Excellent hotel at a location that is a 20-minute walk to Burj Khalifa. Not close to the metro but overall a good place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and room service came every morning to refresh the room. The on site dining options were great. I would stay here again.

I read a lot of reviews before i booked this hotel and from my experience my group of friends were very satisfied. The location, the staff, room accommodation and above all the restaurants were very nice. The food was beyond my expectations, delicious and nicely presented. The restaurant staff was always around to help and serve whatever you had desire for. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Everything about the hotel was splendid, customer service was excellent and everyone in the front office is happy faces and very helpful. In our next trip to Dubai, no other choice but Pullman Downtown Hotel.

Staff at the hotel was amazing and service was really good. Only two feedback we have is one on the bathroom and two on breakfast. For the bathroom I understand it is an accessible bathroom but would recommend either a curtain or glass door to stop the water going everywhere and ruining the wheelchair tyres. We were looking forward to the hotel breakfast and was a bit disappointed that their was not a lot of hot food options available especially hash browns. Other hotels we have stayed at have more hot food buffet options for breakfast which we tend to enjoy. On our Last day I had asked if there was any baked beans and we were told that they could not give baked beans on that day. Also part of the breakfast you had to access via a step which is not accessible for a wheelchair user. Which can be difficult if someone does not have a friend or family member with them.

I had an amazing stay at the Pullman downtown and everyone was super friendly. Only downfall was getting a sunbed in the morning as their is limited seats at the top.

Good hotel, perfect location for doing business. Only issue is lack of late checkout on rooms, which meant changing for our flights home in the toilets after a full day of business meetings before heading to the airport for the overnight flight home.

The hotel was great, the location was very convenient; it is a walking distance from the Burj Khalifa. The staff were amazing, a special thanks to OBAID, he really loves what he does; he goes above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of, he really exceeded all my expectations.

We were attracted to this property as it had gym facilities and reasonably early check-in. Due to flights times we needed a early check in and early check out. The early check-in did not materialize as there were delays on one of the rooms and reception seemed in a state of some confusion. But the desk was open 24 hours so dialogue was always possible. Room servicing and domestics were good though, so this helped settle us. Other staff were good. The running machines in the gym had damaged or missing safety line/clips so my tee shirt got damaged. I did speak to gym management team to draw attention to the problem and they were going to address it. The slat machine adjacent to the running machines did not work. There was no rowing machine but there was other pulling equipment so overall I was happy with the gym setup. We love walking and it was possible to walk to main shopping areas like the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa.

My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel was overall a positive experience. While there was a minor issue with the room not being completely cleaned upon arrival, the staff made every effort to accommodate me with an early check-in, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, the room service was prompt and attentive, enhancing the overall comfort of my stay. Although the mini bar was unavailable despite the hotel deposit, the team manager kindly offered a compensation, which was a thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the scenic view from my room added to the experience. Obaid was one of the concierge member who went above and beyond to look after me while I had fallen unwell during my stay which was an incredibly a kind gesture from him. This had truly made a difference in my stay a memorable one. I will look into the future to book again with yourselves on my next visit to Dubai. Keep up with the good work!!!

Property is well located in downtown Dubai, on the canal. The property's public areas are well cared for, and the front desk staff friendly and attentive. There is limited seating around the pool, and unfortunately no real way to expand it. The room was nice overall, but some of the decor is starting to show signs of wear/staining. The bed is very firm.

The hotel is a standard business hotel. The breakfast was great. The area has little to no appeal for those whole like to walk. Even the river walk is not great for walking. The hotel is not accessible for those with disabilities.

We stayed at Pullman Downtown for 7 days and truly enjoyed our stay. It’s close to everything downtown and easy to catch a cab to wherever we wanted to go. The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant downstairs. There’s also a boardwalk at the back of the hotel that we stroll at night and enjoy the view.

The checkin wasn’t good, I asked for early check in but it wasn’t available. Then I had to wait 2 hours to get a room. Next day, I got stopped like if I stole something and they were asking me to pay for the early checkin while I had to way 2 hours!!!!! Few days later, I got stopped again because the person that did the checkin charged me for only part of the hotel taxes and they made it look like if it was my fault. Only one staff was nice and able to explain the difference and the issue was the last staff I spoke with. Cherry on top, the 3-4 times I called for the reception and room service, no one ever picked up!! It was really unpleasant for a 5-star hotel that I have stayed at around the world.

Staff service were great. We had a little problem with our room and they changed our room immediately. Room is nice and spacious but you can tell it's a bit old with the noise of the AC at night and the roller shades in the bathroom getting stuck. Location is not bad with convenience store and grocery nearby with some dining options.

This property was a great choice despite of the overwhelming different places to stay. Staff was very welcoming specially Valentina, Ann, Dilan and Obaid. My dad and I were very happy with the outstanding and personalized service they provided. They made our stay memorable and we will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This was our first time staying at the Pullman Dubai Downtown. I wish I could give it a full 5 stars, but unfortunately, the experience we had fell short in one major aspect. We upgraded to a Burj Khalifa view room, which was a lovely addition. However, on the second night, we experienced a blackout in our room. The engineer who responded simply reset the switchboard and said it was nothing to worry about. The same issue occurred on the third night, and after waiting too long for staff to assist, I reset the switchboard myself. When the engineer finally arrived, he didn’t believe me when I explained that the power kept tripping whenever I took a shower. By this point, it was frustrating, and all I wanted was a proper solution. On the forth night, the power cut out again while I was in the shower, so I recorded the moment to provide proof. Only then did the staff finally move us to another room. While I appreciated the move, it took three nights of dealing with the same issue to reach this resolution. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but the slow response and lack of urgency from staff made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

Had a fantastic stay here. I opted for the half board stay and the food was delicious with a great variety, where I was able to dine in 2 different restaurants for breakfast and lunch or dinner. The staff were incredibly accomodating and helpful, location of the hotel is walking distance to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa and other popular attractions only a short drive away. Will definitley come back here in the future!

Amazing 5 Night Stay!

Check in was slow but they upgraded us to a canal view room. Amazing views and room. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious with fantastic service from the whole catering team. Catered for egg, nut and gluten allergies. Jacuzzi, steam, sauna were amazing too! Would definitely stay at Pullman Downtown again. :)

Everything was perfect there the staff were nice and clean hotel and felt super safe. The only problem is they don’t give you back the deposit you give first thing when you get there. They say that they do once you check out or when you leave to your country. But they don’t. They say if we don’t you can call or email us. They still haven’t and will not because it’s been more than a month

Where do I even start… staff is confused and slow and not professionally trained. The entry way is a disaster. Bags everywhere and no feeling of welcome or comfort. Sometimes there is just one person at the desk and a whole line up of guests. The air quality is terrible the artificial air fresheners are on max and overwhelming to the senses. Instant headache. Noisy building with poor insulation from outside noise. Staff is slow to respond to any request, always seem dazed and confused. Overall has a run down feel and the bedding is a cheap material, horrible mattress as well. I checked out early and management agreed to refund but then the reservation staff refused to refund me.

We had an amazing time staying here. The only bad thing was that it had a slight musty smell

I loved the fact that the staff were all so supportive i interacted with Shiro at the restaurant during breakfast, Shiva was also so supportive as a potter i guess, the receptionist when i was checking out at 2 pm i dnt catch his name but was on 20th July 2024 at 2 pm was supper helpful.I am definately coming back.
