Hotel was excellent. Great location for dinning and shopping options. Very close to the ocean and room was spacious, well laid out and modern. Bed was super comfortable and having access to the executive lounge was a real bonus. The dinner at the restaurant was very good and the service was excellent. The roof top deck with pool was lovely with exceptional views and had a wonderful sunset. A really fabulous experience. Highly recommended when visiting Lima!

Our waiter Alejandro at Plural was exceptional. Well versed in cuisine and teaching us about peruvian culture. The hotel is walking diatance from the malecon, which is lovely to walk around. Beautiful hotel and welcoming staff!!!

The staff at the Pullman Miraflores is exceptional! They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was wonderful. The front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, varied and fresh.

Good five star hotel in Lima

First room was incredibly noisy from the rooftop club. They moved us. Room was still noisy, not as awful, but had quite an awful smell. Room service was good. Definitely not 5 star. Maybe 4 at max.

Restful stay in the laps of nature at Inkaterra

Overall an amazing stay in the midst of nature - orchids, hummingbirds, motmot and several other flora and fauna. Very courteous and humble staff who took all the care to ensure we had a truly relaxing stay. Breakfast spread was okay but the ala-carte option that is included make it up for a delightful start to the day. Dinner is typically included if you have the half board option with reasonably good option. The waiting staff are courteous and ready to assist giving you your own time to finish and reach out if needed. Mainteh would require special mention as she tended to us on both days with a smile and took extra care for the gluten-free need of my wife. And kudos to the Laundry team for pleasant surprise to return in few hours even when I was expecting my laundry only the next day. Forgot the gentleman’s name who had a big smile on his face when he saw my surprise :) Tips for fellow travellers: Shoe cleaning is free :) . Do take the nature walk around the property. My daughter loved the Twilight walk with Shan who enlightened us with various aspects of the history of the property, constellations and Inca culture.

Excellent stay! Beautiful location

I could hear loud, terrible noises from the bathrooms of other floors. Sounded like it was coming from the pipes. The two mirrors in the rooms did not have lights. Only the bathroom mirror had decent lighting. Bedding should've had an extra comforter during winter season. Best part for me was the rooftop bar and live music downstairs. Staff were all welcoming and friendly

We had a short, but great stay at Pullman Lima Miraflores. It was for our last two nights in Peru, but it was a great stay. The rooftop is very nice, and we wish we had a couple extra days to enjoy more of the property. The staff was highly attentive, gave us great recommendations for dining and for tours, and we ended up taking one which was a highlight of our trip.

Pros: Brand new hotel. Everything was clean. The bed was comfy. I usually stay at the JW Marriot a few blocks up, but this hotel was just as nice. The location is great! I stayed solo and felt safe in the area. Cons: Nothing

Staff was extremely helpful, within walking distance to the mall, parks and many other attractions. Restaurant food was delicious and always fresh. Well worth the price. I will be returning soon.

Great location and clean

While the location was great, the hotel fell short on a five-star expectation. No spa - and the place they sent us to was more of a massage parlor than a full spa experience. We would phone down to the front desk, and the phone would not be picked up at any hour. The last night, we phoned down at least four times and went down to complain about the domestic fight taking place in the room next to ours. Screaming and yelling went on from about 8pm until 3am in the morning. The staff and management seemed to lack the knowledge of what to do as the situation escalated. The service in the restaurants was slow and in responsive to say the least. Worst five star hotel experience of my life. Would not recommend staying here.

Tv wasn’t working

I rented the presidential suite and they only allowed two people in there. I have friends in Lima that they couldn’t come in to my room because of limitations on guest. Unless things change, I would never visit or stay in your hotel again! in my dining room were a large table with 10 chairs and I’m only allowed to have one guest? two of the nights in my stayed, I had to rent another suite and another hotel in order to accommodate my friends. Sure hope your upper management would take a good look at this Policy..

Great accommodation

Breakfast was good, a lot of nice options of food, but service slow. Shower water pressure low and took a while for the water to heat up. The rest was all fine.

The hotel staff and food was excellent but hotel service policy is poor. We had very early departures for some tours and despite having paid for a breakfast they would not arrange a box breakfast to take with us without 48 hours notice. This is very poor service as all other hotel chains we stayed in were able to do this the night before. How does it take 48 hours to box a meal and how can you preorder 48 hours in advance when you haven’t checked in yet? There are many travellers with early tours who require this. Providing coffee and a tiny croissant at the desk is not a suitable option. I would not have booked here if I had known but it’s not written in the policy on booking.

Perfect location, amazing staff! Make sure you add the daily breakfast option. Wonderful buffet, plus cooked to order eggs, waffles, and pancakes in a beautiful dining area.

Room is good, had an access to the lounge on 13th floor with coffee and snacks. Breakfast is good on weekend, weekdays is ok.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. Nearly every aspect exceeded my expectations. Many hotels claim to be soundproof, this one actually was. The breakfast here was perhaps the best I have ever had in any hotel anywhere in the world. Everything was truly fresh, very high-quality and delicious. The water has been purified and is truly safe to drink. The individual attention I received from housekeeping and room service was very sweet. Frank Perez, who is in charge of my floor, wrote me a little notes to make sure I was comfortable. Uber is efficient from this location and I never waited more than five minutes for a car. I will stay here again and recommend this hotel highly.

Lovely Hotel but I don't think it's a 5-star hotel. The bathroom had just the basic toiletries, an empty mini-bar, and the linens/pillows and towels were not high-end (everything synthetic and just cheap)

Pullman is our second home, we always come back, the food is excellent, the rooms are great and the people is amazing. My son love the room service hehehe and my daughter is so spoiled by Arian, Tito, Ricardo, Jonathan, Carolyn, Luis, Elizabeth. Thank you Pullman you have a great team!!!

The hotel room was except for two things: 1: I found that the tissues in the bathroom were very cheap and poor quality. 2: The booth room door and shower door hit each other when getting out of the shower making it difficult to get out. Other than that the place was great!

This hotel has it all! Comfort, service, great location. Just a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral and many other sites. Free breakfast is awesome and they accommodated our request for a late checkout. Well worth the money. Will stay here again

The Pullman is above and beyond what I expected. Arrived to nothing but smiles and polite staff. All friendly and well versed in English. King Deluxe was my choice and I couldn’t be happier. For those w/2 it may be a bit smaller than you want but for me it was great solo. Bed is pretty amazing! Few english channels so bring Netflix or Jailbroken fire stick f/HDMI If you are debating another hotel because you want water view I would consider this one. It my not be right on the area for viewing but I do not exaggerate when I say it’s 2-5 mins from your hotel if that. I considered JW Marriot because it has an ocean view but didn’t and am pleased. Saving a couple hundred and being able to see the water in such a short walk ends up being a better deal. If you are a couple make it a daily walk. Download the app Rappi for delivery. The choices are ample and it also accepts American cards. Birthday was the 28th of August (didn’t tell hotel) but upon arriving to my room after a day I found a small note and a shot from housekeeping and a slice of cake/dessert from the hotel itself. Beyond outstanding… Roof bar is great but arrive early due it filling fast. Shoot for 7/8…drink slowly if you plan to stay out late. Food is very near but if you walk out the door there are plenty other places. Doing the 5 minute walk to the sea view will get you other options to include a Chilis, TGIF, a great buffet breakfast place, KFC others. Use Quick camel from Airport

Great location for walking around Miraflores and lovely breakfast. A cheese board at breakfast is always a wonderful thing. The waitressing staff there were so kind and friendly.
