Very beautiful hotel, great location and close to everything
Great Location
Location
Good location and reasonable quality
Was beautiful
The hotel provided all the services I was seeking. The food was good and the hotel condition was also of a good standard. The staff provided good service. The location of the hotel is ideal, allowing easy access across key locations in Jerusalem.

Perfectly located , great staff
Amazing small hotel in a very diverse area. Staff was very accommodating great place to stay.
Well located decent property.
Good stay
It fulfilled our expectations. We were comfortable and enjoyed our time at the hotel.
A decent hotel conveniently located
in center of town
Hotel was basically clean. Is desperate for a renovation. They say it’s coming. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
A very courteous and helpful staff
The rooms were fairly comfortable. The hotel location is excellent with easy access to all parts of Jerusalem. Personally, the Mikvah in the hotel was fantastic and a highlight. The meals over Passover whilst of good standard and variety, but were extremely expensive.
It was the closest to where I had to be
Under construction noise early am. No air conditioning. No service. Breakfast eh
It was convenient and breakfast was plentiful. It would have been nice if the reception, when leaving, would have offered to assist me with my baggage. I did not leave at a busy time and that did not occur to them. I suppose in Israel you have to ask, otherwise they do not think of offering.
Location
Excellent experience
The cost of weekend meals was very expensive. The hotel rate per night was very high but I needed to be at that location for the weekend. We had a wonderful time. All of the staff members were very helpful.
The breakfast is good. The condition of the room was not.
Wonderful stay
Outstanding hotel home away from home, clean friendly staff and has everything you would want from a hotel, with the staff going and extra mile, particularly Avi Dina and Faisel
I loved the homeyness and traditional decor of this place. The breakfast spread was amazing. Deliciousand abundant food with lots of choices. I was disappointed however that there was no restaraunt to have dinner.
Everything was good. No complaints.
Loved it.
The rooms are extremely clean but not overly large. You shouldnt order the smallest room if you are more than one person. Best deal is the breakfast. Lastly, the average customer is orthodox jew. Location is great for everyone.
Room was clean, breakfast was suberb
Clean rooms. Close to Meah Shearim and Geula. Good hechsher.
lobby and dining room are in nice condition, rooms need to be updated.
Staff extremely courteous Manager on weekend extremely courteous
A great stay. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
ARIA . & CLEAN
The staff at the hotel was wonderful and went above and beyond in helping us solve an issue relating to a family member's environmental sensitivities. The hotel itself was pleasant and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, the Netilat yadayim sinks made me smile every time I used one. The location was great for shopping in geula. And again, the best thing about the property was the kindness of the staff
You get for what you paid
It’s not what you expect it could be compared to a Red Roof Inn , Not updated, if you’re looking to stay close to the downtown area ,it is in a good location ,as it provides a American style continental breakfast but completely not updated
In the center
Beautiful place. Very friendly and great service!
Amazing location, great food , awesome staff ! Would definitely come back!
Mikvah and breakfast on premises
Everything was great!
We enjoyed our stay at the Prima Palace. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast is fresh, delicious and plentiful. The location was very convenient. I would definitely stay again.

nice place in the midle
Pleasant stay/
The room was very clean. I had a very nice handicapped assisted bathroom. The hotel was very clean and orderly. The breakfast was very good and there were a variety of foods to choose from. There was a misunderstanding about my bill. They billed my credit card in full payment on the first day. On the other occasions that I stayed in this hotel they billed my card at the end of my stay and gave me three payments so I wouldn't have to pay in full all at once. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I would stay there in the future.
The lobby was very special and restful looking. The rooms were nice and quiet and clean although the beds and blankets were on the small side.
Prima Palace may have been nice over a decade ago. But now, the furniture is worn and outdated. The rooms are also very small.
Need renewal
Small room. neads renewal
prrima palace...not as good as prima kings..
I missed having a room for free coffee and refreshments, like the prima kings..I would have liked breakfast to start earlier...No coffee shop...no possibility of supper in the dining room...only one elevator...with 2 steps to reach..with suitcases,,not convenient..special shoutout to staff cleaning rooms and helping with airconditioner, they were amazing. not as much choice for breakfast as in the prima kings....where we had just been....
the shower curtains are made of fabric so moldy from shower and make room smell terrible. the breakfast which you pay money for is very isreali otherwise nothing really to eat.
Very Central location to things we like to do and visit
Prima Palace is in an excellent location, close to public transport. Breakfast is ample and hotel is clean. There ste no other facilities in the hotel, other than a coffee, tea and a fridge.
Very noisy from street and can hear people walking from upstairs room
I love that the property is in an Orthodox Jewish community, as it provides a wonderful connection to a special population in Israel. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, while continuing to honor Shabbat and other important observances. I highly recommend the Prima Palace Hotel in Jerusalem to anyone traveling to Jerusalem. It is very close to the Old City and all of the holy sites in Jerusalem as well.
Beds were really small. 33” beds is quite small for an adult.
excellent service hospitality clean rooms early checkin
I reserved this hotel because i got breakfast included, But at check in they told me that i need to pay extra for it
Location Location Location. Best location in Jerusalem
very fast check in and nice clean hotel and centrally located
Bad service they are not interested in helping u they say one thing on the phone and when u come there they say other things very bad service
The Property have all amenities for an orthodox guest
This was not my first stay at this hotel. It is centrally located for what I need. Aside from some issues with the parking (a very small parking area for guests) which were resolved, the overall experience was good. The room was rather small but clean with a few nice touches such as chocolates and a bottle of mineral water in addition to the usual amenities. I had breakfast in the dining room which was quite good and Yossi the long time waiter was very helpful as always. The front desk was cooperative in printing a boarding pass for my flight. Overall a positive experience.
The bathroom had A terrible smell, and they were unable to accommodate us in the different room. Be aware is this they are charging separately for kids, Even if they are very small. Overall very unhappy
nice vacation
The hotel itself was great, great location. When paying, they did not disclose ahead of time that Friday night is more money, even though we had a set price for our 10 night stay. The food was good, but not too different each day. The cleaning service did a great job of the room each day.
Staff disallowing guest breakfast if they extend the breakfast beyond 10:30aM
We had a really great experience here! The rings are clean, the place smells fresh, and the food is great!
Good Location, Beds Good, Room Size average, bathroom small
In great location if you want to be near Geula, good breakfast nice staff but lobby and hallways were really not so clean. Lobby looks really rundown
Good Hotel
Great location and outstanding staff. Overall a good stay. Rooms are dated, but comfortable.
Good Location, Nice Size Room, Decent Beds, excellent Breakfast
Nothing fancy but very decent
Was nice hotel, clean rooms and helpful staff. Rooms are on the small side. Beds can be a little bigger and more comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. They seem a little stingy when it comes to towels and extra toiletries. But all around pretty decent for the price and good location.
There are 4 parking slots, none available, yet the hotel was listed when i filtered amenities by "parking". When I checked in the front desk clerk was very rude and told me that 6 months ago they updated the website to indicate that they do not have parking. He told me repeatedly that he was unwilling and unable to help me and I should contact Expedia. After a one hour long conversation with expedia customer support they told me that the hotel was unwilling to assist and my only option was a $50 valet parking lot across the street and down the block
Tiny room
The place is accessible to the city, the manager is not accommodating, everything we asked for he said no or i cant do that his name is Saheedi, but the lady receptionist Israela is very nice and helpful, breakfast is good, the room is cery small we can’t even open our luggage, you can hear all the cars honking outside and we can’t sleep sonwe had to moved our room to more smaller room in the corner, the lobby is ok nice and clean.
Some staff are very helpful like the lady staff Israela, but the manager man name Saheede is very rude and can’t even give us a favor in everything we asks for his answer was always “no” or “ I can’t do that “
Nice staff Nice location Very attentive staff Nice breakfast
Food available at breakfast was plentiful but lacked variety. Change up the salads so that it isn't the same every morning. Towels are a bit threadbare
Very convenient location, clean room.
Great!
Excellent location! near the light rail as well near Zichron Moshe synagogue where services are held 24 hours a day.
very nice place, comfortable, staff nice at the front desk, person I'm charge of cleaning very pleasant fellow but the room wasn't cleaned properly
Had a great stay... Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Great location for food and sites.
Magnificent breakfast, room very small,I expected better than what we received
Awesome Hotel
Hotel is in a great location and was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very friendly. Definitely recommend this Hotel for your next trip to Jerusalem.
Centrally located
Very cost-effective. Although not luxurious by any stretch, it is clean and comfortable. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Free WIFI and breakfast. TV with CNN broadcasts in every room.
Good food A little pricey No parking Decent room Nice bathroom
room are to small no breating space for plane a bottle of water thay ask money like a bottol of wine
This hotel is not luxurious, but is generally clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was efficient.
Perfect place to stay in Jerusalem.
The hotel was in a great location. For my needs the room was perfect. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Definitely recommend it!
Great location and environment
The hotel is in a good location for getting around the city of Jerusalem
Best value ever!
Great overall. Best location, excellent price. Just amazing.
Prima Palace stay Oct 2017
Our stay at Prima Palace was great. Check-in was friendly & fast. We were welcomed with fresh-squeezed orange juice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also provided guests with free bottled water in the room and a tin of candies....very tasty. The location was great. Close to the market, which we ate dinner at. The hotel also has a gate & front terrace area, so we felt very safe.
Beautiful experoence in that hotel! The best part is the location its in the heart of Jerusalem, five minutes from Geula.
Not fancy but clean and nice hotel. Mostly orthodox Jews staying there. We were obviously unusual, but welcomed. Breakfast buffet was great. Water pressure fantastic. Only two blocks from light rail stop.
