Looks good from the outside but pretty average inside. Parking is not nearly enough for the guests of the hotel. The room has a weird setup with the sink in the middle of the room and the bathroom only has a small curtain to separate it from the room.

Hot water issues

There was no hot water - neither tap nor shower. What frustrated us most wasn't the fact there was a problem to be solved but the receptionist attitude and slow reactions. It took around 2 hours to find out the issue is much more than us not knowling if the boiler is on/off (??!!) and give us another room! Two hours wasted in the morning of what could have been a great day at the sea!

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. It is 3 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from Aquahouse. The hotel is also very clean. The staff is in general friendly and helpful.

Not luxury, but comfortable.

Nice location close to the beach. The entrance and parking was a little hard to find due to it's location within an outdoor shopping complex. The rooms were basic, but clean. Not the most comfy bed, but the building was new, and the staff was helpful. Overall good quality for the cost.

Great Hotel clean Nice quiet and great food- THANK YOU

The hotel is new with modern and spacious rooms. It is worth noting that there are no amenities, but the hotel provides access to a nearby spa center and discounted breakfast at a big nearby hotel, which somewhat compensates that. Cleaning was a bit inconsistent and we had to ask a couple of times for our room to be cleaned. Otherwise location is great and we enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional Primorski Hotel

We had an amazing time while staying at Primorski Hotel and Saints Constantine and Helena. The service at Primorski Hotel was excellent everyone was extremely helpful. We needed to print few pages and the manager Vasilena went out of her way to help us. The hotel has excellent location to the beach and the rest of the resort. The hotel itself is exceptional, clean and well maintained.

Very nice, very new property right on the beach. Highly recommended!

A peace of Mind hotel stay

I am very pleased with Hotel cleaning the staff and location. The front desk manager is very sweet and the receptionist working overtime made me have incredible respect for them Great friendly staff! Highly recommend it.

I highly recommend Hotel Primorski to all future travellers. The concept of the hotel is what makes it unique - go and see for yourself. I would definately visit again for longer period!

Clean & Modern property with a great location close to the beach. The staf is very professional and always going the extra mile to accommodate all of our needs. The stay was 11 out of 10, would visit again and again!

Hotel Primorski is simply the charm of St. Constantine & Helena Resort. If you are looking for a place that combines the conveniences of a city hotel with the advantages of a family friendly place - look no further! The property is brand new, the room design is modern and the materials used are really high quality. The garage is underground so your car will not be oven-like when you get in and also there are stores and inner courtyard that is a true jewel. Location is great and it's just 3 min walking distance from Lagoon Beach. I would recommend Hotel Primorski to everyone and will definately visit again!

Great experience at Primorski. New, clean, comfortable, nice area and very modern! The stuff was very friendly and communication with them was very closed. I totally recommend this hotel! Thanks for everything!

The rooms are lovely and clean the hotel is in a great location and the blonde girl on reception very helpful and there’s a 24hr supermarket across the road.

Modern, comfortable and friendly

A great hotel, brand new and modern with a balcony in every room. Really friendly and helpful reception staff, it is a few miles away from Varna centre but it has wonderful beaches and plenty of places to eat in the general vicinity. I would recommend for anyone travelling alone or with a family.

Hotel nou.Foarte aproape de plaja.Apartamentul are vedere la mare.Personalul foarte amabil.In apartament este foarte frumos,mobila noua si confortabila,foarte curat.Vom reveni cu mare placere in acest hotel.

Petit déjeuner médiocre. Très peu de variations dans le choix. Machine défaillante sur plusieurs jours. Personnel très bien

Das es kein abgeschlossenes Badezimmer gab, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.waschbecken neben dem Bett. Dusche nur mit Vorhang vom Zimmer abgeteilt. Das Frühstück außerhalb des Hotels ist etwas sehr dürftig.aber für ein 2 Nächte kann man dort übernachten.
