Matress was hard with no pillow top or matress pad. The sheets and pillows were super comfy

Great hotel

The room was comfortable and it was within easy distance to a tube station. The mattress was a bit hard, but the room was otherwise comfortable

Bijou

The room was small but comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard every day. Towels were unnecessarily replaced daily.

Great location

Rooms were very hot will minimal airflow and the first room I had did not smell the best and was scruffy. Fortunately, they moved me to a better room and was tidy, with no smell.

The hotel is lovely just the double bed was tiny, the room was tiny and the room was so hot we could not sleep. The shower wasn’t great too. Decor wise the hotel was good just far too small and too hot and the breakfast was super busy and hard to enjoy with so many people crowing around you.

My wife and daughter were staying at the Price William hotel. They called me at 11:30 pm in panic. the head of the bed was covered with bedbugs. No room available, they left the hotel after midnight without any help to find an other hotel. I have pictures and video to show the mess.

Basic

No air con in the room, we were given a tiny fan which as really noisy. Scraping chairs above our room. The breakfast room was tiny and not enough room to sit down as too many people.

No AC was a bummer. The bathroom was a bit dirty when we arrived.

Très bon hôtel

Personnel très sympathique. Nous avons pris une chambre peu cher qui était au sous-sol mais pour le peu de temps que nous y avons passer c'était suffisant. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était complet. Rien à redire sur la propreté c'était nickel. Merci

Godt beliggende hotel i rolige omgivelser nær ved offentlig transport. Venligt personale i receptionen, men meget lidt serviceminded personale ved morgenmads buffeten. Morgenmaden er ok, men ikke overvældende. Værelset meget lille, med uhygiejnisk langluvet gulvtæppe og ildelugtende afløb på badeværelse. Så hvis du bare skal sove og ellers være væk hele dagen kan dette hotel godt bruges.

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich super für uns und sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Falls wir nochmal nach London kommen, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Come la maggior parte degli hotel Londinesi, le camere sono piccole e rumorose quindi bisogna adattarsi, soprattutto per chi piu alto di 180cm si troverà a dormire con i piedi fuori dal letto. La pulizia non è stata delle miglior in quanto le lenzuola non venivano regolarmente cambiate e il bagno veniva trovato cosi come lasciato. Ventola aspirante non funzionante con fantastico effetto sauna dopo ogni doccia. Per quanto riguarda la colazione ,per chi è abituato a quella dolce, la scelta è limitata e ripetitiva. Nel complesso non ci siamo! Nota positiva, personale alla reception gentile e disponibile.

Schönes, kleines Hotel in viktorianischem Gebäude in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Paddington, welches von Heathrow mit der Elisabethline ihne Umsteigen, mit der Underground mit einmal umsteigen zu erreichen ist. Schöne Umgebung mit Pubs und Restaurants in der Nähe von Kensington, von wo ich durch den Hydepark bis zur Westminster Abbey gelaufen bin. Die Strecke fährt auch der 48er Bus. Hotel wurde gerade renoviert und ist entsprechen neu und sauber, allerdings mit Teppichboden im Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind londontypisch sehr klein, aber mit Safe, Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Föhn ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück im hübschen Frühstücksraum bestand aus Käse, Wurst, Eiern, etwas Gurke und Tomate, Joghurt und Cerealien, Saft, Muffins, Toast. Vom 3.Stock hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Das Fenster kann man einen Spalt öffnen, das im Bad sogar ganz öffnen. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sauber aber etwas klein und leider sehr hellhörig. Gutes Frühstück.
