Excellent location clean good size rooms

Good rooms, walking distance to everything, hot showers , big bed , safe, clean only downside was we stayed on the 5th floor with no lift !

Clean and well located

Very nice little guesthouse, the rooms were incredibly clean and our rooms were made up every day by the very polite housekeeper. Every they brought us two new water bottles to replace the old which was very nice bonus. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. Only drawback was that i booked a twin room as i was traveling with my mother and when we got to the hotel they only had a double so we had to share a bed for the first night. Wasnt that bad because it was a king size bed, but still more effort could have been done to make sure we got the room we booked. Also the staff didnt really apologize for this room but this may have been more of a language issue than a manners issue. All in all seemed like a nice place, very close to the beach! is down a small street however where there are some ladies of the night and a massage parlour.

Friends tour

Good stay for 2 days. Near(1-1.5 Km) to the nightlife area in Phuket(Bangla road). In all a good hotel and value for money.

Great value in a great position.

This guesthouse is in a great position, down a side street so it's very quiet at night but close to lots of eateries and a short easy walk to the beach. The room was large with a king size bed. The bed is typical asian hard, but we got used to it and slept well. I particularly liked that there was heaps of space to put your bags up. The room also had a small balcony. No lift, so floors D and E can be a bit of a hike. It is really great value for money. There is construction going on two doors down, and the owner told me they are building another guesthouse, eight floors with a pool on the top. It should be open January 2016

ok ok

Took almost 1 hour to locate the hotel by foot. Taxi or tuktuk didn't want to send us due to one way road and requested us to walk. It's not far but we were first timer and not familiar with the area. Local people are nice and help to call the hotel for directions. What went wrong with the water heater for shower??? There was not coffee & tea facilities in the room. Need to do it in the pantry but have to pay for the teabag & coffee?? No ironing facilities. Need to take their laundry services.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Close to the beach.

Trustworthy comfy hotel

I left my hotel for the islands for 2 days and they stored my luggage for free and everything was safe and sound when I got back. Clean rooms, about 2 blocks from the beach. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

We Would Definitely Return

We would definitely come back here as overall it was a very nice hotel. The room was a good size but they need to clean it better. It's not that it was dirty, but you could see marks or hair around the room. The location was really good because it's next to the main road but away from the traffic so no noise at night. It's walking distance to everything in Patong. Also, Patong is a good base to explore the island from. The laundry was good. It was a bit more expensive than the cheapest option, but it was really convenient to have at the hotel. My only problem with it was they would sew some coloured cotton into each garment they wash, which you then need to remove with scissors, leaving holes in either the label or the clothes. The main problem with the room was that the shower wasn't great. It went from either scorching hot to cold. We found the young lady with glasses and a young guy doing the night shift were very friendly although the other staff seemed a little grumpy.

Good location, good service, good value

Stayed there a week with a friend, before to start a TEFL course. The main advantage of this hotel (beside the price) is that it is very close to everything. Service was good. The room was clean. The internet worked well. We enjoyed the stay and plan to come again.

Beautiful room, great location

Great location, beautiful room with a nice view and balcony. Walking distance to the beach and Bangla Road (nightlife) but very quiet at night. If breakfast were included, it would be perfect!

Great place to stay

Great guesthouse located down a quiet alley in patong. 10min walk to beach or Bangla. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Rooms are good, cold ac, free wifi, good hot water, TV with English channels. I stayed a extra 10 nights on top of my original 7 nights. For the price I paid Its definitely worth it. Would stay here again

Dejlig værelse, god beliggenhed, venlig personale

Beliggende i en sidegade til vejen, der går forbi Bangla road og Bokse stadiumet( ca 10 min. gang). 5-10 min gang til stranden. Masser af restauranter og barer indenfor 2 min gang. Ingen larm når ned til hotellet, så dejlig roligt om natten. Meget venlig og hjælpsom personale.

手頃な値段の清潔なゲストハウス

バングラロードまで徒歩15分、ビーチまで10分かからない位。美味しいカオマンガイのお店もすぐ側にあります。 バスルームが少しカビ臭かったですが、部屋は清潔で、冷蔵庫もクーラーもあり、過ごしやすいです。スタッフもフレンドリーで気さくに声をかけてくれます。ツアーアレンジも対応可。また泊まりたいです。

Preis/leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Pluspunkte: 1) Preis 30 Eur pro nacht und zimmer 2) Hotelpersonal sehr nett und zuvorkommend (tagsüber die Damen) 3) Lage. Strand und Bangla Road fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Nachteile: 1) Bad renovierungsbedürftig, es gab nur kaltes wasser 2) matrazen durchgelegen, nach Beschwerde wurden sie ausgetauscht.

Vierailin Priew Wan Guesthousessa 14.12.2015-10.01.2016. Hotelli ihan ok, ja paikka hyvä, mutta joku kävi poissa ollessani huoneessa ja vei sfaty boxista 1250, 00 euroa. Boxin digitaalinen lukko ei toiminut joten suljettiin jälkiasennetulla riippulukolla

Täydellinen hotelli pieneen matkabudjettiin.

Yövyimme hotellissa 5 yötä. Siinä hinta ja laatu vastasivat toisiaan. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja auttavainen, huoneet olivat erittäin siistit ja miellyttävät. Ääniä ei kuulunut kadulta tai viereisistä huoneista. Hotellissa ei ollut hissiä, joten se oli hankalakulkuinen liikuntarajoitteiselle. Saimme käyttää toiseen huoneen suihkua lähtöpäivänämme, kun olimme jo luovuttaneet oman huoneen iltapäivästä ja lento lähti vasta illalla. Kaikki palvelut ovat aivan kävelymatkan päässä.

Buon Hotel e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Sono stato molto soddisfatto. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ottima posizione vicino al centro, circa 15 minuti e la spiaggia a pochi passi, ma fuori dal rumore delle strade principali. La camera ben tenuta e confortevole. Pulita tutti i giorni con cambio completo biancheria e asciugamani. Telo mare a disposizione per gli ospiti.

离海滩步行5min，离江西冷步行15min，地理位置很方便；酒店大厅有免费的毛巾供你去沙滩使用，很好；房间每日清洁都会送两瓶水，很贴心。总体很好！

Неплохо

В целом отель неплохой, уборка номера ежедневная, чаевых не берут. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Недалеко от моря. Один большой минус, временный, стройка в десяти метрах от отеля((( улочка тихая, но суету города слышно! Кухни в отеле нет, в наличии напитки (платно, даже чай)!

отзыв о priew wan gusthouse. как не надо отдыхать

рядом с отелем строят новый отель. с 8 утра постоянный грохот. в номерах очень много комаров и от них не избавиться. нас с супругой полностью искусали. в целом отель не советую. я не из капризных и понимаю что это двойка но у меня и нет претензий к грязным полотенцам и постельному белью. от комаров и шума спасения не было это просто кошмар. за семь поездок в тайланд первый раз так сожрали. фумигатор не помогал.

calme bien situé et bon rapport qualité prix

Séjour de 9 nuits avec un immeuble en construction juste à coté, heureusement nous avons été relogé dès la deuxième nuit 2 rues à coté dans un autre hôtel appartenant au même propriétaire apparemment. Confort, état général et propreté des chambres identiques dans les 2 hotels, c'est à dire correct. Bon rapport qualité prix. Aide pour les excursions. Ayant fait la journée à 1300 bahts vers koh pipi, je conseillerais de mettre au moins le double pour la journée car trop envahi par les touristes en pleine saison. Mais très satisfait de ma journée quand même les petites îles autour de phuket sont encore propres et très agréables pour de la plongée. A 5 minutes de la plage, à 10 15 minutes du centre commercial jungceylon et des marchés de nuit. Très bon emplacement

Plain and simple. Good value for money.

Really nice place to sleep and keep your stuff safe. Not too far away from places, beach 10mins of walking, sea/thaifood restaurants other side of the street, atm and grocery stores (7-11 & family mart) right behind the corner. Although it's so close to a busy street, its located on a alley so it is quite quiet and peaceful place to sleep. They are expanding the hotel to a next door, so day time you will hear construction yard noises, but that is when you are enjoying phuket somewhere else than in a hotel, right? :) Really friendly staff, receptionist will help you book the tours and they will actually get to you pretty good prices to the very same tours they sell on the streets. Every day they cleaned your room, gave you fresh towels and put water bottles to a fridge. Dirty laundry also came back fresh and nicely folded. Will come again!

Спасибо им огромное за мой отдых :) за такие деньги .. номер просто супер. Обслуживание на высоте.. всегда мне помогали и выручали. Одним словом - СОВЕТУЮ ! Район очень тихий и совсем недолеко от пляжа. Рядом магазин и куча уличной еды :) убирались хорошо и чаевые не брали :) до этого был в 5* ... и разницы не почувствовал )

地點很方便

步行五分鐘可達沙灘，酒店附近很多餐館，每天都有職員清潔房間，有待改善地方wifi接收經常中斷及没有風筒。

Nuestra estadía fue muy corta ya q solo estuvimos una noche. El hotel se encuentra en una callecita muy pequeña. La habitación es comoda, una linda ducha. La desventaja fueron los tres pisos por escalera. Saludos.

清潔な部屋

プーケット空港に着き、パトンビーチ行きのミニバスに乗る。「Priew Wan　Guesthouse」と言ったのにも関わらず連れて行かれた場所は本来の看板がある位置より200ｍくらい手前であった。運転手は「そのこの道を入ったところだ。」と指を指し行ってしまった。もちろんそこにはなかった。本当にいつもいつもこのミニバスはいい加減だ。初めての訪プーだったらホテルには行きつけないであろう。部屋は3階でエレベーターは無し。石鹸とシャンプーも無かったのでこの点を言ったらシャンプーとかかれた液体石鹸のようなものをくれた。部屋は広い。水は毎日2本。ビーチに行く時用のバスタオルがレセプション前に置いてある。ビ―チから戻ってきたら洗濯籠に入れる。キーはいちいちレセプションの奥に仕舞うのではなく、レセプション前の机に並べてある。だから、短時間で部屋を出入りしてもキーの受け渡しに何の気兼ねをすることもない。Wi-fiはある1日、切断された状態であったが夜には復旧した。早さは普通である。毎日掃除されたくなければハウスキーパーにその点を言い、水2本を貰い、ごみを廊下に出しておけばいい。毎日掃除してもらうと枕元にチップを置かねばならないから。一方通行のラットユティ通りから少し入った所にあるのでバイクを借りてこのホテルに戻る場合はぐるっと大回りをしなければならない事が多々ある。
