Nice rooms, good gym, swimming pool wasn’t open during my stay, not sure why, but it looked ok. The dining room area is nice but food options seemed to be limited for my liking.

This is one of the very few premier hotels in the neighborhood. Besides that food and property, the service is impeccable. Jack, the manager, goes beyond normal service to take care of customers and if it wasn’t for Jack, I would have been really lost in Dongguan. Jack’s service is not limited to the premises but he makes sure you are set off the property too especially if you’re a first time visitor to China. Jack, I really thank you for all you’ve done during my stay on and off the premises. If its your first time in China and Dongguan, don’t look any further and look for Jack during your stay.

The room was comfortable and well laid out. WiFi speed was intermittent even at off hours Front desk service was great but the service in the Japanese restaurant and the bar were horrific. I was the only one in the restaurant with the staff no more than two meters away yet I had to signal them for every bit of service I ordered grilled cod which came to the table clearly pan fried in butter. The mushroom soup had a large deposit of black pepper at the base of the bowl making it difficult to taste anything except the pepper The bar beer pours were half foam

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hôtel nous offre une connexion Internet restrictive. Il y a une lettre dans la chambre qui explique que c'est la loi et le comportement des clients. Je n'ai pas pu faire mon travail de communication pendant mon séjour. J’ai passé trois jours juste avant dans un hôtel du même quartier et il n’y avait aucune connexion restrictive pour Internet. Donc c'est la loi ou ce sont les règles de l'hôtel?

Ok for business travel

This is a good hotel for the area with very few options in Chang’An. Food quality is only ok, but service is friendly and the rooms are large, well maintained and clean.

Good business hotel

Unless you are a heavy chain smoker, please select non-smoking floor. Hotel is located nearby lots of local eating places, with convenient shops nearby also. Breakfast is decent. There is a nice Chinese restaurant located within the hotel that is good for dinning with business partner also.

Nice hotel in Changan, reasonably priced

For a 5 star hotel, pretty reasonably priced, and you can't go wrong with Pullman. Location is near our business client office, so we might go back here for next visit.

Very Nice Hotel in Changan

First time visiting Changan, so we go with Pullman to make sure our stay was outstanding. There were a lot of local hotel brand but we stick with Pullman. Hotel was luxurious, Room was spacious and comfy.

Location is not great. Great swimming pool, gym, and related facilities. Overall condition and cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.

Bad Wifi, Bad food, Great pillows!

Nice hotel, the most AMAZING memory foam pillows and long dome pillows at the bottom of the bed...which I would like to buy (but none available.) Unfortunately the Wifi was horrible. Even after they came and attached a router in the room, I still could not get a good connection and could not access any images. The food in Urban Spoon had nothing for the Western customer. I paid a lot for the buffet and could find very little I wanted to eat. Free breakfast buffet the same....

Clean, Cosy with Friendly Staff

One of the best Pullman hotels I've stayed in. Rooms are excellent and the service staff are friendly and very helpful. If you are in Changan, this hotel gives you a nice getaway with a lovely pool, gym facilities, spa and massage services. Helps make working with the factories in the day much more comforting, knowing you have this hotel to go back to in the evenings.

My experience with Pullman Changan, Dongguan

The wifi was slower than I have expected. It will be much better if the speed is faster. Some of the staff are not fluent in English though they are helpful. I will still stay in the same hotel if I return to Changan.

Awesome hotel, I was given a box of free moon cakes, too. Just a tag expensive though; can't complaint because of the location.

It's very remote where the hotel . How far the distance from centre of Chang'An Town. It's very inconvenient.

Nice hotel but better education needed for staff

Nice hotel, confi and nice furnitured. However the road construction in front of hotel caused lots of inconvenient to get there; also people at reception didn't show the attitude and overall looking for a nice hotel like this.

Nice hotel in the industrial area

The hotel itself is great. The sounding area - not so much. Dirty and in the middle of the industrial park. But of course if you are there for the factories nearby, it's a great location.

Need improvement

Breakfast is not worth the costs but there are no restaurants nearby. Location is not convenient if you do not have transportation. Need a lot of service improvements to be equivalent to Pullman's service standard.

Best value "luxury" hotel I've found in China

For the price I think you'd be hard-pressed to beat this place. Although we were only actually in the hotel for about 10 hours total, it was nothing short of immaculate. The breakfast was outstanding. Reception and staff were top-notch. Will stay here any time I am in Dongguan.

good value

it's an excellent hotel to stay at if you have business in the surrounding neighborhood. I was able to drive my own car so it wasn't a problem for me. the room was very clean and staff was polite. I only didn't like it in the weekend when the cafeteria was jam packed with tourists. Regular business days it wasn't crowded.

Nice hotel but your stuck there

Was recommended to stay at this hotel by my host. The hotel is very nice with great rooms and common areas. Buffet breakfast was okay and the level of English was good enough to communicate basic needs. The biggest problem with this hotel is that you're kind of stuck at the hotel unless you have your own means of transport

My Foucal Point when in China

Really and truely a great hotel, we travel a lot and there is always new hotels around every corner, but the Pullman at Changan is the one certain choice every time we visit our Guangdong sources. We are truely impressed.

Hotel nice food quality poor for Westerners

Nice hotel, modern, good rooms, but nothing special. As is the trend over the last few years, they need to hire a chef that can cook western food. They charge a big premium for their breakfast and dinner buffet, but unless you enjoy traditional chinese food ( I do not), they only thing they do a decent job on is the pizza! Sashimi is also good, but just the salmon. The tuna was a poor grade. discount-level rolls.

Excellent choice for good hotel in Industrial Town

The hotel is new - only the second year and as expected the rooms are very spacious, clean, quiet and have all amenities that can be expected at a 4 or 5 star hotel. The area around the hotel has only Chinese options and so the Western Restaurant on the 1st floor was a great boon. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The pizza and pasta for dinner are also excellent. There is very limited English speaking staff and that can be a problem when talking on phone with housekeeping or room service. However they satisfy any requirements promptly. The hotel has excellent high speed wi-fi in all areas and rooms with connectivity through Hong Kong server and so able to access Facebook, Twitter and Youtube which is difficult in other hotels in Mainland China. There is a gym and a pool on the fifth floor with an outdoor garden. The hotel is far away from any tourist places so ideal for only business visits. Hotel is 24 km from Shenzhen Airport. Hotel has bus service to Hong Kong City as well as Hong Kong Airport. Rooms at the end of the corridors on all floors would be quiet.

I liked this hotel very much for it's food both Chinese and the western buffet . the bath room is huge and the bed is very comfortable. the only draw back is a little too far from city center. but I will stay there again the next time in changan town.

Bedagat hotel på dåligt läge.

Hotellet saknade värme på rummet. Enda sättet att få upp temperaturen var att stänga av fläkten. Personalen allmänt dålig på engelska och läget inget att rekommendera.

滿意中有遺憾

優點：價格合宜、空間寬敞、地理位置也不錯，周邊尚算便利。缺點：這次住的禁煙客房，居然有濃濃香煙味，前一房客也實在很沒水準，酒店竟也未停租處理。若非考慮同事就住對門房，求便利個人才未要求換房。中國太多禁煙的室內空間居然都還允許抽煙，真的很匪夷所思。另外，電視頻道的畫質根本是爛的一塌糊塗，連早年的VCD品質還不如，不看也罷。

Not good, don’t recommend, no fresh air, odd smell

This time, the room is not very good. Indeed, hotel has some maintenance problem. The air con is not very cold. And the whole floor is lack of fresh air. In summer time, this is very unacceptable.

The great experience while stay for the business trip. The luxury facility in lobby and room, friendly and warmly stuff, to make you felt comfortable just like stay at home. 房間內設施很棒，而且還有個大浴缸，美中不足的是燈光太弱，天黑後房間內很暗。 另外周圍只有一間銀行，沒什麼商店，稍嫌不便。
