Self check in but worked ok. Room was cramped due to the sink being in the main room. Toilet and shower were in seperate cubicles rather than amalgamating all 3 in one bathroom. The sink took up a lot of bench space you would normally put things on.

Good location, it's near bus stops and Hakata station.

Our two night stay at the Prince Smart Inn was very pleasant. The room, though small, was clean and pleasant. The complementary breakfast was a very nice touch.

Very nice hotel but the room is super tiny and the sink is part of the bed room. Other then that - it is very modern and pleasant

Clean hotel and good location to JR Hakata City. Would like to recommend that hotel consider providing a rack for luggage in the room. We had to put our luggage on the floor to open it. Two more hooks for hanging clothes on hangers please.

Overall, the stay was ok, average. For the price I paid, I think it’s appropriate, you get em what you paid for. The room was too small and I didn’t like the bathroom set up.

Not many restaurants around the hotel

Should have map to reach there in internet,and at station. We were lost about one hour.

It’s really small. No tub in the bathroom, just a shower. If you were looking for the tiny house living, this is it. I wasn’t impressed at all for the breakfast.

With that price, do consider many others around the area.

A smart hotel making good use of technologies. Seamless check-in and check-out with self-service kiosks. Staff are there to help and provide brief introduction as well. Room is also equipped with smart TV and speaker. Breakfast offered by the burger restaurant is also a unique and nice experience.

Convenient and clean.

I stayed in a twin room with my mother. The rooms are small but not uncomfortable. At first it we found the sink in the same room as the beds and the toilet shower set up a little odd but with the privacy curtain it made you feel less exposed when getting dressed after a shower etc. we could have used a couple more hooks to hang things up so we were not cluttering the floor. We loved having Netflix, YouTube etc on the TV as it is rare to find something to watch on the normal Japanese channels. The beds were firm but comfortable. The breakfast did the job but would not be our favourite. There is a convenience store across the road where you can get something else or a better coffee. It is an easy walk from Hakata station.

簡素ではあるが、必要十分な設備はあります。シャワーのみなので、それでもいい方は十分だと思います。

駐車場が少ないのだけが難点ですが、ホテルの方の対応が良く満足しています。部屋も清潔感があり良かったです。朝食も美味しかったし、レストランの店員も英語で対応されてたり、愛想もあり好印象でした。

位置非常方便，走路到博多站大約五分鐘 樓下有便利店，附近有餐廳，拉麵 每天早上送早餐，非常好吃，而且至到11點，時間適中，適合睡得晚的住客 酒店房間雖然小，但可接受，電視可看YouTube , 每天也有職員整理房間，房間整潔度滿意 整體上，我會再入住的！

地點真係好方便，大概行5分鐘左右就到博多車站，不過職員服務就非常一般我住兩晚只供應一支水，房間內亦冇水杯提供，毛巾不太乾淨，可以再改善下

地點偏遠，不近車站。有免費早餐，味道一般。服務人員態度一般。

ニューヨーク行った時に泊まったシンプルなビジネスホテルみたいだった。シャワー室はやや苦手だか、ユニットバスとは違ってトイレが別だったのは良かった

房間真的有點細。唯一優點是地理位置方便。

お部屋が小さかった。お風呂なしでシャワーだけなのが少し残念。

청결하고, 교통 편리하고 좋습니다.

사실 하루 잠만 잔 곳이라 잘 모르겠지만, 호텔자체는 매우 쾌적하고, 청결했습니다. 체크인도 무인으로 다 해결 되고, 스탭분들도 다들 친절했습니다. 이용해 보진 않았지만, 하카타역도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리여서 편리했어요. 하카타역에 가면 먹거리도 해결할 수 있어요.

비즈니스 호텔이라 좁습니다. 정말 딱 기본만 setting 되어 있습니다.(심지어 생수도 프론트 가서 요청해야만 받을 수 있습니다) 하지만, 깨끗하고, 무료 제공되는 조식(밥버거)이 좋았고, 하카타역에서 가까워 이동이 편리합니다.
