My trip to Abidjan

During check in it too quit a time during check out they charge a wrong value , room invoice indicated a different room number !! , generally the hotel is getting old and the rooms need renovation Yet , The location and view are exceptional

Good Buffet breakfast and nice staff

The rooms with a view of the laguna is nice but very noisy due to the highway between the hotel and laguna.

Everyone is nice and respectful. My room was very clean.

It was amazing place to spend your holiday, very clean room and friendly workers. The breakfast was very rich and had varieties to select from.

Beautiful hotel

Hotel employees never had a direct answer for any question, always calling second person or a third one in many occasions. No restaurantes at all in the area to eat outside the hotel. Prices for food inside the hotel are very high but no other option to eat unless getting on a taxi.

Not again

Once I checked into the hotel I was charged more than what it was supposed to me. A significant amount of difference. I contacted hotels.com. They said they can’t reach them, and wasn’t helpful. They said they will reach me in 24 hours and heard nothing. Spent an hour to figure it out in the lobby and gave up.

The room service is very poor and terrible.

Excellent hotel and excellent staff at best location in Abidjan. Only the pool need some better filter and cleaning system so people can actually use it.

A clean hotel with reasonable service.

Very nice stay, rooms are comfortable and very trendy chic! Breakfast had lots of options and the staff were very helpful.

Bad Experience

It was my second stay in Two weeks in Pullman after the unprofessional behaviour of Ms Sarah commercial staff and after the apologize of her boss i decided to book again maybe things gonna change but unfortunately i had meet Ms. Sarah twice face to face she ignored me even no "welcome" as guest in a check in, in my first day i left my room around 1pm i came back morning time next day and in my surprise no "room makeup" and the receptionist suggested to give me another room which was inappropriate at that time i went to the given room just took towels and water and returned back to my room, second night i was in my room at 1am and my neighbor was enjoying his fiesta with so high music at the point that i thought that Pullman has nightclub above my room i called the front desk to check but nothing done till 4am. Third day i invited a couple of friends to share lunch in the terrace we received first waiter 15 minutes later order taken after my request 37 minutes later with two different staff and each did the same work without any endorsement. Pullman is a big name with many services problem and unqualified staff.

Nice Hotel Physically but service needs improvemen

Did not initially have the sweet I booked and then tried to convince me that a smaller was was in fact an "upgrade".

i didn't like the fact that they didn't go by expedia rate and also didn't refund the day i didnt sleep

Awesome Hotel

Great hotel and friendly staff! Beautiful hotel right next to everything.

The place is super nice. The only thing is I couldn’t get The suite with the view. Other than that everything went well. The place is a must be.

Overall the Pullman is a very nice hotel. The staff is very polite. The only negative is the cost of the food.

unprofessional staff made mistakes for bill

the reception staff are not profession as they should be, when check out, they made huge mistake for the credit card pay bill, the bill should be 36 000 XOF, but they put 360 000 XOF, then, I found another faute, they put one meal that I did not take in the bill.

The best bed that I slept in of my entire life. I came back just for that... and because of the rest such as the breakfast, the view, the service....

Great hotel in Abidjan

Great hotel in Abidjan, very nice decor. The rooms and bed were very comfortable. Front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The only odd thing was the entire hotel didn't have a international converter to borrow. Really recommend this hotel if you are in Abidjan

Great recently renovated hotel in Abidjan

Stay was great. The hotel has been recently renovated, so don't rely on reviews that are 2 or 3 years old. Beds are modern with great wifi availability and the breakfast buffet was very good. Overall location is good, with various restaurants at 5-10 minute walking distance for dinner or lunch.

Expensive but really fantastic experience. The rooms are clean and modern. The hôtel staff is helpfull and nice. The location in the of Abidjan plateau is perfect

They have a long way to become 4 star

Every day the staff wake me up to clean the room even that i put do not disturb, they don’t knock on the door , one time was in the middle of shower and they get in and they ask me can we clean the room i ask them if they didn’t see the do not disturb panel and they say they are sorry but even after multiples complain in the manager nothing change. Another thing is hot water in the shower you need to open and wait almost 10 mn before you will get hot water.

Too expensive for what you get , not professional

This hotel is very expensive for what you get,secondly you put do not disturb, and at 08:00 the service will get in your room without knocking. In a week i don’t have hot water and pression of water few days.

poor value for money and lack of service

An overpriced hotel, needed to call several times for basic services such as towels, hot water was intermittent, bathroom was dated.

overal it was less then average, service always late and the common reason is always "sir i am working alone, and have many orders", hotel was out dated and most equipment old, first time i wanted to take shower the water mixer got broken, bathroom in bad shape, only good thing about the hotel is the location.

Not worthy of Pullman brand.

It may have been a fine hotel 20 years ago it is a poor 2 star today. Bad plumbing, unreliable wifi, unfriendly staff and overpriced food.

Over-rated quality.

It was a short stay of two days. I am not impressed by the quality of teh hotel. It is more like a 3-stars hotel.

Needs a facelift

Location and price were good and rooms are spacious but the hotel would benefit from a renovation.

Good Hotel with questionable service

I had booked a double room with breakfast included. Their records said only 1 breakfast was included. They said they will sort out issue of breakfast for my partner soon, but they ended charging for 1 breakfast.

Overall a decent experience although not in terms

Staff were courteous and attentive. The best part of the hotel for me was the food if a bit expensive. Nice and varied breakfast buffet. Also had lunch buffet and room service a couple of times and enjoyed it. Bad points however for wifi which was unstable throughout and was cut off 24 hours for repair. The room was clean and quite comfortable (hard bed though) although the toilet had a plumbing issue (kept on flushing). Overall a decent experience although not in terms of value for money (this is the case though with most hotels in West Africa)

Hotel is fine, but a bit outdated. Breakfast is overpriced. The hotel could use a fitness center and some updated decor!

Renovation Needed

This hotel desperately needs a facelift. The carpet in my room was gross, looked like it hadn't been cleaned for 20 years. My pillows didn't have pillow cases, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the lightbulbs were gone from the bathroom light fixture. Service was generally friendly and decent.

Reasonable

Nice location on the plateau, rooms are clean and well equipt. Wifi flucuates between good and very poor signal which is frustrating. Food is ok. Reception and concierge staff are great and very helpful. Bar and night staff can be a little slow.

No value for money

The bed was uncomfortable and the hotel is overpriced for what it is.

Great choice in Abidjan

It's a nice hotel in Plateau. Rooms are big and modern and most things worked well. Was very happy with the staff, especially the cheerful lady working at reception most days.
