan given but that didn’t help. Food and drink in restaurant but prices were ludicrous. Single pint of beer was 16 Euro’s and small glass of wine 13.

Room and Bed were great. Staff were pleasant. No issues. Would recommend.

Over all I enjoyed the hotel . I wish I was closer to the Eiffel Tower but it was easy to get a cab. There is shopping mall and grocery store near by so its STILL amazing! It has a modern feel and design in the rooms. Def a nice place to stay.

The hotel has great service, nice staf and very confortable rooms. But somethings are already old. Maybe the carpets and the furniturr should be renewed. The location is great and the breakfast complete.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and modern. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. My only other comment is that the bar/restaurant area is pretty quiet. No scene/vibe.

Room descriptions on hotels.com were incorrect. Staff poor for this level of hotel. Could only run the shower for 2 mins until it flooded the bathroom. Essentially a hotel for people on business who don't really want to be there.

Great hotel, great staff

From the moment I checked the staff were nice and welcoming. When I walked into my room there was a personalized letter, macaroons, mango juice and some almond sweets. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, there was a friendly member of staff that greets and seated me. There’s an omelette station where the chef prepared eggs to order. One of the staff members came by during breakfast to ask if everything was okay and if I had a good night sleep. Every single member of staff I encountered during my stay was polite, friendly and very helpful. I’d definitely stay again.

Just another soulless boring chain hotel

Totally overrated, overpriced. 5 stars....??? Why

Nice hotel, the room wasn’t ready when I got there so I had to wait for over an hour after the official check in time to get in the room. Overall nice hotel I’ll give it a 4 out of 5. Location is ok not far from downtown. Food options are limited in the evening there. If you have a family then it’s great if not it would probably be better to stay downtown. We walked around near the mall (CNIT) right next to the hotel at night and there were a few LARGE RATS so be careful, I was quite disgusted but then again it is a city but I can’t handle that. I know it’s listed as 5 star on Expedia but I can assure you that it’s not 5 star I’ve stayed in multiple 5 star places and this isn’t one but it’s still a nice hotel and the family suites have a lot of space. Cab ride from Airport cost around 70 Euros (family van). Uber ride downtown cost around 15-25 euro depending on car size. 1 minute walk to train station from hotel. Room service crazy expensive Uber eats does reliever to hotel though until around midnight.

the staff were very courteous and professional...the facility provided us with daily water, coffee, and tea supplies...the hotel is very close to metro train, mall, restaurants, and the grand arch...the STAFF IS THE BEST of all.

Filthiest “5 Star” hotel ever

The shower had built up dirt on the floor, I asked the front desk about a new room and that shower’s floor had even more dirt build-up on it. This is in no way, shape or form a 5 Star hotel.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. In the business distract in Paris, 20 minutes from Eiffel Tower/Arc de triumph and about an hour from Disneyland. The metro is very close about a 4 minute walk. Or taxis were about €17 to the centre of Paris (Eiffel tower). Room was very comfortable and clean, definitely the best sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully be returning again soon.

Excellent stay, very nice hotel and great staff. We had 2 joining rooms for our family, which were clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, fresh food and lots of choice. Hotel is slightly outside the centre of Paris, but very easy to catch the metro and reach the tourist sights.

Fab place to stay

Great place to stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable in a lovely location in La Defense with 5 min walk to train and metro. Staff at breakfast were very helpful especially MY who took good care of us. At the reception Hareish made sure we were well looked after. Best part is that the hotel has secure underground parking - very convenient. It’s not cheap at 25 euros a night but that’s the typical rate in the area. Will definitely stay again!
