Great room and amenities. Located near domestic terminal, not international. Not a lot of dining options so be prepared to eat at the restaurant or eat at the airport (possibly behind security).

Family friendly airport stay!

Perfect airport stay with the family! We love the pool and ease of everything. Bonus is the friendly staff who always go out of our way to accommodate the kids whether colouring in, a special mocktail at the bar or just making friendly conversation. We’ve now stayed a handful of times and will continue to use as our airport base!

for an airport hotel it was the best I've ever stayed. we stayed for 2 nights so my husband complained about the cost of Uber to get to city. Otherwise, very nice!

This hotel was in an excellent location, a great pool, and really good food at the on site restaurant. Also crazy close to Brisbane Airport.

The hotel and its selling agents were “unable” to refund, re-schedule or transfer the booking during the cyclone in Brisbane. There was no way to get into Brisbane by air or road.

Disappointing

Thought it was overrated for mine as had just been staying at the Hilton which was 6 star understated luxury.

Stayed a few times, staff always measure up at this hotel. Personally i dont need another option.

The front desk staff wasn’t accommodate to our needs. Also they weren’t very nice. We checked in for 1 night to fly very early next day. There wasn’t any shuttle available… When we got to rom I called front desk said we would like to add 2 breakfast to our room. Five minutes later my husband said that we should better eat at airport, so I called them again to say we didn’t want breakfast anymore she said my card was charged already for A$64.00 fr the breakfast. I couldn’t believe it…… 5 minutes later.

Good overnighter

Just stayed overnight after very late flight. Had room service which was fast and good. Room was very nice but carpet could do with a good vacuum.

Great stay. Quick friendly check-in. Room and bathroom clean. Bed and pillows comfortable, great sleep. There's a shuttle bus to both Domestic and International Terminals for $8. Easy walk from Domestic terminal or Air Train. If you're having breakfast, book the night before, it's $10 cheaper than walk up price. Breakfast is good and they cook eggs to order.

Staff were very friendly and rooms were very clean. They arranged transport to cruise terminal which cost $15 per person.

Had a late night flight to Brisbane with connecting flight following day. I was notified 2hrs before the flight that it was delayed to early morning, which meant we wouldn’t need to stay overnight. I called Pullmans that evening to notify of the changes and that we’d arrive before “checkout” (albeit early in morning), Pullmans wouldn’t offer checkin nor honour the breakfast that I had paid for (because I wasn’t checking in overnight). Pullmans staff were very uncompromising - no refund and would not offer ‘day use’ for a short period between flights either. Given its airport accom (and that flights can change), I thought they would be more flexible. Travellers beware.

A quick overnighter as we travelled through Brisbane. Great staff, outstanding restaurant/cafe/bar. Very comfortable, well appointed room. Quiet and accessible.

So quiet even though so close to airport and very clean

The hotel itself was nice, typical airport hotel. What they don’t let you know is getting TO the hotel from the international terminal isn’t easy. Taxis won’t take you because it’s too close, but it’s too far to walk. You must wait for a bus that isn’t quick, ride all around the airport, get dropped off at the domestic terminal, then walk another 10-15 minutes to the hotel. Not what most people want to do after a long flight. We did take a taxi to the airport the next morning, even though the person at the front desk assured us they wouldn’t be available and were not reliable (there were several queued up in the morning). On top of it all, we paid for the executive floor access but because it took us so long to get to the hotel we arrived 5 minutes too late to qualify for a free beverage at the bar… you’d think the bartender would have been gracious and given us a free drink but nope.

Having the hotel walking distance from the airport was a treat, and international terminal was a convenient shuttle away. Hotel room was beautiful and food in restaurant was excellent.

Still using single use soap and shampoo. Would love to see a more eco friendly alternative. Pump bottles that are refillable. Great hotel. Recommend.

Just perfect in every way

ALL EXCELLENT!!! This airport hotel is truly the BEST. Great staff, great food, great rooms. The pool was wonderful too. Could not have asked for more - Thank you Pullman, you are awesome !!!

We stayed for one night. It was clean, comfortable and within walking distance from the domestic terminal. (Just a short bus or AirTram ride to the international terminal.) They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us. Quincy at the front desk was awesome!

This is so worth the money. If you have an early morning flight, you can stay literally across the road from the airport the day before, and have the best night's sleep. My booking was last minute so had to pay more than I normally would for a hotel room. Still worth it.

This hotel has very good Breakfast & Dinner. We were very pleased we could have 6:00am breakfast but the best part is that it was a very tasty buffet breakfast! The room was very clean, very comfortable bed, and a good size room. Some negatives: 1. Only one tiny bottle of body wash was provided, had to call in for another tiny bottle (it was 2 of us for 1 night). 2. Pillows were too flat and uncomfortable, even the 2 of the ones they provided in their Pillow Menu (woke of up with a pain in the neck). Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay as it was convenient for airport travel to work A little disappointed about not able to use discount card but understandable due to Christmas Day. Pool refreshing and Margaritas delicious

Great hotel near the Brisbane Airport

We stayed at the Pullman for one night prior to catching a flight the next day. The Pullman is very nice, suitable for travellers and very convenient. We had dinner in the bar area downstairs. Cocktails were great. For breakfast we caught up with family in the restaurant for a buffet breakfast. The breakfast is great. Only on negative, every time we book the restaurant, we arrive and the booking is never there. I think the reason is because you telephone and speak with the accommodation staff, they take the booking but it doesn’t seem to get passed onto the restaurant. A tad frustrating.

Great stop for quick airport stays

We were just there for a quick overnight before an early morning flight. The hotel and our room were fine. We ate a lovely, delicious dinner in the restaurant. Our only complaint was the strong scent all over the lobby. Why do hotels need to perfume their lobbies? Many people are scent-sensitive and both my husband and I found it very unpleasant.

Located opposite the domestic terminal, adjacent to the Ibis hotel, the upper floor rooms offer great views. We checked in around 1:30 (the Budget rental car guy kindly drove us from the drop off at international), no queues and straight to our two rooms on the ninth and tenth floors. These are the club rooms, but are the same size as the standard rooms. Bed sitting room, floor to ceiling window. Queen sized bed, very comfortable. Small sofa, coffee table. Table and chair. Opaque glass surrounds in the bathroom (shower only, separate WC), and a panel that slide open to the bedroom. Tea and coffee making, iron and ironing board, safety deposit, towelling robes and slippers. The club lounge is on the tenth (top) floor, but was not manned. You could get soft drinks and biscuits there, but the inclusive drinks and breakfast were served in the crowded bar/ restaurant on the ground floor. The drinks came with a small antipasto platter. Staff were very helpful, prompt and polite. We had an early morning international flight the following day - there are three ways to get to the international terminal (you can’t walk). Free bus shuttle (set times and they pick up also at Ibis, Novotel and domestic). Train from domestic to international (A$5 per person one way). Or taxi (maxi taxi for 3 was A$28 as we had a wheelchair).

Excellent quality Room

We booked this hotel for the fabulous pool. We was pleasantly surprised how big the room was with 2 enormous beds . It was spotlessly clean and well equipped for coffee and teas plus hot chocolate.

Some biscuits or small snacks in room( lol only thing can think if) and build some extra room as it was hard to book in,thanks

Grubby Hotel

Not very good value for money and the room was grubby and food scraps on floor. Glasses in bathroom were clealy not washed and were used.

Walking distance to and from Brisbane Domestic Airport.

I booked a room a month ago. Because it was a last minute plan, I had several browsers open when I booked it and had been shifting dates around to see what I could make work. After checking the dates, I submitted my reservation request and received an email confirmation. Without checking it, I arrived later that night at the hotel and was told that the reservation was for a month later and they had no rooms available that night. The very helpful staff member on site told me that I should request a refund and he would be happy to write a letter/email supporting my refund request. He also assisted me in finding a room nearby, so my 10 year old son and I could get a few hours sleep before our flight out the next morning. I submitted a request through wotif to the hotel for a refund and received no response. I followed it up with another request and again received nothing back. It is not clear to me whether the fault lies with Wotif's poor software that must have gotten confused because of my using multiple browsers before making my final reservation OR with the hotel because they refuse to respond to my request, but I am going to avoid both going forward.

Had a small problem with the washbasin not emptying as normal.Reported when leaving.Young lady at Reception said that she would notify staff immediately.

Convenient for the airport.

Not the 5 star experience we paid for. No room available.. told we would be downgraded if we wanted a room straight away - an hour after checkin opened. Executive lounge very unimpressive.. buffet breakfast was however very good. Won’t stay here again.

Did not like the bathrooms the frosted glass toilet and shower seemed very pokey. Wasn’t too impressed about paid parking either. For the cost of the facility I expected more.

I was able to walk from the domestic terminal to the hotel after a very early flight. Sarah was very professional and helpful with my checkin. She made me feel very comfortable and appreciated as a customer. The staff worked together to ensure breakfast was a pleasant option, and my bags were stored and placed in my room. Shortly after breakfast I was provided my room key and able to rest comfortably. I will definitely recommend Pullman hotel to coworkers, friends and family.

Be Careful Very long walk

I am sorry for a so-called 5 star hotel to not offer a shuttle and expect guests to walk 20 mins after a bus between international terminal and domestic terminal. It is simply not good enough. Never again

Gym is better equipped than most for people training strength.
