The view from the balcony was lovely, sea view. Parking was convenient providing you have a samll car. Room had decent air con. We were in easy walking distance to restaurants and beaches in Lassi. The room was requested as a twin and we were given a double. The bathroom was in bad need of revamp. Hairdryer was broken and coming off the wall and shower was dated. Breakfast had quite a small offering in terms of options although it was nice to be able to eat outside. Staff were all very friendly

I enjoyed the stay. The staff were great. The rooms are in need of refurbishment. It’s quite a walk to anywhere so I would recommend that you rent a car.

Great location across from the beach. Pool area is relaxing, spotless and plenty of sun beds. Breakfast is standard buffet, no full english but did for us just fine with a decent selection daily. Aircon in room, included in price, worked a treat and was much needed! Nice stroll up the strip at night with lots of places to eat. Our room was lovely with a stunning sea view, they have all you could need ... mostly ... ladies who need a hair dryer would be best taking your own. There is one but might take you a while! But the best thing about this place for us (2nd visit) are the staff, super friendly and helpful. The place is spotless and very well kept, yes not 5 star, but great value for money.

Average hotel. Overpriced. Inconvenient to reach rooms too.

The pictures are very deceiving of the rooms. They were tired and dated and very small with a small balcony you struggled to get 2 people on it. I did not speak to 1 person staying there who had a new bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The staff were unhelpful apart from our cleaner and the young lady that worked the pool bar during the day. The breakfast was poor. On a positive note the pool area was nice and the gardens had been kept well.

Location was very handy but hotel was very run down and photos so not respond to the Internet very outdated for the money that we paid

Hotel was very clean, only 5 minutes walk from the best beach in Kefalonia. Staff did everything to make us feel at home. Breakfast was good. The room was a bit smaller than we expected but it was quite comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

Great location opposite beach, friendly staff

The hotel is located in Lassi, and is just a short journey from the airport (approx 10 mins). The taxi journey was $20 from airport to hotel, and $25 from hotel back to airport, although a bus is available. The location is absolutely perfect for the amazing Makris Gialos beach, and a 5 minute walk to a supermarket and the beginning of a road full of restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop is directly outside the hotel. It looked as though the hotel and pool area had been completed redecorated recently. Our room was small but clean and tidy, and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. The bathroom toilet and basin looked new, but the bath/shower needed an updated – but worked perfectly okay. The staff were brilliant – really helpful and friendly – we had no issues at all throughout our stay. The pool area was great, lots of sunbeds (which looked new) and a bar for drinks etc. We ate out each evening in local restaurants (great value and lovely food), but ate breakfast at the hotel – breakfast was fairly limited in choice and basic, but it was okay. We would definitely stay at the hotel again – not least because of the location opposite the wonderful Makris Gialos beach.

The weather and staff were very good as was the pool . The breakfast was adequate. The rooms require a complete upgrade . The first room they gave us was like going back to the 70's and was located a long distance from the pool area . We were then transfered to a lower floor which was like something from the 90's . The shower stand had perished but we managed There are no lifts so not good for people with impairments.

The hotel property is beautiful and conveniently located to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. There is no elevator and if you are on the top floor it can be very inconvenient trying to bring your luggage up/down. There was no phone in our room either. Parking is limited so if you didn't get a space you would have to go across the street in a dirt parking lot used for the beach. The morning breakfast served could be better. More variety and better options. It was ok but could use some revamping. The pool and grounds beautiful! The hotel restaurant/bar onsite had good food/drinks.

Stay in Lassi

Property was in a great location. Close to beaches and restaurants. The property however was a bit run down.

Basic room but good pool& location

Our stay at Princess Hotel was ideal for a pool/beach getaway. The room was very basic but the pool and location made up for it.

The staff were Just lovely and very helpful booked transport for me and a boat trip which was the highlight of my vacation. Would definitely return!

The staff were great lovely two day stay beds were so comfy .drinks could be cheaper then more people might use bar a lot if sunbeds were broken and pool was a weird colour.just a few things need fixing then would be amazing .

Fantastic location for access to some of the best beaches, the capital and buses. Lots of good restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The staff all lovely, especially Marina and Cally. Both were really friendly, welcoming and helpful, accommodating every need and query promptly.

Nice stay

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel has a pool and is well positioned just across one of the most beautiful beaches in Kefalonia. Short car ride to city center of Argostoli. The property has a dining venue/bar and is also in proximity of other restaurants. Friendly staff are always going an extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The only suggestion we got is that the rooms would need a bit of refurbishment. We will be defo return back.

Hate giving bad reviews because the kefalonian people are so nice ..the grounds of the hotel are beautiful unfortunately the rooms not so very very dated the bed was terrible so noisy and the noise just travels through the whole hotel is like a tuning fork the pool really needs sorting out chunks of the pool floorcoming away and bits of blue paint floating about... lovely grounds lovely people just needs some money spending on the rooms

Clean hotel with friendly staff in idea location for beach and main strip. Good value for money.

We were only staying one night and arrived after a late flight. We emailed in advance and the hotel made sure someone was available to show us to our room. From this aspect the service was good. This is when it went downhill. Firstly after first flush of the toilet it constantly run making it difficult to go to sleep. Unfortunately the reception was closed and there was no information in the room to telephone anyone otherwise we would have demanded a different room. To make matters worse a very large bug came into our room (cockroach?) which we managed to kill! The actual room and hotel were extremely clean (although bathroom was in disrepair) so it was surprising that there was such infestation. The hotel is just opposite a nice beach and close to restaurants in Lassi so is well positioned. It was the first day the hotel had opened following closure due to Covid 19 so with the late arrival we may have been unlucky?

Hotel was nice and clean with a good pool area. Downside was very small room, miniscule balcony and tiny 1/2 bath. We asked for several days to be moved to a bigger room with a decent sized balcony (one that we could actually sit out on), but the hotel was full. Most of the rooms are bigger, with bigger balconies so I guess we were unlucky. The hotel had confirmed to me before arrival in an email that we would have a bath so I was very dissapointed with the 1/2 bath that was provided. There are a lot of stairs if you end up on the top floor like we did. We would stay again if they could guarantee a larger room, larger balcony and a bath.

Really great stay. Staff are so friendly and the place is really clean. Breakfast was good though you need to get down early to get it fresh. Not horrible though and a nice selection of foods. Dinner was great. We went with our 2 children 2 and 7. They loved the princess hotel. The staff made our stay very pleasant. Amazing beach across the road and good restaurants on the same road.

Hotel was clean and in good location however we didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for our own pool towels per day

Staff were amazing! Love atmosphere. Especially loved the bar tender Dimitris who showed us an amazing time and was great company :) Capo was also extremely helpful and kind. Overall wonderful experience and we wish we did not have to leave. Thank you! Shanna

Liked - pool , cleanliness of room, staff, location , lunch food and daily special’s, reasonably priced bar and food Disliked - pool toilets need an an entire overhaul. Usual orange juice gripe ie powdered, breakfast selection and quality could be better, balcony for room 46 is insufficient but useable. It’s in front of the front door and not via french doors accessed internally

Outdated hotel

Staff was friendly but rooms were old and outdated, breakfast was poor. The hotel charges you for renting/using a safe and for renting pool towels. Would not go back.

Location was great, right across the street from a great beach and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Lassi. Room was outdated and the beds were hard.

The hotel is dated .. Rooms are small , shower even smaller .. TV does not work most of the time ( poor reception ) no wifi in the room only reception and pool area. When I rang hotel.com and ask for their help in finding another hotel I got a very poor service !

Child friendly family hotel

pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, 150 yards from the beach, do not pay for seaview rooms as no real sea view. food ok - staff very helpful and sweet, very secure and comfortable. Good swimming pool area with close bar. Near to the road but not noisy.

Hébergement bien situé proche à pieds de plages magnifique Costa Costa...de bons restaurants et à une courte distance en voiture d'Argostolila capitale avec sa magnifique rue pietonne et son port, beau jardin, piscine agréable et bon rapport qualité prix, personnel trés sympathique. Le seul défaut du sejour est venu de la reservation expedia/hotels.com qui nous a bloqué plusieurs heures à l'arrivée car le voyagiste essayait d'imposer à l'hôtel un tarif et des conditions que ce dernier n'acceptait pas. Nous avons été pris en hotage de façon anormale dans cette négociation, expedia nous a compensé d'un maigre 50 euros de coupon à dépenser chez eux...

Rummet var bra, rymligt och rent med liten balkong med underbar utsikt över havet och solnedgången. Pool finns på hotellet där solstolarna ofta redan var reserverade av gäster som lagt ut handdukar i förväg så där hade man aldrig en chans att få plats. Frukosten som ingick var under kritik då det titt som tätt inte fanns något kvar av det som skulle finnas samt service gällande lite flexibelt av exempelvis övrigt kaffealternativ gavs ej, kaffet var inte gott. Personalen som jobbade var hjälpsam men inte mer trevliga än absolut nödvändigt, sa aldrig hej när man gick förbi receptionen exempelvis och personalen som jobbade vid frukosten var väldigt griniga och klagade på det mesta (för den som även förstår grekiska). Hotellet låg bra till precis mitt emot stranden Makris Galos som är toppen, finns även en del restauranger att välja på i området. Buss går precis utanför hotellet till Argostoli stad där det största nattlivet finns och taximöjligheter finns självklart också då bussen går rätt sällan.

Hotel bonito, quarto grande e confortável, piscina agradável. Porém a quantidade de escadas para os quartos, sem elevador para levar as malas foram cansativos e desanimadores. Recepcionistas muito simpáticas, mas na piscina a atendente (mulher) foi grossa e sem paciência no início. Pagamos por 2 diárias porque nosso vôo era tarde da noite e não nos ofertaram uma negociação para late check out. Eu não votaria a esse hotel que fica muito bem localizado, porém a praia em frente é cara e o serviço péssimo.
