A wonderful place to stay on the outer edge of Paris city Metro super close, really quaint shopping and dining close to the hotel parking across the street fantastic probably cheapest in Paris €16 a day

The property was near a small shopping area which was nice . Didn’t like that there was 4 of us and they would always only leave 2 towels. Also didn’t refill towel paper one day . The pool had 1 hour limit and needed to be reserved.

Nous avons eu un beau séjour au Pullman. Les employés sont à l’écoute de nos attentes. Nous avions eu quelques problème avec notre baignoire et ils ont tout de suite réglé la situation! Je recommande grandement cet hôtel sécuritaire et luxueux.

Location is good and easy to walk to resturants, market and subway!

We like this hotel very much! As it close to the subway and to the Arena Bercy. Rooms are big enough. Service is incredible.

The Pullman Bercey is a good hotel. The staff was excellent and it was close to the Metro which made getting around easy. The decor in the room seemed a bit outdated and worn but overall it was a good stay.

Good place to stay

Great placed to stay for families; just outside of Paris city center; Pool and other amenities were fantastic! There was one day when the power was out which meant elevators were not operating and the pool was closed, but overall, everyone was very helpful, friendly, and the hotel was great!

Staff was very nice! Housekeeping was great. Location was not to far from airport but a little far from main attractions. Right next to metro train but I used Uber which was extremely accessible and easy. Hotel had nice quiet indoor pool that required reservations, very nice patio, fooseball table and ping pong that kept my daughter entertained. Food was a little pricey but the breakfast was very convenient and the omelette was great though it was 32 euros.

Pullman Bercy a great hotel in Paris Bercy

I spent one day at Pullman. The room was great and clean, good temperature and confortable. The hotel was friendly with a nice warm pool. Loved it and wish I could spent more time. The breakfast top

We stayed in 6 hotels in 6 cities across Europe on our trip and this hotel was our favorite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. It is a little far from all the touristy sites, but there is a subway stop closeby and you can google which trains to take to get you where you are going. There is a shopping area with a lot of restaurants very close to the hotel. Pool is by appointment only, which keeps crowds down. Loved Paris, loved the hotel, overall a great experience.

Great hotel - just not quite hitting the mark for a higher upper end chain-decor just not up to expected level, finishing touches not quite there. However excellent pleasant staff from Melvin at reception to Ferhad, Nadia, Melvin and Mohammed in the breakfast area

We always say in this hotel when in Paris. Not only the hotel itself is nice and clean, but the area is super nice with lots of dining options and shops. Metro station is 5 minutes by foot.

Bercy village is not worth the visit. Skip it

The hotel was beautiful, the lobby was clean and the front desk were always so helpful and provided great care. The hotel was in a great area near the Bercy village that had great food and shopping areas, what is also great about this area the hotel is in a 2 min walk vicinity of the subway making it easy transport to the main city of Paris. The only down side which are few were the air condition was very low and didn’t really help the room get cold. Besides the A/C me and my family had a wonderful stay at the Pullman hotel

Superb hotel in a lovely part of Paris. Every staff member friendly & welcoming. Great breakfast and lots of areas to relax n. Nearby Bercy Village offers lovely shops, bars & restaurants and even a park. We will be back !

Good option for train to Eurodisney

The location is very convenient if you are planning a trip to Eurodisney. A metro stop is about 3 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can get the metro to Gare de Lyon for the train. Bercy village is handy for good value eating, especially the Frog and Hippopotamus! There is also a nice park next to Bercy village. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room in the hotel were lovely and great for the kids. The table football was also handy. I also liked the gym, which had plenty of dumbbells, a couple of treadmills, and a Les Mills programme for the exercise bikes. Breakfast was always enjoyable, especially the omelette station where they cooked them up fresh for you. The rooms were good for a family with comfy beds. The hotel is not right in the centre of Paris, but is handily placed for getting the metro in more centrally.

The whole stay became bad to worse. First day when I had a shower water flowed over & the whole bathroom got wet. Secondly the my 4th floor was filthy. Looked very dirty & gross. After couple of complains nothing was done

The hotel, breakfast, room and staff were excellent. The issue whilst having dinner was a mouse scuttled across the floor and apparently this had been reported the week before.

we have stayed here several times. the location the Bet y village is excellent and easy to get to the metro. the hotel is very quiet, excellent breakfast.

We have enjoyed our stay at Pullman Bercy. The pool, sauna and steam room were really great. My daughter enjoyed playing pink pong in the lobby. We walked to Bercy Village every night for dinner and shopping. The park is very close as well.

This is the second time we stayed in this property and exceeded our expectations. The children liked the table tennis area where they can play while unwinding from a hectic day. The area is very accessible and quiet and the staff are amazing and very accommodating. The location is excellent for commute and there are plenty of places to eat! One of our family’s favorite destinations so far!

Everything was fine except the upgrade was not worth it cause room for junior suite but had furniture & rugs had holes & patch works. Secondly No windows opened & Suite was either very warm or cold.

The staff was wonderful. So kind and helpful. Having everything I need in Bercy Village made this exceptional location for a senior citizen.

Service was excellent. The hotel has a very cool vibe. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool and spa are lovely. Bar is a nice place to hang out. I would certainly book again.

Two mornings there was loud noise from the upper floors as they were remodeling and we could not sleep in as planned.

All was perfect! Room was clean and comfortable. Only thing was we had some issue during payment. They made a wrong payment and had to spend 10mins during check-out to solve it.

Staff was absolutely great except I did not get my junior suite & upgrade was on duplex which was too nice but holes in the carpet & too much of curtains. Overall lovely

Loved this place. Safe, quiet, and convenient. By metro (one minute walk from the hotel), the Lourve was 20 min and Eiffel Tower 30 min. Very easy to go (just one transfer needed). Bercy village is so adorable with lots of yummy places to eat. My kids haven’t stopped talking about Bercy village. Room is clean, pillows were perfect (firm), shower pressure was amazing. Only complaint was even with AC, the room felt warm at night. I would have loved to have been a little closer to all the action of Paris, but for the price, this was a happy compromise.

Easy to subway, great shopping and eating area nearby.

A little further out than I’d hoped and the train stopped at 11pm. Took about 1 hr to get back from Paris centre. Hotel staff and facilities brilliant though. Very comfortable and friendly.

Average hotel

Probably one of the best hotels stays we have ever had. It was mine and my wife’s 20 year wedding anniversary. The hotel upgraded us to a suite on the 10th floor for free with two separate areas for our 2 children. It was simply amazing. We will tell all our friends and be back. Nous avons passé un séjour de 4 jours à cet hôtel. Nous avons eu un accueil super . Toutefois la climatisation laisse à désirer nous avons du changer de chambre trois fois au final nous avons fini avec deux ventilateurs dans notre chambre. L’employé Jeremy avec son attitude négative et d’une façon hautaine nous a simplement dit vous devez vous y faire c’est ça la France nous n’avons pas les mêmes standards qu’en Amérique!!! Il nous parlait en regardant ailleurs comme si nous étions des moins que rien! Lorsque mon conjoint lui a fait la remarque il nous a regardé dans les yeux!!! D’autre employés ont même ris de nous puisqu’on avait un accent Québécois!!!! J’ai trouvé cela très spécial comme attitude et très décevant pour un hôtel 4 Etoiles! Toutefois nous avons eu un service impeccable au bar avec la SUPER MANON DT ANDERAMANE. Ils ont été super sympa souriants disponible et agréable. Vous devez absolument goûter au mojito de Manon c’est une vraie experte. Merci. Vous deux vous avez été le point positif de notre séjour à l’hôtel. Ne changez surtout pas ( les breuvages 😉 petit indice pour nous reconnaître)

Excellent stay at the Pullman. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Accor Arena as we were going to the Chris Brown concert. Perfect hotel for our stay. Double bed options, a gym and easy to get Uber to get anywhere in Paris, but there are several dining and shopping options within walking distance as well. Highly recommend!!!!!

Really enjoyed our stay. We came with our 4 children, so to have large spacious connecting rooms and a pool in the hotel was excellent. Good transport links into the center of Paris, so although not central it worked well. Also close to Bercy Market which was lovely. Will come again when next in Paris.

We highly recommend the Pullman Bercy hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful and offered many amenities including a pool area and incredible fitness space. The area around the hotel has everything you could possibly need. A grocery store, many restaurants and shops. And it was a short walk to the Metro! When we come back to Paris, we will stay here again!

Excellent hotel, good breakfast. convenient to an area with a lot of restaurants. Room comfortable. could use a second chair. Air conditioning in room is subpar.

Nice size rooms. Great location. Good choice at breakfast. Only real grumble was the hit breakfast wasn’t hot. A heated towel rail in the bathroom would have been nice too.

My "go-to" in Paris but no so good this time around; it's a pity. I am hoping this was a one-time issue and will return for a 2nd chance. Hotel itself is still perfect though.

Nice Place to Stay

The hotel was beautiful and the location is perfect. We were able to enjoy the Village which has restaurants and shopping, and we were an Uber ride away for the heart of Paris! The Uber rides can take longer than usual due to congested traffic, so we had to leave 30/45 minutes before we needed to be at a particular site, to ensure we had enough travel time built in. My two complaints are the water went out the morning we were checking out to fly back to the states, so we didn’t get to shower that morning, which sucks. We were also there for my Wife’s B-Day, and they asked me for the date, which made me think they were going to perhaps do a nice gesture on that date for my Wife, but nothing happened, not a note card, a simple acknowledgment of this special day/special trip…nothing! I was very disappointed in that!

Excellent stay

Fantastic stay at the Pullman. Over the road from a lovely shopping area with restaurants and a park. Only a 15 minute metro ride to Chatelet. Service was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious with 2 double beds. Facilities on site were really lovely, great bar, restaurant and lobby area with table tennis. We didn’t have time to visit the spa or pool. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Very helpful, enthusiastic, and polite check-in staff. I can't remember the names of the 2 ladies that checked us in but they are a credit to the organisation. The room was a suite with a sofa bed and double. Excellent breakfast - we have stayed in hotels around the world and this was the best breakfast variety that we have seen. However, the man serving coffee tried to serve us coffee from the machine instead of asking us what we wanted, as I usually have a pot of filtered coffee, so that was very irritating. During the time we stayed at the hotel the pool was closed for renovations which was disappointing. Overall a great stay - not the most modern rooms compared to the lobby and dining area but adequate for our stay. Would stay again as it's also close to Bercy village and transport links.

An airport hotel with flair

This hotel surpassed my expectations. For an airport hotel it has a surprising amount of personality. Great staff, better than expected food. The room is fine, too. Even the shuttle driver was helpful and friendly. I would certainly stay there again

Just amazing, as usual. One of my favorite places to stay when in Paris. It has it all and service is spot on, always!

Although this hotel is not in the city center it is conveniently located next to a metro station and the surrounding area is very nice and quiet. It was easy to get anywhere I needed to be without any trouble.

I booked this trip in February of 2020. Then COVID hit. I obviously held out hope that we would still be able to travel to Paris. However, despite NOT BEING ALLOWED TO TRAVEL TO FRANCE BY LAW, this place would not refund me a single dollar. This is completely unacceptable. We are in a global pandemic. All I wanted was a credit.

In short, an excellent choice of hotel!

This is my absolute preferred hotel when travelling to Paris especially when it is for work. I have always had a PERFECT stay at this hotel: the hotel itself and the rooms are spotless, impeccable service from check-in to check-out, the location is very practical and pretty much everything you might need during your is at walkable distance, I love that area of Paris. The food at the restaurant (or room service) is not very furnished I would admit but has always been excellent, and that's what I prefer!

THE best options in south Paris!!!

My usual place to stay when in Paris. Still the same enjoyment. Looking forward to the pool and spa to be finished though. Then it will really be AMAZING!!!

Very clean!!! Room was a very big size for Europe. The restaurant and Live spot was excellent! Food was delicious. It was convenient to the Metro. And the Bercy Village across the street had some really nice restaurants and shopping area.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s a 30min I er away from most things. Close to the subway as well. The area is quiet and away from all the hustle. If you are there for a concert it’s walkable to the Accorr Areana

Set in a convince area, with the train station so close, and bercy village which has a number of lovely restaurants. The staff was fantastic, so respectful. Breakfast was ok. But over all it was a amazing hotel.
