Very convenient place to stay,. walking distance to shopping mall as well

No repeat accommodation

Moldy grout in bathroom. Bed loaded with bed mites. Flity carpet in room with no windows and old cigarette smoke smell. Very dissapointed as Prescott Medan Tuanku i stayed numerous times and happy with their great condition.

Is always so easy, professional, and I have never had a problem that's only packing at the public packing. Good, Nice and Enjoyed.

Lovely stay

Lovely hotel & nice staff. My room lock wasn’t working so they moved me to a another one and were very helpful. Desk needed to be wiped down, was a bit dirty, but was fine. Would come back.

Nice hotel room but far away from public transport

It is more spacious than other hotels in similar price in Kuala Lumpur. Staff are friendly and room is comfortable. Breakfast is very simple but enough. Location is not convenient. It takes 30 mins on foot to go to the nearest railway station. But it is near to ICC Pudu, within 15 min walk.

Good location . 2 min walked to convenience store and 10 mins to berjaya times square. Very affordable and good to stay

Great hotel

We arrived at 4AM and the staff were very helpful. They were patient despite the confusion with the rooms of our big group (all of us booked rooms separately). Considering the price we paid, we were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. They were big, comfortable, and clean. I remember always pushing back the bed everyday because the cleaning staff made sure they cleaned every nook and cranny. My toddler likes to stick things under the beds, and I noted that the floor under the beds were spotless. Breakfast was generous (buffet). Meat would have been welcome, but the hotel played it safe by having mostly vegetarian fare. Then again, for the price we paid, breakfast was a huge bonus! We especially liked the coffee, mixed rice, and veggies. Shout out to restaurant staff Lilian. She was very alert, helpful, and efficient. The hotel's location is good. It is near a huge mall and there are lots of cheap restaurants around that served delicious authentic Indian, Chinese, Persian, Malaysian food. Many were open 24/7. Lots of convenience stores too. And we had no trouble getting Grab to service us. I also appreciated the WiFi and the security features of the hotel. The only con I noticed was that the staff were asleep in the waiting area when we arrived at 4AM. We woke them up when we knocked. haha It just didn't seem very professional. But they were friendly and gracious, so its all good :)

if can provide customer parking will be batter , because for me come form Ipoh not Familiar with Kl is very difficult ， and need to span more money to parking ，I hope you all can improve， Thank Winson

Great location

Nice hotel at the back of Berjaya Times Square. With breakfast but not much to choose from, but it's okay.

Nice place, bad tenants

The windowless room is OK, as I like to sleep in total darkness and silence. That, however, didn't quite happen for me. The rooms share a central ventilation system, and apparently you can smell it if your neighbours smoked in the toilet. When I first smelled it, I thought someone smoked one before leaving. So I turned on the extractor fan, and soon the smell disappeared. So when I turned it off to sleep, and was soon awakened by smoke smell again, that was when I had to leave the extractor fan running all night. Apparently, the walls are not quite sound proof either, and you could hear their arguments and sex during ungodly hours... I do not blame the hotel, it is nice. I just wish hotel guests can be a little more considerate. That being said, I'll stay there again. I like the place.

Nice Hotel to stay

This is my first time staying at this hotel. From the outside environment the area is not good but when you enter the room, i fell surprise because the room is clean.

Soiled and stained sheets

I’m not usually one to write negative reviews, however I feel the need to share. We checked in at 11pm, after a flight and long trip from the airport my wife and I were looking forward to getting some much needed rest. Once we got to our room, we clearly got more than we bargained for in our room. It was evident that our room hadn’t been cleaned properly prior to our stay. The guests before us, were generous enough to leave some colourful fluid staining fluid on the bed sheets with a light dusting of small black hairs all though out the sheets. The cleaning team was thoughtful enough to leave these generous gifts in the bed for our arrival. They even took it one step further and thought we enjoy the view and smell of the remains of their trash. So instead of emptying the bin. They just put a plastic bag over the top, so we could enjoy the delightful sight and aroma of the trash during our stay. When I notified the front staff, he seemed surprised that we were “expecting” to have clean sheets. He didn’t even apologise. However he did say that he would send some staff to change the sheets. The staff kind of gave the impression that I was being a pain and being a hassle by creating more work for them. After about 30mins of waiting our sheets were clean and trash was still left in the trash can. But hey. I guess I had to higher expectations. I wasn’t expecting the Hilton. But it would have been nice to check into a room that I could just jump straight in to bed. I

Nice hotel. Location is ok as it is near berjaya times, sungei wang and about 15 minutes walk to pavilion and around the bukit bintang. The room was ok as it is spacious but my negative comment is that it is smelly. You can smell the cigarette smoke.

The worse hotel i ever stay.. Room not clean .. The econd the worse ever alredy complain but no respond .. Sunddenly no electrical and the servis so slow..

Good location, nice room but unfriendly staff

Hotel stay was good as it is v.near to most of the visiting places. Staff was not so friendly. No vegetarian food available for breakfas.

Insects and cockroaches in the rooms

The room had several insects and cockroaches (in washroom,on the walls of room and even on the bed) and the management did not bother when we complained. They did not bother to carry out pest control and informed us that they are helpless since no other room is available. A lot of tourists book rooms in this hotel because the location is good however the rooms a in pathetic condition and they do not care about pest control or any other concerns. We had made advance payment of three days stay and they denied to refund the amount also. It was a weekend and all the hotels were almost full , it was Horta le for me to spend the night on the streets and restaurants (which were open). Since it is a small hotel, they do not even care about their goodwill.

Beware! Pathetic Experience

This is totally an experience of bad service, bad staff (baring one), bad condition of room. This was one of the worst experience we ever had in the Hotel. Breakfast is totally worthless and the for the Room the AIrcon was making so much of noise and it was it bed state. Look for another hotel rather than this one.

Only the location and price is ok

I went out for whole day, when I return, me and my friends saw a lot of cockroaches. We called staff to change a room for us, they refused to do so and told us there is no any empty room for us. After several times, they change a bigger room to us. The breakfast is not so good....

My room looked nice and spacious, but after a while I discovered that not all spaces were cleaned regularly, like the lower compartment of the bedside table. Some staff did not smile even when smiled at, which gives an impression of unfriendliness. It would’ve been nice if the hotel provided umbrellas for rainy days.

This hotel is above my expectation when comes to a budget hotel. The room is quite spacious. Location is good as it's near to monorail which is easy for travel and also shopping malls.

It was well and good. Accessible and easy to locate. The hotel was clean and its staff are all accommodating and kind.

All is good, i like that its clean, just that its more appropriate to provide a tissue box in the room and not only toilet, but overall the cleanliness is the advantages

Have to beg for my deposit back

Over all the stay was OK until check out day, the hotel receptionist really spoiled my day!he reluctant to return my deposit of RM 50the hotel collected.bad x3

Hotel location is nice, you can take a walk to Berjaya Times Square other than that you might need to take a Grab as well. Overall the hotel is okay for me.

Hotel was overall ok . Had dusty windows with smelled linen. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Clean bathroom with good working shower. Hotel staff okay.

Good location, very Budget hitel

The hotel was booked on line. I had booked two rooms. One if the rooms were not what I paid for. I asked at the front desk. They said nothing can be done as room is all ready paid for. I asked to talk to manager , he was sitting in back room yelling orders to frt staff. He came out and quickly offered to change rooms or offer the other couple a discount. The free breakfast was a very poor attempt, I think they need to put effort into it or drop it. The frt desk staff was not helpful at all. When we were leaving we asked them to help get us a taxi. He said nothing he can do. He was just sitting around not busy. We tried ourselves , with no luck. We went to a different hotel, that we did not stay with. He gladly went out and got us a cab. This was such a let down from our hotel.

Bed was very small to sleep, no power socket near the bed, worst thing is you could see cockroaches running often.

Nearby time square, value of money, clean

I booked the non smoking room but when I entering the room is very strong smoking smells. I immediately called the counter to changed the room and lucky he would able changed for me. The hotel very nearby time square shopping centre by walking distance roughly 5-10 minutes. Nearby have KK mart and restaurant mamak. Only breakfast not very nice. Overall is ok.

Good Location

Very convenient location. Literally just at the back of Berjaya Times Square, and a stone’s throw away from the Jalan Bukit Bintang. Very good value for money. Downside though. Kitchen seems to be always missing something. Missed eggs for American breakfast one day, missing sausages the next. Overall though. It was a satisfactory stay

Hotel with easy access in KL town.

Overall is ok. Rooms may need repainting. Amenities could be better e.g. add in a shaver and also bar soap. Could use more food choices for breakfast menu.

Simple and Clean hotel for those on budget

5mins from Berjaya Times Square. Clean and simple. Breakfast selection limited but good enough. Reception was decently dressed. Durian store next to hotel which make it a plus :)

Well reasonable for the price....clean n comfortable stay generally and there are some nice eateries and food truck at night. walking distance to Times Square and Bukit Bintang area too.

My room aircon was not cold and noisy but the room is clean and tidy. Breakfast with limited varieties but for the price I paid no complaint

It was a pleasure staying at Beltif hotel. The staff are all friendly and accomodating. The room is clean.:) will be coming back for sure!

Wall between room too thin.banging of door closing

1 am too many motorcycle group outside hotel making noise with their bikes.

Good location but poor facilities

Hotel rooms' hardware and facilities getting older and damaged. Windows couldn't be tightly closed, very noise disturbance during night time from the street.

Value to Money

the hotel is close to time square and other shopping malls. Jalan Alor is walkable distance. We do not have any major issue with the hotel condition. Room is quite clean, staff are nice. However our room does not have window and the air from air conditioning is a bit dry.

Aircon

The aircon on our first room wasn't working (not cooling) so we were transferred to another room. The second room's aircon wasn't good as well that we transferred to the third room (we made sure it was workin before we transferred). The staff helped us and responded to our calls but it was quite frustrating to move to 2rooms in the middle of the night. Overall, our stay was pretty good except for the aircon issue. Rooms were clean and their staff were accommodating.

overall..great... friendly and helpful staff. close to Times Square. Eateries very close. Room was cosy and walls are thin but a great place to stay and easy to walk to all required.

clean, tidy, convenient for those on a budget

Good for those on a budget and who want to get to the sites really easily. Wouldn't recommend it for families with kids. The street food at Jalan Alor which is about 10 mins walk from the hotel was absolutely amazing, not to be missed if you're after some authentic Asian cuisine.

Good service

Was quite satisfied for the overall stay at the hotel, however they do have to check about cleanliness of the room as the bed was infested with bed bugs and baby cockroach for both nights. Other than that, we switched room for the next night and was pretty pleased with their service.

All things are good. But did not like breakfast. Very less options and not good taste wise

2 Nights at Beltif

Hotel is just minutes away from Time Square which makes it easily accessible. There are plenty of restaurants and eatery along the streets that opens till late.

The room was indeed a bit spacious.However the layout is totally out.No plug near the bed.in fact,all plug is near the television.not convenience to charge your phone while sleeping The bathroom is too small giving the fact that it have more space in the room itself. The room is also dusty.security was ok. Have a bit technical problem when checking in as they cant update my key card. Appreciate if they provide mini fridge in the room.the water kettle was glued on the table.which is weird

Long weekend in KL

Room was clean and spacious, staff was polite and around 10min walking distance from the nearest skytrain station. The neighborhood was a bit away from the main streets so good to keep that in mind if your looking for a closer location. Breakfast was ok with toasts, but they served more of a lunch type food as breakfast like noodle dishes and springrolls.

I face difficulties when i want to extend one extra day.! Because the hotel staff disabled the card for the room and they make noise calling my room until i pay to them. Thats all..

Overall is quite good.Just hotel simply let people go in and then a person know my door at midnight to find his friend.

Good Vacation in Beltif

It was a nice trip. My gf and i went there for 4 days and we had our time there. the hotel and the room are cozy enough. the breakfast come with less choice but quite decent with its selection. one of the bad thing about beltif is that the sound system in the room is quite weak as voice of people from room beside can be heard. in the midnight, the voice of couple making romance from room beside can be heard =P
