TravellerTravellerWas kept routed to and fro from hotel lobby by the ushers without knowing where and whom to contact when checking in. The contact given by the booking was not in service. When we checked abt the hot pool, they have us wrong timing. We planned n rushed back to the homestay to go swimming..only to realise it was closed. We called back to check on the timing and the person said sorry. He forgot.
