Lovely view

On arrival we were shown to our room which was clean and comfortable but a little tired in places. There had obviously been some water damage. The staff member forgot to show us where the tea/coffee facilities in the room were located so that was a bit inconvenient. Turns out to be in another room. When do you look in other rooms? The restaurants were good, if a bit warm for us, and the buffets were excellent. We had a small problem booking the transfer to the airport (I asked 3 times) but it wasn’t booked. Fortunately it’s not far (25mins) from the airport but that could have been a problem. The beach is lovely and the sea is shallow for a long distance so great for kids. Be aware that this is close to Mandalika racing circuit so there is a lot of engine noise when there is an event.

Pullman Lombok- not great

The hotel is huge and impressive as you arrive. But the maintenance and servise is poor. Toilets were leaking, bedsheets smelled sour,like not dried properly,toiltetries and tissue paper , not topped up upon check in and needed to be reminded. Location to Kuta village is very far as hotel is isolated from any food or amenities. The shuttle bus only starts late morning and few and far timing, so not convenient to go to the village or other beaches. I would not recommend this hotel. The race track is just next door and very noisy when the motorists are tracking.

Excellent modern hotel with a great shuttle to and from Town. Good staff and service.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

Terrible service and service recovery by management. Place is also badly maintained. It is supposed to be 2 years old and already pool tiles are pooping out! Ground staff try their best as they can but there is seriously something wrong with their leadership and management. Location is also away from everything and facilities are so lacking. The gym is tucked in the front of the hotel, was small, hot and stuffy. I will never stay in this hotel ever again. Why would i when there are so many other hotels way better than this in terms of state of the hotel, facilities and service ! Even 2 star hotels provide better service and care than Pullman.

Hidden gem near Kuta Beach

Clean, spacious rooms, very helpful staff, large pool and an easy 40 minute walk to downtown Kuta. We had a lovely stay here with our 8 month old daughter.

5 star resort in a remote part of west lombok. New, clean, modern room and amenities. Very friendly staff all around the resort, from the yoga instructor (Jean), walking guide (Taweng), guest relation officer (Matha) to all the servers and counter staff. Secured location offering great seaviews, super relaxing pool facilities, good spread of breakfast and wellness programs (yoga, Power walk, archery etc). Resort also provides complimentary shuttle to Kuta town (5mins drive) which is a plus point! Although we paid a slightly higher price compared to other hotels, it is definitely worth the money spent! Thanks for a great stay.

Great, newer property in Lombok, close enough to the main tourist hotspots. There is a free evening shuttle that can take you into town... It would be much nicer if the pool and spa was open later. Would stay again

This hotel is it good as it gets, staff from the front desk right through to the people that clean your rooms , management, waiters, kitchen staff, or a 10/10 I have stayed in a lot of hotels across the world. This hotel is definitely at the top. BD

施設は新しく清潔でした。ホテルのスタッフもフレンドリーです。 プールとレストランが沢山ある大型リゾートではありませんが、非常にコスパが良いホテルでした。 The facility was new and clean, and the hotel staff were friendly. While it is not a large resort with numerous pools and restaurants, it offered excellent value for money.

Klasse Hotel, wunderschöne Executive Zimmer. modern und komfortabel. Essen war sehr lecker und große Portionen. Preislich sicher über den Restaurants in Kuta aber für noch ok. Beach not really for swimming but Tanjung An is not far. Best to have a scooter or a car. hotel offers shuttle to „downtown“ Kuta

Good location and confortable

Good hotel facing the beach. I appreciated the support from the staff to change my room, please be aware that some executive rooms are lower ground and with 'vis-à-vis'. The management could improve the beach area. The seats and mattress are not well organized. All packed, not arranged from a day to an other. Looks like a mess, while it has the potential to be great. Not far from Kuta, shuttle service convenient

One of the best hotel in Lombok, the hotel is very clean and the staffs are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is a must try! The food always exceed my expectations, and the price is very reasonable. I came to the hotel for its beach and the facilities but I stayed for the restaurant.
