I loved the location. I was heading to the Sailing club& it was located right across the street. I also wanted to wander around the Grove, eat drink & be merry & this location allowed it.

Beautiful place to stay.

The staff were outstanding! They were very helpful, professional and accommodating. The property and rooms is clean, well maintained and located within walking distance to everything needed in Coconut Grove. The price was fair and the only reason that we didn't give the stay a complete 5 star rating was that construction was occurring in rooms around and above us during the hours of 9-5. This would have been helpful to know as I was restricted to my bed because of a procedure for most of the first and second days of the stay. Had we known of the construction, we would have found somewhere else to stay, the Mayfair or Mutiny perhaps.

Hotel Arya - coconut grove

The room itself was fine but had a pet odor like a wet dog that wasn’t pleasant. The worst issue was the lack of internet in the room. It had ZERO WiFi. I was in Miami for business trip and was forced to use my cell phone’s hot spot to have internet and use the tv. Absolutely unacceptable. The hotel itself is nice and is in a really nice area of coconut grove. Very walkable location. Another bad point is that the doors are metal and ppl were banging their doors closed at all hours of the night- so it’s loud at night when trying to sleep.

I loved my stay. Free parking, beautiful city and bay views, friendly staff, private, lovely pool/hot tub area, well equipped gym, and I felt safe and welcomed. Definitely will stay here again.

My impression of this property is mixed. While some parts have good views, my room had a tiny balcony that could only hold one chair and was somewhat obscured - as if they were mocking some customers. The pool deck is nice and has a hot tub, although with limited hours. They have a gym and deck area with a view. They restaurant charges more than they stated but is OK for what it is. You will have to hunt a bit for a parking space and wait a bit for elevators, but that is not the end of the world. Part of the building is condos. Some positives are large rooms, a kitchen area, and it is quiet. It is near a marina, some good restaurants, some roads, and not too far from gardens south of the city. It is a bit far from some beaches and Miami traffic can vary. Depending on your needs or room this place may be OK.

I loved the views, cleanliness of the facility, and the pool. 24 hour fitness center is great.

Great location and very nice people at the front desk. Unfortunately, the hotel is going through renovations with lots of noise and construction workers. I would not have stayed there if I’d known all the construction was going on.

Bad service, outdated and out of touch.

Hotel is dated and under remodel. Manager on site was missing and could not resolve an issue with my booking. I booked two rooms in one reservation and they could not find the second room. When I asked for a late checkout at 5am they said I would have to call after 7am to do so. I said that I was early for the 7am. No need to go to sleep for 2 hours to then wake up to ask if I can check out after 11am. So frustrated I went back to my room packed and just went home. I paid $200 to be able to take a shower at this hotel.

The stay was perfect! The room was spacious and spotless, with an amazing view that took my breath away.

There were bed bugs in the room, my friend went to the doctor and they diagnosed bed bug bites. They are all over her body, not clear and definitely unsanitary.

Nobody cleaned the room during my stay. They went to clean the day I left. Nobody available at front desk at any time.

I loved the price and it was great quality. The pool hours seemed to be a bit wonky. 10 am to 6 pm but we really didn’t have any plans. Restaurant prices were a bit high but Uber eats does deliver. Love this hotel and if I come back to Miami I know where I’ll be staying

The property overall seems like a nice place to stay. Not too fond of the minimal parking spots available requiring us to park in a "blank" spot. Our biggest problem was having roaches in our room and having to kill them daily! During check out, after notifying front desk, they advised they would've gotten us another room not knowing the room we booked was through a private third party and would've been difficult to accomplish.

It was good until the fire alarm kept going off every hr to 45 min I could not sleep and the phone did not work to call front desk I finally gave up at 530 Left by 7 am Horrible but horrible to stay asleep

The property for being in the Grove was nice also the price was very reasonable. The hallway that we stayed in did have a very strong odor of marijuana which was not pleasant.

I love this hotel, this is my second stay here and it was still as amazing as the first. We stayed 5 days total and had a many hiccup with having to switch rooms on our 3rd day but it was still worth it. We had a chance to have a bayview and cityview, CANT BEAT THAT! THE STAFF IS ALWAYS AMAZING!

Everything was in good condition and worked well. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only thing that was out of sorts was the wifi was down for 1 of the days I was there.

Loved this property ! The view of the bay is beautiful if you stay make sure you get the room with the ocean view. Check-in was super simply and easy. The hotel offers covered parking with no additional fee which is a huge plus because all of the other hotels I looked at in the area charge like $20 and up per day. The bed was so comfortable OMG! I did not want to get out of it. All in all I give the hotel 10/10 would deftly stay again !!

Room was pretty spacious and bed was comfortable. Spent 4 nights, but only had the room serviced once due to managing to not being out of the room early enough or whatever. Room had a small balcony which we went on a couple times, but weather wasn’t great for spending a bunch of time out there. Tile flooring probably not well installed since there were a number of cracked tiles around the room and bathroom which probably speaks to the general quality of the remodel. Facility is a combination of hotel and condos and the residents always seemed very friendly in the elevators. Elevators seemed a bit aged. There were a number of times when voices and noises carried into the room. There seemed to be some sorts of work being done somewhere although I didn’t see it. Upper level of the parking levels had a bunch of ceiling jacks along one end. Onsite parking was nice, but a bit narrow in spots.

The carpet in the room smells so bad, we had to go out and buy carpet cleaner in bulk to try to get rid of the smell. It was really bad. They should have never rented this room out. I think they had a dog in the room that kept going to the bathroom..

Absolutely loved it! The view, the cleanliness, the amenities and complimentary things were fantastic. I definitely will come back for a longer stay.

The best part of this place is the balcony view of the water and the lush green trees of coconut grove neighborhood. The place was also very clean. However, I think I was given in a wheelchair accessible room because the standing shower didn't have much to keep water from going outside the shower floor so I was constantly needing to mop up the overflow after each shower with the towels they provided. The other thing that was frustrating is that any time I wanted to speak to the front desk, I had to go down to the desk from the 17th floor (which on the elevator could be a while wait than normal because a lot of pleople are using it) for any questions because the phone was not working.

The restaurant was closed and it wasn't pointed out while booking Meaning we had breakfast while booking and reaching the property we were told that the restaurant was under renovation and no alternative options were rendered to us making our stay a bit miserable from the start

We liked having a kitchen. The view was beautiful. The pool and hot tub where at the perfect temperatures.

The internet was terrible. It was so poorly functioning that we had to go to Starbucks to get some decent Wi-Fi. The permanent residents there apparently do get decent Wi-Fi, so why is the Wi-Fi for the hotel guests second rate. We were also supposed to get $25 meal vouchers but we were told they no longer do that. BTW, the hotel website still states that there is a restaurant.

We have stayed here several times. Arnitris has checked us in the last 3 times. She is extremely pleasant and helpful. If only all hotels had an employee as friendly, professional and helpful as her the world would be a better place.

The room was not bad, but de area is very noisy, all the noise coming from equipment on the roods of nearby lower buildings. Not unbearable, though. Internet was a disaster. Although Wifi appears on the amenities list, there was no acceptable Wifi. Down most of the time. And when it does work, it's aggravatingly slow. Be prepared to get your own WiFi through XfinityWiFi or T-Mobile. This is what I ended up doing. Not having adequate WiFi is absolutely unacceptable. Front desk was not willing or able to offer any help. I was brushed off with the reply: this is all we have.
