Great room space and location

Convenient location! Close to Jordan subway station. Close to everything. Hotel staff was very co operative and friendly. I was early but they were kind to let me early check in “thank you” money worth it!

Best location along Nathan Road for food and ease of transportation. Excellent staff

A good place to stay

Minutes from Jordan MTR. Varieties for food, shopping, souvenirs all within walking distance. 7m walk to temple street. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had our room changed to one suitable for elderly. However the drainage was choked just before we wanted to check out. Staff was responsive and help came almost immediately. Gym was really small with no area for a stretch out but happy to just use the treadmill. Restaurants on 2nd level as reception. But ample choice outside so we didn’t try the hotel’s.

The management team handles this hotel perfectly, this hotel is very busy, a lot of traffic everywhere, all different kind of people of its guests, but no smoking smell, no bad odour or trash on the floor inside the hotel as well as in the room, hope the team keeps handling on this policy forever. Everything was good except the tub with the shower. Water kept coming when taking a shower, floor was all wet.

The hotel is built together with shopping center, so if take train to hotel can use the escalator up to hotel lobby. There's very convenient as all the HK train don't have escalator all the way to ground. Also got direct bus from airport. Both transport are available but bus cheaper.

Good location. Very helpful staff. Rooftop pool was ingested so too cold to use and the in-house eating options were too expensive, but would use again.

Excellent room service and concierge, very polite staff, room cleanliness and quietness. Also loved the two glass lifts facing Nathan Road, would be great if they are opened at night as well.

The lift to go to our rooms are at level 2 and theg switch off the escalators after 10pm which is very inconvenient especially when my wife is pregnant and both of us have our hands full with stuff they wouldn’t even bother to help or let us use their staff lift, reception staffs are rude and unhelpful when asking for directions

Very old, musty smell, mattress doesn’t support the body, power tripping, centralised aircon temperature can’t be adjusted hence room very cold.

Overall a very good hotel close to train stations and walking distance to the waterfront.

Good and convenient

The staffs are friendly & helpful. Clean and comfortable. Conveniently to the MTR and a lot of restaurants around. I will come back again.

Was as expected for a four stars hotel but location is so great.

Nice clean hotel. Room is spacious. Location is very good, on Nathan st and 20 minutes walk from the Pier and all hysteric attractions. The hotel is less than a100 meter from underground train station. Breakfast is good.

We don’t like it.

The entrance to the hotel is small. It does not match with the size of the hotel. We had a long stay of 9 nights between Sept. and Oct. We were not even offered any coupons or discount for breakfast. Counter staffs have stoney faces and they don't smile or greet clients. However the maids clean the room and make beds nicely. They are polite. We had a good stay overall. This was my 4th time staying here.

Room is a bit dated but very good size for Hong Kong standard. The hotel is located right next to Jordan MTR station so it is very convenient. Area is amazing for shopping, food and eat out.

We stayed here recently for our trip to Hong Kong and had a pretty unpleasant time here. In our 4 day stay, we had the electrical turn off on us at least 3 times. Water was shut off during the day which was out of their control but we were never informed of this. We were only told of the night time shut off. We ended up having to switch rooms twice during our stay because of the electrical and then because of the water. Such a huge inconvenience. The property itself is much older. Location wise was great and walkable to so many places. Super convenient in that sense.

we always stay in Prudential Hotel whenever we go to Hong Kong. It just on the top of the Jordan Station of MTR, you can take the escalator from the hotel exit, no need to climb up and down the stairs. It is good for someone who have joint pain like me. The room is 22 square meter, it is no problem to suit up to 4 suitcases, and still have spaces to do exercises. The only thing I complain is there are some stairs in the entrance of the hotel, but without handrail, that is very dangerous for the elderly like me. It should be perfect if there is a handrail!

Clean, friendly n convenient

One of the bigger hotel room in Kowloon

Pros -good location with lots of places to eat -attached to a metro station Cons - there were no plug points in the bathroom to use a hair straightener, or blow dryer. Only for shaver- you can tell a man designed this. I had to awkwardly use the outlet outside of the bathroom, which caused me to drop my straightener and it broke.

Hotel room bright, clean and seems renovated. Room has a small couch. Has 4 cans of complimentary soft drinks in addition to mineral water. Single bed size is small. Would be nice if they provide extra pillows.

It's not worth the money they charged. Old hotel which definitely need mordenising.

Pleasant Stay

Basically the hotel already try their best to meet my request which is a plus point and the hotel staff are all very courteous, is really a great improvement from my last experience in HK, 10 over years ago. Room are clean and definitely value for the price we paid.

Nice big clean rooms. The location is excellent and easily accessible by all types of transportation. Surrounded by plenty of good eateries.

aGreat location. Pretty decent hotel. Front desk efficient. Clean facilities. The concierge just don’t help with luggage. WiFi needed reset every few hours the first day I was in and was a bit unstable the whole time.

Slightly old, but very convenient location

I love the Prudential. It has great ac. Location is fantastic with shopping center below and metro station. It is not super fancy, however, it is clean and simple. Breakfast is not my preference… I prefer to walk a few blocks to the Sheraton and have breakfast there. Price wise, The Prudential is a great option. I recommend.

we need a handrail in the main entrance

we both have sore knees, we found difficult when going up the stairs in the main entrance of the hotel. I suggest to put a handrail there to help

Excellent location. Jordan MTR is right below the hotel with escalator leading to hotel. Service stuffs are courteous and helpful. 10 mins walk to temple night market. Many cafe , food stalls , shopping shops and malls around there. Hope the room has more power plug points. Especially beside the night stand. More grab bars and rubber mat in the bath tub for safety. Would be good if can change to shower areas instead of bath tub for older folks.

It's very convenient for traveling around. The hotel is quiet old, but good maintenance. The cleaning ladies are nice and friendly. The staff is quick in assisting.

Convinent access to MTR

Location is excellent

Chamber maid was friendly. Hotel needs renovation,mold around toilet silicone. Laundry service by using outside vendor and no diy washing machine. Lamp failed after 2night stay so have to off it. Food wise in the basement do have food court,so not a problem for meals. The only reason to go back is the location.

Bath tub is slippery. Bed is little bit short.

The hotel room size is quite big and the washroom is modern and clean. It is quite no smell inside the property. Location is very convenient.

Excellent stay

Excellent location in TST and right on top of the jordan rail station. Close to everything in Kowloon and a nice place to stay for business or pleasure.

Better do the cleaning service once a day. They charge normal rate but only provide cleaning service once per two days.

Don't like :- 1.The bar closed to early , should be around 11:00PM 2. The cost for the lunch and dinner meal & breakfast meal is far too expensive. That is why people goes out the hotel for breakfast and meal !.
