Crispy room, good food quality in dining , extremely hospitable staff, very easy approach from IGI airport. I certainly recommend this place to stay .

i were impressed with the services rendered from entry to restaurant - all are very friendly and at service anytime you need them - the restaurant Mr Pankaj thumbs up he were so helpful with the elderly by taking food for her and send it to her table . Business launch waitress Ms Nimmi were so helpful and serve us well

Very friendly and accommodating hotel front desk and Reservation staff. My flight was repeatedly delayed, and I had to constantly make adjustment for my arrival time as well as transfer from the airport to the hotel. The hotel team accommodated all the changes with great flexibility and speed, and made my travel much less stressful. They did go above and beyond what most hotels do.

My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the city skyline. I also loved the breakfast buffet—it had a wide selection of fresh, delicious options.”

Pullman hotel is design heavy but seems to ignore the customer experience and comfort Room was poor, lighting was defective, shower water was coming into the bathroom the side tables were useless, there was no room to put any luggage just one luggage rack, they were unable to provide another one even a folding one no table to eat or put your tea and coffee on it - each time we ordered room service we had to request a rolling table on the plus side food and service was excellent we had special room on the 6th floor - twin room but the room was catering for one person only

Majority of Pullman hotel properties are very good to excellent. This one is no different. Super clean, great restaurant, spa, fitness and large outdoor pool

It’s a bit run down property in need of an upgrade. Towels, beddings, room interior etc have a tired and run down feel to it. Staff is apologetic and helpful but it’s not in their control

Not as good as previous visits

This is our third stay at the pullman aerocity. The room and facilities are great. I would however say that we were disappointed with the executive floor lounge. Various drinks (spirits) had run out and instead of just restocking we were asked if we wanted them to try and restock.... We were not provided with any information at checkin, basics like breakfast times. We were also called in our room on day 2 to say we had to go to reception to sign something for our 2nd night, then told we had not paid for it when we had. We couldn't charge anything to our room as reception did not put our card on file. So, a lovely room and great variety at breakfast however an improvement to reception & service in the lounge is required.

Good Hotel, hope my stay will be better next time

It is a good property with friendly staff, nice restaurants & bar. Very good area close to many restaurants and airport. This time it was under maintenance (outside of the building windows wrapped up with the sheets) so views and sunlight were blocked, with low lighting and dark interiors, the room was dark even in the day time. Although it is temporary, but I should have been informed before I booked. While checking in I asked to give me a room facing a different side, I did not want to make an issue out of it but had to compromise. Some of the good properties around had better prices.

The absolutely nice experience which I have had so far!

The advertising for executive room with lounge access is misleading. In the room description it is very clear that t executive privileges to include full buffet breakfast, launch access ect this is why it is called executive room. We been asked to pay extra for breakfast. The outside wundows had some plastic from outside, which was half gone and made quite a noise. Also we have been given the price for airport transfer before arrival, and on check out the price was much higher and we had to provide the email to prove otherwise. Very unfriendly staff on check in and check out.

Playing club level music in the lobby and in the elevator is not welcoming for transient travelers who need to rest.

Lovely hotel. Excellent friendly service. The room was very well equipped. The pool and surrounding area was lovely and relaxing. Breakfast was the most amazing thing I’ve ever experienced, with a very extensive range of choices and fantastic standard and quality,

I always look forward to staying at the Pullman and being looked after by the attentive staff! From the concierge group to the wait staff in the dining room, they are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are soundproof so that when you feel jet lagged you can sleep soundly. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary in its scope with so much variety. Don’t hesitate!

I checked out of a hotel and made a reservation at the Pullman and it exceed my expectations in terms of cleanliness, soundproofing and service.

Everything good overall. Pullman should offer free innova shuttle to airport like other 5 stars hotels in aerocity. It is 2000inr for 5min transfer to airport. Free shipping should be included

Had a very nice stay , always happy to be back to Pullman Hotel. Staff very nice .

The fact that i wasnt alowd to take my Bose speaker into my room to listen to my music. I would not book this hotel again. They should have that on there website that you are not allowed to bring the speaker to the room. also thay want you to pay for room service everytime you ordered anything cannot charge it to the room.

Great well appointed properties with modern amenities. They employe hearing impaired staff as well, who was outstanding and courteous and helpful. That gives this property 7 stars in my opinion

5 Star hotel

We just got a room there waiting for our flight that left early in the morning 3:40am. Thy gave us 2 free drink vouchers for taking a few minuets longer than it was suppose to be, It only to 3-7 minuets to check in .Very nice hotel defiantly would stay there again.

I chose this hotel out of all the ones in Aerocity because it was the only one offering a bathtub in each room. The Pullman Spa was a fantastic find. The Spa Signature massage was the best one I have had with an unique deep tissue and stretching technique. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful with a variety of both International and Indian dishes on offer. The whole staff goes out of their way to answer your questions and any issues are resolved quickly. This is my hotel of choice now whenever I have a stopover in New Delhi.

Bath robe had a big mark and was dirty. At reception, guy even didn’t bother to tell where are we the elevators for room. He was in a rush despite there were no one else who was waiting to be checked in. For breakfast, we asked for high (baby) chair, which was available but they didn’t provide.

Despite my earlier call informing them about our baby, we were still assigned to a smoking room that reeked of cigarette odor. However, due to the unavailability of business rooms, we were later relocated to another hotel. I think having travelled for more than 20 hrs, you at least expect to go things so smoothly but unfortunately that wasn't the case with us

The team overall was very friendly apart from Krishna at the dinning area. Very rude and judgemental on our attire before serving us.

yWell located close to the airport and convenient for travel. I have stayed here many times in the last few years. While it is a great hotel, I find the rooms starting to look in need of touching up. Scuffed doors, worn woodwork etc. they sauna is turned off and staff rather rude when asked to turn it on.

Nice staff, good food, room comfortable

It’s wedding season this time of year. There was a wedding at the property when we stayed. Very exciting for the couple, but we got to hear their music well past midnight and was very audible in our room. Hotel staff were aware and said ‘others were upset as well’. Didn’t do anything about the noise and basically kept saying they would handle it. After a few hours we checked out and went to a different hotel.

Beyond terrible. Ruined our stay in Delhi.

Terrible experience. 2 hours to check in. Faulty lighting damaged doors run down rooms over staffed but very disorganized. Also they said they do not provide rooms for check in at 3pm- rooms are provided at any time they want which ruined our meetings ruined the day and ruined the stay. No apologies given. A really really bad place

As we had to cut our trip short due to illness we chose this hotel. It is in Aerocity very close to the airport. Price was reasonable especially considering its 4-5star hotel. They are strict with their vehicle security and the staff members were all incredibly polite.

This is a very nice property. The staff is friendly and competent. Based on check in and seeing my room (which is very clean and well done) I would give this 2 thumbs up!

Was put in smoking room told no smell asked different room they sent man with spray fragrance. Moved rooms . Spa closed too early. No use. Overpriced. Very nice bathtub but that’s all.

Food in all were great (incl. executive lounge) Drivers' that we hired through hotel all nice and felt so much safer with them plus cars were clean and a/c. The only great thing about this property is their spa. The breakfast was awful, they were entirely too busy to adhere to everyone and have good customer service. Wouldn’t stay here again. They also made me open up my trip advisor to make a 5 star review which they watched me do it in front of them. A bit on the pushy side In my opinion. I later changed it and wrote what I truly felt.

Property was very nice and had a good amount of eateries.

I loved the pool, courtyard facing room, modern decor and the breakfast buffet.

The worst part is that no one answers calls from the room , whether reception, pullman connect, housekeeping. For prolonged periods of time, the phone keeps ringing. Only on the 3rd or 4th attempt calls are answered. and responses to calls are not

Nice overall stay — close to airport

Nice hotel convenient to airport. Room was nice and only complaint was it was dimly lit Otherwise great Did have a an engagement party going on in main hall where the music bass reverberated throughout hotel till 1am. Highlight was their dinner Buffett—probably the best buffet we have ever had anywhere Did also eat at their asian restaurant Honk which was okay and the service lacking as she was new and inexperienced
