Wonderful stay.I was staying at the executive floor the staff was very courteous at the lounge. They will try to go out of the way to make your stay comfortable.attached to the mall it’s very easy to commute.

Bed / Pillows not comfortable

Bed was too hard and pillows were too big and hard. Never had such poor pillows in any of my hotel stays.

Very poor maintenance and not really to the standard of the hotels it supposed to be before.

The noise of other guests after midnight shouting and banging doors in the 10th floor went on for 20 or more minutes.

Worst service in Dubai ! Stay somewhere else

I’ve been travelling to Dubai for 12 years I had a stop over before Thailand so decided to stay in this hotel. Big mistake ! From the moment I entered I felt patronised and invisible. The reception staff ignored me at first, then was fiddling with papers and receipts whilst checking me in. I feel asleep after travelling all night the lobby and was made to feel like a homeless person who walked in off the street not a guest. Even getting a taxi to go to the airport was an issue, staff ignored me and continued talking on their phone. If it wasn’t for the helpful security guard I don’t know what would have happened. I was close to tears as I’ve never ever been treated in such an appalling manner anywhere especially Dubai . The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the connection to the mall.

It was convenient to the shopping mall and eating restaurants and to the Metro.

Hotel is old but very well maintained. Can't tell it is over 25 years old. Pillows aren't the best. Overall stay was great the pricing was also very good.

Excellent Hotel, good location and connected to a huge Mall. Customer Service was very good and will recommend this centrally located place. Breakfast was a huge spread and Ramesh provided excellent service.

Chek-in/Out was a great experience. However, the service at Breakfast experience was horrible. We had to get breakfast somewhere else the next day as we did not want to experience the same.

Great location and Friendly staff

Adjacent to Deira City Centre Mall is the main reason for my stay. It has almost everything that Dubai Mall has. If you like less crowd, quiet shopping experience. This is the place.

Hotel is good, and very convenient as it is connected to city center Deira. Swimming pool is average, GYM needs some equipment, sawna and steam room area is small. Other than that it was good stay.

There a bad smell in the room and the corridor I will never go back

The hotel was great but I was upgraded to the executive room and the executive lounge food choices could be better. especially for breakfast, there was more variety in the restaurant.

Excellent location, linked to the Diera Shopping mall, couldn’t really find anything to complain about , only issue was the breakfast time which supposedly starts At 630am , unfortunately the chef at the egg station only starts to gets his griddle heated at 630 , expect a 15 - 20 minute delay ,taking breakfast for early morning flights should be avoided

The hotel was spotless and the staff fantastic. Emma at the front desk very graciously helped me get a late checkout and Dhananjay always made sure I had fresh towels and lots of water in the room. Great location!

Beautiful hotel with beautiful decor. The staff is super friendly and they make you feel special in all manner. Buffet breakfast was super delicious and well organised by the chefs and their team. Housekeeping and hospitality team , valets were one point . I will rate this restaurant no.1 in dubai. Best place to stay in city centre. Our kids and us enjoyed the pool area and bar person and the pool staff was super friendly. Love love loved it overall. Will visit again.

Unlike other previous visits. This wasnt a pleasant one although am in executive room.

Very conveniently located, adjoined to a large shopping mall and only a couple of stops on the metro red line from the international airport terminals. Outdoor pool is great, very clean and there's a bar by the poolside. There's a gym and separate sauna and steam room in men's and women's changing room areas and beauty treatments available. The tea room area downstairs is very nice, excellent choice of different teas from all over the world. My room was just a standard double, but was very spacious and on 9th floor (room 905) teasxand coffees complimentary, expresso coffee machine, really nice toiletries and super comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly in all departments, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, inconsistent service

The location of this hotel, with direct access to Dubai City Centre is great. However, the service was inconsistent. My mom was staying at the hotel and she was not feeling well. I sent her a care package, but the the front desk refused to bring it to her room, and ask my sick mother to come down to pick it up. Unacceptable, imo.

Should improve breakfast choice and timing

The Breakfast service was not good. Not much choice or iption was available. If yiu reach a bit late then the food was not replaced. Reason was closing time.

I can smell the mold and the moister in the room. That was the worst part

Gym only open from 7am

Gym now only opens from 7am which is not much use if you need to be at work in the morning. My room had quite a lot of noise from the air con equipment on the roof of the shopping centre (5th floor, shopping centre side)

Wonderful stay in club room on 11th floor Staff at check in were really great and got my room without having to wait despite getting to hotel at 10:00, room was comfy and spacious and the club lounge was great from breakfast and evening snacks, pool was nice and warm and pool deck was nice

Good Service Delivery

Our stay was very nice, service from housekeeping was very efficient especially Mr TUN TUN and others. Rooms are good size, however they seems a bit old and in need of a proper clean up, curtains, etc. All in all good location and good valet service for parking cars, etc.

Good and easy access to city center.

Property is very nice. Connected to mall and movie theater and not far from downtown and airport. Nothing special was provided as VIP customer. Room came along with nothing and no upgrade. In other countries VIP hotel came with special welcome, wine, chocolate, note, meal vouchers. This was same as non VIP hotel. Also bathroom is very small with only a tub. Made it very unpleasant to use. Overall not bad.

I checked in early and they surprised me at check out with a early check in fee that they said they told me about but they did not. I won’t stay again. I thought it very sneaky to add that charge and I told them so. If your vip and room was available I think it is wrong to charge. And I even told the on arrival that I was leaving by 11 pm to make flight

I selected this property because of its proximity to the mall and the ease of shopping.

The stay at Pullman was excellent. The staff was very nice and professional. The room was spacious and very clean. It was connected to the deira city center and made our shopping easy. 😊 I would recommend this for people who are hear for vacation and also want to do some shopping.

Hotels.com guests are low priority

I did not like my stay at this hotel this time. I have stayed more than 40 times at this hotel in the past and I usually got a room upgrade and other freebies. This time I checked in at the hotel around midnight and when I asked about my usual upgrade, the receptionist kept saying that I booked my room through Hotels.com and not through the hotel website so I don't get any of the usual benefits. Also the room allocated to me was the last one at the end of a floor, farthest from the elevators. The receptionist never bothered asking me for my room preferences, although the hotel was at very low occupancy rate.
